Vu Linh limousine

Vehicle was great and was well driven. Arrived early. The only issue I had was that we would like to have selected seats but the option did not present itself during the online booking, so we found ourselves in the back row seats which was not our preference.

Great, quick and safe service. We even got a free ride to the hotel at the destination.

Friendly Company and a good time scedule.

Timely, a VIP van with nice seats, overall good comfort. Can we recommended.

Extremely difficult to find the bus and get the ticket but luckily I had the time to get it done. Would not recommend it

It was great. Bus left a little earlier as we were already complete before departure time. We got bottled water and seats were comfortable. Even better, we needed to get to the Pier to catch the Ferry and upon arrival in Rach Soi they had a transfer van waiting to take people where they needed to go, thus brought us to the Pier :)

Probably a fine operator, but when we booked only seat 1 and 2 seems to be available. At least during booking, it was not clear to us that this was the bench next to the driver in front of the van. Pretty cramped, relatively little legroom. Not comfortable and not at all the luxury seats from the pictures. We paid the same amount as the other passengers. Again, probably the transportation is fine but be aware of seat 1 and 2.

Smooth ride, dropped us of at our hotel for free (another 30 minutes from the bus stop on the other side of town). If you book the (cheap) front seat nr 1 and 2 you have to sit in the front next to the driver, not in the luxury jacuzzi like chairs.

Ride was confortable. The driver drove trough the traffic if it was nothing. This was a bad and good thing.

We arrived late because of the flight and they re-scheduled our trip without any other cost!

Wasn’t a great experience. Unfortunately there are not very many options for buses on this route.

Be careful with this provider. They seem to only sell the ‘cheaper’ front van seats on 12.go - this front seat did not have a seatbelt! When asked if we could sit in back (due to no seatbelt and van nearly empty) they said we had to pay more - we were unsure if this was true or not or was a scam (as when booking through 12go nothing was mentioned of this - it was just the only seats showing as available). Driver spent more time looking at phone than focusing on road so it was a terrifying experience. Staff didn’t speak English - which is absolutely no problems but also seemed dismissive and rude rather than friendly and helpful which we have found everywhere else in Vietnam so far! Only giving two stars due to dropping off at hotel in Can Tho which was a really nice touch - but the only good thing. We chose to get a different bus back and wouldn’t recommend to any tourists.

There were seats available in the back, yet I had to sit with a driver plus another passanger at the front. Made no sense. Arrived early.

As expected. Good ride. On time. Nice driver.

Ended up sitting up front not in the reclining seats. But it was clean and on time and had good AC.

Air conditioning

Everything was straight forward and easy getting from Ho Chi Minh to Can Tho, the bus was clean and the driver friendly. The only downside would be that the driver didn’t tell us that there was a free shuttle that would drop us near our hotel included in the price and it was very confusing at the Can Tho bus station.

The bus left 45 minutes before! We manage to catch the next one but had to run from one point to another in the city, 30 minutes away from the first meeting point. This was completly unprofessionnal from the bus compagny. The communication was also difficult. We will not recommande the compagny.

Good staff, English speaking. Fast and efficient service right into the middle of Saigon, which was much easier than other companies that terminate in Mien Thay.

Puntual, frendly, easy in general terme!

One of the headrests of the seats was nearly falling off and you needed to constantly adjust it to keep it in place. Not much leg room when someones seat in front was fully reclined. The stop to eat/get snacks was great, the van was clean and the trip was very smooth otherwise.

Bus arrived one hour later and i was told the bus driver droppes me off close to my final destination. He did not. It was miles away. I had to take a taxi.
