The worst experience. Overbooked the bus, so asked us if we wanted to get an earlier one. Then was an hour late to picking us up. Ended up getting onto a random bus, and they never stopped for food or the toilet the entire time.

An sich war der Bus sauber und die Sitze waren breiter und bequemer, als in anderen Bussen (allerdings trotzdem relativ kurz). Leider gab es kein Wlan, so wie es aber eigentlich in der Beschreibung stand, der USB-C Ladeport hat nicht funktioniert, es war fast die ganze Zeit dieses blaue Licht an, was man selber nicht abstellen konnte und es gab keinen Shuttle Bus zu den Hotels, was sonst immer mit dabei war, bei solchen Sleeper Bussen. Aber das bödeste war, dass unsere Rücksäcke komplett durchnässt aus dem Kofferraum kamen und wir sie so zu unserer Unterkunft tragen mussten und dann selber nass waren. Also keine Ahnung bei der Bezeichnung Luxury hätte ich mir was anderes darunter vorgestellt.

The actual bus is great, the driving was good, however it was a tad late and the staff on the vehicle were very loud, speaking and the sound of yacking up a hairball is the only way to describe it. My ticket also didn't tell me which seat I was in and the 12 go app didn't show me my booking.

The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, but even after turning it off I was cold, so I covered myself with a blanket. However, there's a critical point I need to report: on a bus called the "Sleep Bus," the driver honks the horn at least 2-3 times a minute, making it impossible to sleep. Please warn the drivers not to honk constantly. The horn should not be used unless it's an emergency. Please warn the driver about the excessive use of the horn. Thank you!

Inside of bus was good. Beds were clean. The operator let someone put a 4L bottle of peanut oil in the luggage area and it ruptured. It was on everyone's luggage. It soaked a couple of people's backpacks. It got inside of our luggage and ruined several pieces of clothing. The driver and office were no help.

Only first part was in a vip sleeper bus. We haf to wait 2 hours before a limousine bus came and brought us to hcmc. The hotline did not respondse to whatsapp. And the dropoff point was not the same as the one mentioned in the ticket

Vehicle was comfortable, nice and spacious beds. Airco and charging ports included. Bus departed on time and arrived earlier than expected, so that was great too.

The sleeper bus experience was new to me and I liked it. They were on time, the bus was clean and through out the journey, the driver kept us informed about toilet stops to ensure that we were able to relieve ourselves through out the long journey from Dalat to Hoi An.

The cubicles are not very long. I was cramped and I am 5'8". The rest stops are very random and be sure you take your wallet and phone in case you get left there! They provide one water and blankets and a pillow.

Mui ne to hoi an. Left 30 mins early, made multiple bathroom stops before midnight and even a stop for dinner. Was on time for arrival in Hoi An despite all the stops

We were not happy. Hussled from the personal all the time. Over 8 hours of driving by just one person in a row (and ongoing after we left the bus in Quy Nhon). All the time really crazy driving, honking, hard breaking - wile we were laying in the back. And at the end they dropped us far away from the droppoff point were we booked at a pump station in the middle of the night. He told us that he not allowed to drive in the city with this vehicle (that was just a lie).

I highly recommend this company. The bus was comfortable and on time, but what really stood out to me was their understanding and flexibility. I had accidentally purchased a ticket for the wrong date (the following day). When I called to explain—despite some difficulty due to the language barrier—they still arranged to pick me up. I truly appreciated their willingness to help, even though the mistake was mine.

Comfy ride, bus stopped slightly up the street and did not have 'Queen Tourist' on it as expected, so it was a bit confusing initially. Bus was comfy and made toilet stops when needed, however we were not dropped at the specified location, and arrived like 2 hours early no information available about shuttles, difficult to find taxis on Grab.

Nicest sleeper bus I’ve been on the only bad thing is I couldn’t lie with my legs straight and I’m 5,6 so if you’re really tall you might struggle. My usb port wasn’t working but my partners one was so was probably just my one. They stopped twice for the toilet which was perfect. The bus arrived late but we still got to our destination on time so I didn’t mind

The first bus driver was good, so the trip was fine until Ninh Binh. After that it became more chaotic. The bus driver got yelled at at the parking lot in Ninh Binh, then we were pulled over by the police I believe? Of course the driver can’t do anything about this. But then we had a lot of delay and the driver dropped us off at the wrong destination. Our bus ticket said we would be dropped off at 114 Yen Phu in Hanoi, but we got dropped off at some bus station/parking lot on the other side of the city. Because of this we had to take a taxi into the city. We had to catch another bus to Cat Ba and were supposed to have plenty of time in between both buses, but because of the delay and then the wrong drop off, we almost missed the second bus. This was very stressful and we made extra costs because of this. Luckily the rest of the trip was fine.

The bus was incredibly comfortable. Each cabin has enough space for a bag, your shoes and still sleeping well. They provided two small pillows and a blanket. The only thing was sometimes I felt that the bus moved side by side on the curves, perhaps because I was in the second floor I felt it more I guess. Another important thing is that we took off 15mins before the schedule and arrived to Da Lat exactly 12 exact hours later. The driver stopped each two hours for using toilets and at around 11pm for having something to eat (1 hour).
Very good experience, I would take another overnight bus again.

He tried dropping us off half way. We told him our final destination was Hanoi. The bus needed an oil change we were told would put us 20min behind. That’s okay. But we ended up an hour and a half late before he pulled over 40min away from the drop off point that was on our ticket. In the middle of nowhere. Until we demanded he either drive us or get us a car. We tried asking if the bus was broken he just sucked his teeth at us. The ride overall was spacious though

The trip was good. Inside the bus there was a very strong smell of cigarettes. At no point were we told about the Wi-Fi. They also didn't take us to our final destination; they dropped us off about 10 minutes before the location. But it was easy to get a Grab to our hotel.

Got an message in the morning, that there is already a 1 hour delay due to maintenance of the bus. Check in was okay. Bedbunks are quite nice, wide but a little short (i'm 176cm and it was too short)
If you have to go to the toilet just tell the driver, he will make a stop for you.
Overall good experience, would do it again.

The seats were very comfortable, and the welcome was warm. A bottle of water was included.
It was very noisy because of the air conditioning. But at the and we were happy to travel through the night comfortably.

Bus got delayed due to bad weather, communication in advance via WhatsApp by the company which is great and much appreciated. The Bus is overall clean, but not the seats. Random seat assigned, you have to be very lucky that the person before you is not a messy guy.
Also, the bus driver has very limited English skill( close to nil), no announcement at all on any stops which made the journey very confusing. The only way is to keep checking on Google map where you are so you won't miss your final destination.

After booking we got a message from the operator asking us to pay 100K VND per person more or cancel the booking. The message also said that we would arrive at 2 am instead of 00:30 am because of traffic. Two and a half hours into the ride, we were not any closer to our destination. The driver stopped multiple times to go to the car wash, close down a diner and pick up Vietnamese passengers somewhere far off the route. Even though we left Ninh Binh on time, we arrived in Phong Nha at 3 am. The journey took us 9 hours, while Google Maps said it should have only taken 5 to 6 hours. There was no traffic on the way. We feel scammed by this driver.

Mr Khanh Travel Agency, the boss there has to be the most miserable, unhelpful, rude man I've met during my travels in Vietnam.
You can accept lower standards than you normally receive if it's clear that the people are doing their Best for you.
This guy makes no effort at all, in fact the opposite. I didn't travel with Queens tourist, it was another company, who were fine, decent company, decent vehicle, decent driver, couldn't ask for more. Shame about the pick up point!

The ride was extremely bumpy — much more than expected.
Halfway through the journey the driver changed, and the driving became significantly worse.
The new driver was driving very aggressively: full acceleration, hard braking, and it honestly felt like he was aiming for every pothole on the road. I didn’t sleep at all because of this.
For comparison, my Ho Chi Minh City – Da Lat trip with An Anh Bus was very smooth and comfortable.
On the positive side, the bus itself was clean and in good condition, and there were toilet stops approximately every 3 hours.

We booked the trip from Da Lat to Hoi An. The trip was very comfortable. Firstly the bus was on time, which was a big relief. The cubes were spacious and the bed was nice. The driver stopped when someone had to pee. The bus arrived on time in Hoi An. Overall very good experience, would recommend this company.
