We got confirmation via message that the bus was 1 hour late. But then we got a message back that the bus was 2 hours late and we had to go to a different pool. The crew is very unfriendly. The bus makes many stops to pick up passengers or goods. The bus, which was supposed to arrive at Danang at 7 am, but arrived at 10.30 am. This made us late for the Ba Na Hills tour. We also didn't get mineral water

The car seats are very very good one, so comfortable!

A driver would randomly stop the bus to buy himself a sandwich. Driving while eating and scrolling facebook at the same time. The Limo didn't look like the pictures. It had gum stuck to the seat, and garbage in the pockets of the seats. Beware of the insurance they add to your price by selecting the insurance coverage by default and you have to change it.

I booked 5pm bus, but was informed that it was sold out and was offered a 6:30pm bus. The bus didn't arrive until 7:30pm even though we were repeatedly told it's coming in 5-10 mins for an hour straight. As it turned out, all passengers on the bus booked a bus for a different time (5:30, 6:30, 7:30) from different companies and all waited until 7:30pm while being lied to that the bus is coming in 5-10 minutes. The bus looked nothing like the picture, cramped 7 people in a van.
