大巴旅行的缺點
- 城際大巴車站可能設在遠離市中心的郊區，因而需要考慮到車站所需的時間和費用。有時候從車站到達目的地的費用可能比你預想的要高很多，因為僅有少數巴士公司運營這些線路而價格偏高。
- 在繁忙的週末或者旅遊旺季，車票可能會很快售罄因而需要提前預訂。

Internet on & off.
6 hour journey took about 8.5 hours.
Guide wouldn't accept $5 note as had crease in it, but was given to me by Sinh Travel currency exchange!
Bus was not Sinh Travel, but a 3rd party bus.
Could probably get a better deal elsewhere.
Passengers have no consideration when reclining seats.
Just felt unnecessarily long.

The bus was not as shown in the pictures. It was really small, dirty and quite old. The seats are small and if you are above 1.7m you won't have enough leg room.
On a good note: the driver was nice and the views were spectacular.

I wasn't aware of the arrangements of a 'semi sleeper'. I am 170cm tall and found it uncomfortable where as my partner is over 200cm and it was impossible for him to fit, there should be some indication of this prior to booking.

could be better, so much stops, arrived at 9:40 but could be easily at 7 or 7:40 maximum. What the costumer want is to arrive as soon as possible, I’m not talking about velocity , but so much stops no needed.

Very clean bus and comfortable journey. The ladies at the Sinh office in Hue were very helpful. We arrived in Hoi An earlier than anticipated and it would have been helpful to be told this about 20 minutes before we arrived!

The transferred me into another bus and told me about that change just 5 minutes before I had to do it.
The bus supposed to arrive at 7.30Pm at siem reap and arrived at 9pm.
The last driver stopped to buy some food with another passenger in our way.
That it was Unbelievable!

The bus came on time, it was relaxing sleeping bus. We arrived on the exact estimated time for the voyage. However, the wifi was poor, I hope it is gonna be better in the future.

The bus is very clean and comfortable. The pickup in Hue is doable, being stuffed with 10 in an 8 people van for 5 minutes. We were not allowed to take a quick stop at a toilet, not even when the bus stopped to load goods in Da Nang. Close to Hoi An the driver yelled something and apparently it was the bus stop. Concluding the bus was great but communication is terrible.

Smooth border crossing to Cambodia, staff was very efficient and kind. Transfer bus to siem reap from Phnom penh was not so comfortable, however it had wifi which the first bus didn't have.

Before the bus leave Ho Chi Minh they already let us know that the AC is not working and told us after we pass the VIETNAM-CAMBODIA Boarder we will transfer to a Van so me and my friends okay with that we suffered for about 2HRS sweating inside the bus we rode from HCM til Cambodia Boarder then we transferred from a van but still the AC is still not working well. So another 4HRS sweating when we arrived Pnom Penh we waited for our chartered bus going to Siem Reap but unfortunately the bus is too hot inside AC not functioning so well. Everyone in the bus are complaining. The while 18hrs travel from HCM to Siem Reap was been a sweating experience. Staff are approachable but don’t do anything about the situation. They come along the boarders but didn’t inform what to do there. I can’t recommend this travel agency.

Haben bei Sinh Tourist gebucht und sind dann überraschenderweise mit Mekong Express gefahren. Reibungsfreier Ablauf, nettes Team inklusive Begleitung beim Grenzübergang, wenig Komfort, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

The bus arrived over an hour earlier than scheduled leaving myself and multiple other passengers stranded on the side of the street at 430 in the morning unable to check in to our hotels. Also the amount of people harassing you when you get off the bus for a “cheap” fair to your hotel is too much!! And your office isn’t open for anyone to wait in. This was actually the worst arrival I’ve had in Vietnam so far!!

They drop us to a stop street and not at the Sinhtourist station and the driver of the hotel didn’t find us we wait about one hour before to take a taxi by ourselves
I think the driver make business with taxi driver who was waiting for customer.
The driver was driving correctly but didn’t speak English

The Office in Hanoi is very small and there is not place to waite
På dansk: kontoret i Hanoi er meget lille, der er ikke plads til at vente eller til bagage, pga alle de pakker der skal med bussen.
Bussen var ok, men jeg kan ikke forstå, hvorfor vi skal stoppe, fordi chaufføren skal handle privat!!!!

Nice and helpful personnel that is explaining some interesting facts about the highlights on the route to Phong Nha. Been transferred directly to our hotel. Perfect. Unfortunately I am obviously too tall for the local seats and it was quite critical for me for the 5 hours Trip. Even Ryanair seats have more space to the next in Front.

Super comfortable seats on the bus and clean. I just wish it was more streamlined. We showed up 30 minutes early as requested, just to take a van 40 minutes later to a big bus. Then take wait 30 more minutes for the big bus to leave... and then halfway through change busses to keep going. Luckily the busses were great! It was just a lot of waiting and changing of vehicles.

Having travelled with Giant Ibis a day after this trip it reflects very poorly on SinhTourist. It should be made more obvious that wed’d be fobbed off with another operator on an old and uncomfortable bus with poorly trained staff (no communication during border crossing whatsoever), and how hard is it to list an accurate destination arrival time?). “It’s asia” doesn’t cut it anymore. SinhTourist and Long Phuong need to up their game. 12Go should update this trip to include details/photos of the actual bus company used (Long Phuong Cambodia), we should at least get an accurate description for the premium of booking through the site.

Seat are quite comfy, however there is no where to put your carry on bags so you are forced so put them between your legs. Also, if you are above 5ft tall, then you will have to bend your legs for the whole journey

The bus ride itself was good. We just wanted a transfer to Phong Nha but became part of a group who took a 1-Day Trip to the National Park. Since we were only a few passangers we had plenty of space and everyone could occupy two seats for himself (which was quite neccessary regarding the fact that our legs are too long for the average space between the seats). It was nice to get some informarions from the guide of the trip.
Quite bad are the english skills of the lady at the Singh Tourist at Hué. She was not really able to explain the time we had to be there so we've waited 30 minutes before the Singh Tourist even opened and the 25 minutes until the bus arrived.

It gets you from point A to point B safe and sound. However, if you’re over 5ft 9in (I’m 6’1”) then you’ll be very uncomfortable and won’t be able to sleep well. I recommend people who are a bigger build (westerners) to pay the extra money and go on a VIP bus.
