- When we came to office for check in as requested in voucher, no one was there. We felt worried a little bit. However, their staff had tried to settle everything quickly.
- Driver and Supporter were so friendly and helpful. They helped us to keep and carry luggages due to heavy rain.
- Clean bus, worth price and highly recommend for this service.

Zuerst wurde unsere Fahrt wegen technischer Probleme storniert. Dann haben wir eine WhatsApp erhalten, dass die Fahrt doch stattfindet. Der Bus kam erst um halb 8 dort an und dann musste alles sehr schnell gehen. Wir hatten auch keinen kleinerem Bus mit komfortablen Sitzen sondern einen mit mehr Sitzen und wenig Platz. Darin durften wir dann über 4h länger vor der Grenze, wegen der Aus- und wieder Einreise, im Stau stehen. Pausen gab es kaum welche und mit uns gesprochen wurde auch nicht.
An der Grenze mussten wir dann umsteigen, wo die Fahrt dann endlich im gebuchten Bus weiterging. Leider standen wir auch hier wieder im Stau

Coach was nearly two hours late leaving and then delayed enroute. So c5 hour journey was over 8 hours. Coach itself was comfortable but the journey was too long.

The travel was very smooth and convenient. The bus had 2 stops; first, a 30-minute break and next in the gas station. We were expected to arrive at 3:15 pm but was delayed for an hour. There was no wifi in the bus so I suggest you download movies. No worries for battery drain since usb port for charging is available.

Journey took much longer than expected because the bus driver made two stops. And smoking was not prohibited in the bus, thus other passengers who smoked on the bus made it very uncomfortable for those who are non-smokers

Bus Driver followed a very racist policy of telling me repeatedly he would only allow Chinese passengers on-board first, though I had been first in line (I arrived over an hour early to depart from Singapore). Disgusting treatment of guests, would never use this service again.

Driver needs to let you know that it is 30 minutes for the rest stop.
Do not believe the timings at all, it takes much longer than stated even though immigration was very fast going in this direction.

Takes too long..from 3pm to 9pm journey. It supposed to be 2:30pm to 5:30pm stated in the website. I can understand the custom clearance will take some time but this is way too much time wasted on the road.

The bus and ride was comfortable. The bus was clean and in good condition. However, drivers don't keep schedule, we arrived more than 2 hours late! Drivers made too many and too long stops which were unnecessary, especially when we were so much late. It was one stop when only one driver left the bus and spent more than 15 minutes somewhere outside. We were already 2 hours late to our destination and they didn't care. Also, we started our journey later than we supposed to and drivers left us outside waiting till they open bus doors and let us go inside. I was very angry and disappointed with this journey because it became too long (it supposed to be a 5 hours ride, but it was more than 7 hours!). This ruined all my plans. Drivers don't respect passengers at all, so I wouldn't recommend go with them (these drivers) if time and schedule is important to you.

There was no roll call and head count done to ensure that all passengers are on board. On the start of the trip, we were told to wait at the edge of Golden Mile Complex - turns out, the bus was waiting to the opposite side. A lack of communication and disorganized information can lead to customer dissatisfaction.

The driver did not communicate effectively during any of the journey with him often stopping at service stations and us asking if we are allowed off the bus and how long for. The aircon was leaking a lot of water from the vents, so we were then moved to a different bus of which the driver was also very unhelpful and would tell me he doesn’t know the answer to any question I had about the journey, customs and the bus change. We also arrived very late after sitting at the boarder for a long time with no idea why we were waiting and when asked the driver ignored us.
