Easy to use and fast train booling. The indications in the ticket were also helpful and we could get to the gate easily. The indication of the train location was very usefull as I almost had gone to a different train station if not for the adress and the picture (maps) of the location

Good and Cheaper prices but information missing about which Shinkansen should be taken. There r differences. Ones with lot of stops and ones less stops which are quicker.

Booking a train ticket in Europe in 2000 was much easier than in Japan in 2025. I had to read 4 pages of instructions and still couldn’t book a ticket. This is disappointing.
