They should inform prior buy tickets that the space in the sleeper bus is for a average size of eastern/Asian people, not for western average. It was ok but because it was a short period, can't imagine afford this 12 hs

Der Bus war ziemlich heruntergekommen, an den meisten Sitzen waren die Abdeckungen der Lehnenverstellungen kaputt oder fehlten ganz, bei mir fehlte auch die kleine Ablage (für die Wasserflasche und Kleinigkeiten) und das Sitzpolster war lose. Ich kann mich noch gut an bessere Zustände erinnern...
Aber wir sind gut und überpünktlich am Ziel angekommen.

Internet on & off.
6 hour journey took about 8.5 hours.
Guide wouldn't accept $5 note as had crease in it, but was given to me by Sinh Travel currency exchange!
Bus was not Sinh Travel, but a 3rd party bus.
Could probably get a better deal elsewhere.
Passengers have no consideration when reclining seats.
Just felt unnecessarily long.

Very bumpy ride! The stop of 30 minutes for a 2 hour ride is too long. 15 minutes toilet stop and to grab a drink is more than enough.

Overall everything went okay. I felt safe the whole journey and we departed on time and arrived ahead of time. However, at arrival in Mui Ne, the bus is supposed to stop at your hotel if the hotel is on the main road, before arriving to the bus station. I gave them all the details at the office and they told me they would leave me at my hotel, but they didn’t and I had to pay an extra for a taxi to go to the hotel.

The bus was old and not very clean. There was no airco on the bus; it was extremely warm.

The bus was not as shown in the pictures. It was really small, dirty and quite old. The seats are small and if you are above 1.7m you won't have enough leg room.
On a good note: the driver was nice and the views were spectacular.

I wasn't aware of the arrangements of a 'semi sleeper'. I am 170cm tall and found it uncomfortable where as my partner is over 200cm and it was impossible for him to fit, there should be some indication of this prior to booking.

Wir hatten 2.5 Stunden Verspätung - statt 6h, 8.5h Fahrzeit. War einerseits den zwei längeren Pausen (mit Essen), andererseits dem Verkehr geschuldet.

could be better, so much stops, arrived at 9:40 but could be easily at 7 or 7:40 maximum. What the costumer want is to arrive as soon as possible, I’m not talking about velocity , but so much stops no needed.

Took 4 hours for a 2 hour trip. Stopped at multiple places for king periods of time for no reason. Had to swap buses at one point which was very irritating and pointless, also the add on worry that your luggage won’t be transferred to the new bus. Staff didn’t speak a lot of English and just shouted directions loudly at you. Not very friendly

The bus arrived h1.30 earlier so I advice u to check with your hotel if they can accept check in in advance. The WiFi was not working but the travel was good. They stopped 3 times to allow u to go to the toilet. It’s a good way if u want to save money and don’t want to waste the days during your Vietnam journey.

Very clean bus and comfortable journey. The ladies at the Sinh office in Hue were very helpful. We arrived in Hoi An earlier than anticipated and it would have been helpful to be told this about 20 minutes before we arrived!

The transferred me into another bus and told me about that change just 5 minutes before I had to do it.
The bus supposed to arrive at 7.30Pm at siem reap and arrived at 9pm.
The last driver stopped to buy some food with another passenger in our way.
That it was Unbelievable!

We were worried when I found out that I booked the wrong bus online, especially after reading the reviews from other passengers but based on experience, our trip was okay. There was no problem during our cross-border procedure and we were provided with water and wet wipes. The bus attendant was also smiling and friendly. We were late on our original trip but they allow us to take the next trip.
On the downside, the claim on 35USD visa processing and the driver leaving those people who processed their own visa is true. We witness how the French couple were left in the immigration even though a passenger told the driver that those French couple are still inside the immigration. I think the driver will still wait for the passengers though, they just want to scare them for not giving them the 5USD commission.
The price online is expensive compared to actual ticket.

The bus came on time, it was relaxing sleeping bus. We arrived on the exact estimated time for the voyage. However, the wifi was poor, I hope it is gonna be better in the future.

The bus departed on time with a 10-min toilet stop in between. The bus was clean as you are not permitted to go onboard with shoes. The space was a bit narrower than I had expected but good enough for me. Overall, it was a great experience

We arrived and the bus had a defect (basically, not full) so they send you to another company where the same quality standards for which you paid cannot be guaranteed.
In this case, 12go.asia tells you to refuse and ask them directly for a refund. However, from reviews, this refund never comes. So you get scammed a few bucks in the process to get on the other bus.
We got rebooked on the company Futa: good sleeping buses, clean, arrived on time. Better to book directly with them!

Initial company, The SinhTourist, was not the operator. We were in front of The SinhTourist office very early but it was said opening at 6:30am which is the bus time of departure. Hopefully they opened before and at 6:20 or some we were able to talk to someone because we insisted a bit. They led us to the bus by car.
Inside the bus it was not a sleeper but a seated bus filled with many goods for transport like rice bags under the seats, no space. However the service was good. It was extremely quick and simple at the border, just follow the group. After the border we stopped at a restaurant but be aware they do not display prices and charged us 7,5$ for 3 small plates of rice/vegetables, overpriced for the quality. This break was 30 minutes but no warning. We arrived at 2pm instead of 12:30.

The bus is very clean and comfortable. The pickup in Hue is doable, being stuffed with 10 in an 8 people van for 5 minutes. We were not allowed to take a quick stop at a toilet, not even when the bus stopped to load goods in Da Nang. Close to Hoi An the driver yelled something and apparently it was the bus stop. Concluding the bus was great but communication is terrible.

Border crossing was seamless. The bus liaison officer took care of everything without asking for a fee from passengers. Actual bus could use some upkeep though.

Smooth border crossing to Cambodia, staff was very efficient and kind. Transfer bus to siem reap from Phnom penh was not so comfortable, however it had wifi which the first bus didn't have.

Before the bus leave Ho Chi Minh they already let us know that the AC is not working and told us after we pass the VIETNAM-CAMBODIA Boarder we will transfer to a Van so me and my friends okay with that we suffered for about 2HRS sweating inside the bus we rode from HCM til Cambodia Boarder then we transferred from a van but still the AC is still not working well. So another 4HRS sweating when we arrived Pnom Penh we waited for our chartered bus going to Siem Reap but unfortunately the bus is too hot inside AC not functioning so well. Everyone in the bus are complaining. The while 18hrs travel from HCM to Siem Reap was been a sweating experience. Staff are approachable but don’t do anything about the situation. They come along the boarders but didn’t inform what to do there. I can’t recommend this travel agency.

Arrived 1 hour early. Bus was new and had pillows and blankets. Ride was a little bumpy but that’s to be expected.
