I arrived over 1 hour early and they said the bus would leave at 3.30 - i'm not sure if that meant my bus was leaving earlier than scheduled or i was able to catch an earlier bus! But, it was efficient and driven safely. Comfortable journey.

Wir fuhren verspätet ab, kamen aber früher an. Die 1. und einzige kurze Pause war nach 4.5 Std. und dies ohne Worte. Erst nachdem die Leute rausgestürmt sind, hieß es "15 minutes." Obwohl wir mit dem selben Busunternehmen von Ayutthaya nach Sukhothai gereist sind (da gab es 1 Stopp inkl. Essen nach 1 Std)., war dieser Bus nicht nur unbequemer, sondern wir wurden ordentlich durchgeschüttelt. Ob dies am Bus oder an der Strasse lag? Vermutlich an beidem.

Obwohl ich mehrmals nachgefragt hatte ob ich auch am Terminal 1 starten kann weil dort mein Hotrl näher lag wurde es mir immer zu gesagt es ist kein Problem . Es wurde mir auch für das Terminal 1 eine Fahrkarte für 9:00 Sitzplatz 7A ausgestellt
Am Tag der Abfahrt gab es dann nur Probleme meinen Sitzplatz gab es nicht mehr und aus den 4.5h Fahrzeit wurden 7:00 auch keine Verpflegung gab es für mich

Angegebene Reisezeit war unrealistisch. Dauer mind 2 Stunden länger. Einer der gebuchten Sitzplätze sollte uns verweigert werden. Klimaanlage megalaut.

Der Bus war 50 Minuten verspätet, aber ansonsten war es in Ordnung. Der Bus hielt jedoch an einem anderen Busterminal, was näher an der Zugstation liegt. War für mich auch gut, aber ich bezweifle mittlerweile dass ich auf dem richtigen Bus war. Wahrscheinlich ist der ursprünglich gebuchte gar nicht gefahren...

An sich alles gut, aber Fahrt dauerte einfach 1,5x so lange wie angegeben. Und das kam nicht nur einmal vor, hin und Rückweg.
Sowas finde ich sehr nervig. nicht die Zeit an sich sondern das es einfach falsch war die Angabe.

There was a mistake with the booking si we had a bit of stress because the taxi did not pick us up.
However we let our hotel call and explain and they solved it quickly and a taxi arrived.
Afterwards, I got a call from 12.go to appologize for tje mistake, which we appreciated.

Twt very nice, they pick up me at the right hour un tuc-tuc and bring me to the bus stop , but the big bus from ayuttaya to sukkothai must arrived at 21:00 and they arrived t 22:20!!!

Easy to arrange transport. Inexpensive. Picked up at hotel in Ayutthaya and dropped off at hotel in Kanchanaburi. Appreciated the door to door service. Short trip but driver stopped to allow for a quick toilet and snack. Would book with them again.

Die Abwicklung vorab war sehr unkompliziert. Abholung mit Tuk Tuk hat wunderbar geklappt.
Der Reisebus ansich .... naja, für deutsche Verhältnisse etwas Gewöhnungsbedüftig und „alt“. Aber Air Condition funktionierte und man hoppelt halt so mit max. 87 km/h über die Straße.
Alles in allem, für den Preis ok. Wir haben bereits weitere Fahrten gebucht.

Perfect organisation with pick-up service, excellent driver, nice on-board service with coffe and 20 min. lunch stop, on time!
Perfekte Organisation mit Abholung von der Unterkunft, sehr guter Fahrer, schöner on Board Service mit Kaffee und Mittagessen-Stop, pünktlich!

TWT muy bien, nos llevó a la estación de tren a recoger las maletas de forma gratuita.
El bus, no es muy cómodo para dormir, ya que los asientos no son espaciosos.

Very good but it took an hour longer than foreseen. Also I paid 630baht (incl pick-up at hostel) through the website whereas the bus alone costs just about 340baht. A bit too expensive for the extra service/convenience thus.

It would be nice to know that departure in not exactly at TWT but outside the city at a bus terminal, also know in advance long stops and that there is a discount with bus ticket there

Die Fahrt war ok, zwar nicht besonders gemütlich, aber aushaltbar. Nach einer Stunde gab es eine 20 Minütige Pause. Danach wurde an diversen Busbahnhöfen gehalten. Es gab eine Dame, die den Bus begleitete. Preis online sehr hoch gegenüber dem Preis vor Ort. Ich würde das nächste Mal eher vor Ort buchen.

Trip und Organisationen war super würden sogar umsonst mit den Tickets am Guesthouse abgeholt und mussten nicht in das office .
Aber... der Preis für das online Ticket war nahezu doppelt so hoch wie der Preis des Bus Unternehmens . Entsprechend buchen wir wieder vor Ort oder im Guesthouse ;(

Ceux qui ont le sommeil léger auront du mal à dormir. Mais les sièges s'allongent beaucoup, il y a une couverture et nous avons le droit à un coupon de 25baht par personne pour acheter quelque chose en route. On a aussi eu un gâteau.

We took the VIP bus from Sukhothai to Bangkok and had a great experience. Everything was clean and comfortable. However, I would suggest adding more departure options. The only overnight bus available left at 9:00 PM and arrived at 3:00 AM. We would have preferred a later departure—around 11:00 PM—so we could arrive in Bangkok at a better time (like 6:00 or 7:00 AM). Because we arrived so early, we had to pay an extra fee at our hotel just to check in early and get some sleep instead of wandering the city at 4:00 AM.

The bus was in bad condition and, when the first intermediate stop happen, the driver told us that we has 30 minutes. After 15 he told us to jump in the bus and he was very insistent and I was not able to finish my meal (paid with my money)

The bus was really a VIP specially made vechicle. It had only seven rows of comfortable first-class airplane-type of seats (three per raw). The seats could be reclined so as you can sleap, if you so wished. There was a relatively large personal tablet-size screen for each seat, which you could connect to Netflix and YouTube!
Our journey was an excellent experience and we did not feel tired from our eight hours journey.

Took the bus from Sukhothai to Chiangmai. Time is an estimation since this was a stop and not the start of the line. 50 min delay and from what I gathered there, delays of up to 2h are usual. Besides that, everyone was polite and kind, bus was pretty ok and they even gave me a complimentary wáter bottle and a small snack. True local experience.

The trip was great in every way and they really got me out of a pickle. I left my phone behind at Sukhothai and they were so helpful in arranging for it to go a bus the next day and this put my mind at rest.
