Efficient driver, a bit on the fast side for my wife but never felt unsafe; actually a lot slower than some of the other cars on the road. We stopped for lunch at an amazing bamee restaurant where the driver helped us order an excellent duck dish.

The driver was texting and making 637383947 phonecalls, during the whole over-6-hour-drive. As if he was working at a callcenter, during driving. The would not even stop for 5 minutes talking on the phone. Horrible. As he was constantly texting and ringing hundreds of people, he could not pay fully attention to the road, so the Trip has been quite bumpy and we did not really feel safe.

The car has gas ballon in the trunk so we have to put the luggage on passenger seat. So it was very uncomfortable to ride 6 hour three people on the back seat.

The driver was late by 1.5 hours. We had to check out of the hotel and we're waiting outside. The hotel staff spoke to the driver and we're just told he was on his way but no estimated arrival time. Took several phone calls to find out what was happening. We were given a partial refund for the inconvenience. The vehicle was a minivan, not a car so not a comfortable. The driver was nice and spoke a little English. Made it to Bangkok ok but would go with a different company next time
