The bus company is overall quite okay. The ride was fine, but unfortunately, the heating was on despite it being 38°C outside, which was very uncomfortable. The bus was 15 minutes late compared to the scheduled arrival time. ---. The seats were acceptable, but the legroom was much too short.

When the bus stopped nobody told how many minutes the pause is, we had to ask the one of the drivers but either of them did not speak very well English and we did’nt quite understand them. The places we stopped had also quite bad possibilities to buy sandwich etc. The final stop in Sarajevo was in an unbelievable place in the middle of nowhere, not even close to the town.

Not terrible but not wonderful. Bus made a few (unannounced) stops for bathroom/rest, adequate comfort, space for luggage (need to pay), AC. No information given about stops. No bathroom on the bus. Bus left me on a highway underpass with no taxi stand in Sarajevo.

Easy and cheap ride. Bus departed on time Smooth ride Not very bus, so you could sit wherever you want and not cramped with two persons. Seats don't recline or are broken that they are only possible to sit on reclined position.

karata je bilo prodano vise nego sto je bilo mjesta, bus kasnio 2.5h na destinaciju radi los. vozaci jako pristojni. karata je bilo prodano vise nego sto je bilo mjesta za drugi bus iste firme, nas je bus radi toga stajao vise od tri puta po pola sata da bi pokupio putnike drugug busa i vise radi cega je bus promijenio rutu i kasnio 2.5h na destinaciju radi lose organizacije. umjesto da su poslali drugi bus, nas je bus cijeli ispastao radi vasih/njihovih gresaka.

The seats were a bit worn down, the back couldn't be adjusted, but in general it was OK. Air condition, enough leg room, smooth driving. The seats back were not adjustable. The border control is not counted into the timetable, so there was 30 minutes late in Mostar.

I wasn't sure if I would be able to make the trip. Comfortable buying of ticket (online). 1. I was unsure if I could travel - the first driver told me that it was not allowed to him to accept online ticket which had been bought in euros in Serbia. But it finished happily, I entered to the bus and arrived to destination on time. 2. Location where I should wait for the bus in Belgrade bus station (which was noted on the ticket and on the google map) was wrong so I could be late. I had to have additional time to find and to get to the right location of arrival of the bus from Tuzla for Šabac as well as bus platform number !!! 3. I have called your agent +385 21 315 620 for help , he than promised to me to try to get information from transport agency but he had not call me back at all !!!

Driver was nice. The behavior of the driver. You said that that was being operated by a company called Trans bus… but in reality was operated by another one. How was I supposed to know it? Since there is no screen TV inside in the gate access. I went like crazy looking for something which was not right! I almost missed my bus. UNBELIEVABLE.

Almost missed my bus. New bus, comfortable ride. The driver ignored the fact that I'd bought an e-ticket and requested a paper ticket. I had to run to a copy center nearby and print. Fortunately, I came to the bus station in advance and managed to enter the bus 5 minutes before the departure.

Trip to Tuzla- The bus arrived in Tuzla on time, after leaving Makarska late. - The drivers helped us load our luggage on the bus. Ljubaznost. Posebno moram pohvaliti osoblje na direktnom telefonu i svekolikim informacijama koje sam dobila od njih! To je neprocjenjivo u ovo vrijeme 060 telefona, samo naplate 39 centi i ne javljaju se. Vama hvala na jednostavnoj aplikaciji a posebno na osoblju, koje se odmah jave na mobilni telefon!

Izrazito je loše da kupnjom karte preko vašega sustava ne osiguravamo svoje mjesto u autobusu. Nastavno na prethodno,putnici kupnjom karte na kolodvoru u mjestima prije moga popune mjesta te se nerijetko dogodi da nema mjesta u busu iako kartu uredno kupim 2 dana prije puta. Vozači Trans Tutist Tuzla ovo opravdavaju izjavom da nemaju povratnu informaciju o kupljenom kartama preko vašega i drugih sustava.

Kartu sam kupila elektnsku, nije bilo problema osim što sam iskrcavanje umesto na autobuskoj stanica. Udobna vožnja što se očekuje od profesionalnih vozača! Sto sam ostavljena na cesti umesto na autobuskoj stanici u Sarajevu.

Sve je ok bilo. Prijaznost osoblja. U prtljagu sam ostavio torbu. Na mojoj torbi je bila neka tuđa koja je sadržavala neku vrstu alkohola u sebi. To je u putu puklo, pa mi smokrilo dio torbe i sadržaja unutra.
