We arrived early for the bus and they let us leave early no problems. We paid for 3 tickets for 2 people and all our luggage which was also no problem. It wad pretty quick and the driver let us know when we arrived at our stop. The bus smelled a little and there seemed to be alot of mosquitoes on the bus that came from no where. Other than that it was pretty decent.

I went to Kanchanaburi with Win happy minibus for round trip. It was a great experience and the bus was recommended. Ticketing staffs at the counter and drivers are helpful.

We never reached Bangkok Southern Terminal, we were prompted to get off on suburbs and to take a taxi. No English communication in the bus. On the other hand it was a genuine experience of Thai public transport :-)

Tout ok seul bémol nous avons été déposé au bord d'une route à Bangkok, sans pouvoir comprendre la raison.
Heureusement beaucoup de taxi pour poursuivre mon trajet afin d'atteindre ma destination.

Everything was fine apart from the fact that some seats have the wheel arch where your feet need to be so, being nearly 6ft tall, I didn't really have the most comfortable 3 hours. But other than that it was perfectly fine :)

The bus left about 20 minutes earlier, so make sure to be there at least half an hour before the time. You have to show your electronic ticket, otherwise the staff will not know that you have a reservation (meaning they could even sell your seat to other passengers, if there are many people). Other than that the drive was very smooth and we arrived at the destination an hour before the estimated time.

It was all over ok. We had reserved 3 places(1for backpack as 12togo recommended, but that was not neccecery). We arrived before 8.30 hours and there they don't speak english and we understood that we could take the bus earlier so we did. We were in the beginning the only passengers. We were surprised that the bus stopped several times in diverent cities ( that wasn't the case to kanchanaburi) to pick up people. We expected to arrive around 11.30 hours but we arrived a lot earlier. We were dropped on the other side of the road were the bus station was. That isn't written and we had at first the feeling that we were dropped elsewere. It would be nice to tell that in the information.

Viel komfortabler als erwartet. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz, auch für unser Gepäck, mehr als mit Minivan. Wir reisten mit einem großen Bus. Klasse regional bleibt sehr oft stehen, wo Leute zu- und aussteigen können. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Wir erreichten das Ziel früher als angegeben.

Tout s'est bien passé, on est arrivé à l'heure, la conduite du chauffeur était très bonne, le bus était neuf.
Nous n'avons pas payé de supplément pour les valises.

At arrive we only had to wait for 15 min. The van was very comfortable and we had plenty of space for our 2 backpacks. After a drive of 1 hour and 45 min we arrived at Kanchanaburi.

Die Dame, welche die Tickets entgegengenommen hat war etwas unfreundlich. Die Fahrt dauerte jedoch nur 2 1/2h statt 3. Wichtig ist eine halbe Stunde früher da zu sein, da gilt:
Wer zuerst kommt fährt auch als Erstes mit. Auf Reservierungen wird keine Rücksicht genommen. Da wir das wussten lief alles Einwandfrei.

We start a little bit earlier and all in all we need only 2hours instead of 3 hours. But it depands on the route the driver goes. It can be a half hour more when the driver takes a different Route with more stations to stop. All in all very comfortable Busses for such a trip. And when there are free seats you can also take busses earlier for return independent what time stands on your Ticket.

Wir waren früher am Busbahnhof. Der Bus um 10 Uhr war noch nicht los und hatte noch Platz für uns und die beiden großen Koffer.
Wir hatten Tickets für uns 4. 2 Personen und 2 Koffer. Letztere mussten sich den Platz neben dem Fahrer teilen.
Der Bus war eng. Alle Plätze waren belegt. Es ging aber ohne Komplikationen nach Bangkok. Wo wir aus dem Bus aussteigen mussten, wissen wir nicht. Es war aber nicht der Southern Busterminal in Bangkok.

Very good. We arrived one hour before our time departure and we could take the van which was about to leave. The travel took 2 hours instead of 3. The van was very comfortable. We took an extra seat to put our two bag packs.

We had a 1pm reservation but showed up early in hopes we could get on an earlier bus and we did. The ride took only 2 hours instead of the scheduled 3 because of the drivers aggressiveness which was a bit scary at times. We arrived safe and sound and well ahead of schedule.

Malgré une pluie battante, le chauffeur (pilote...) Nous a mené à bon port sans soucis.
Tout le monde étant lä en avance, nous sommes partis une demi heure plus tôt que prévu et arrivés 1 heure plus tôt que prévu... nickel.
Le tout pour un tarif défiant toute concurrence.

le confort du bus est moyen, il ne faut pas oublier d'acheter une place pour ses gros bagages .
Mais on n'a pas attendu , le trajet s'est fait en 2 heures et le prix est vraiment modique ( encore moins cher quand on prend le billet directement au guichet 100 baht au lieu de 150 baht)

Once I battled myself through 3 other agents at the station to find the Win Happy desk and van, all was good. The minivan wasn't a very high standard and there was no solution for too many luggage, but overall we arrived well on time and the driver was kind enough to warn me it was my stop to get off.
