It was a direct full bus so no stop only 1 for wc. So we arrived 30 min before schedule. Everything nice and clean.

Driver was on time and eventually we made it, but:
Car was broken, safety belts did not work (provider advertised safety).
Strong smell of durian and other fruit in the car, half of the trunk was loaded with fruits and vegetables. We were denied check in to our hotel in HCM because of the strong smell that we and our luggage had after the drive.
Drive was advertised with 2 hours. I understand that this is just a rough estimate but driver refused to go on highway where there was no traffic and which would have been way faster and the drive ultimately had a duration of 4 hours which is twice the promised time.
Car was dirty with water standing in it and insects crawling around. Found ants and other bugs in my luggage afterwards.

Almost everything was nice. Staff very helpful and nice. It's just the interior was quite sticky:)
The trip was longer than you inform on the site! The driver drove very slow and was teksting on WhatsApp during the trip

The way took much more time then say before.
The driver didn’t take us from highway and when we told him to go by highway it takes to much time to get into the highway.
It was a wast of time

A very unpleasant ride. The driver was driving very fast and he honked every 200m. Never again with this company.
