Thanh Thuy Da Lat

读过之前的评论后，我做好了最坏的打算。出乎意料的是，司机们非常友好，没有人吸烟，上厕所的地方是在加油站（而不是在田野上）。唯一的缺点是他们开车很快（和往常一样），但考虑到高额的撞车费，这种情况必须改变。

Pros: we left on time and got to Da Lat early (5:15am instead of 7am). Stopped for food and two bathroom stops. Seats/beds have curtains. Cons: loud honking every few minutes that comes through headphones and earplugs so impossible to get much sleep. Seats were a bit small for me, and I am 5'7"/170cm. It smelled like someone kept smoking a cigarette inside the bus.

It’s was good! Just a weird place to get a bus and there’s was a lot of stuff going into the bus, but it was confy!

Vehicle/seats was comfortable. Bad rating due to rude staff. Lights left on when trying to sleep. Curtain quickly opened to let know about stop. Stopped multiple times to drop off packages to places. Driving very fast over bumpy roads and constantly beeping horn so no one I talked to had slept. Dropped us off at a random petrol station in Hoi An at 4:45am when estimated time should have been 6am.

The coach left the station on time. The bus was very comfy and spacious and would recommend this service

Beds were not wide and long enough. Also did we arrive 2h ahead of time. But for the rest it was alright.

It was okey safely reached

The bus was great, with plugs to charge your phone. However the blankets smelled like a strong perfume or cologne which was really unpleasant. We did one stop at 8 and another one during the night but on the side of the road, no toilets facilities, when you are a woman it is not acceptable. Not the best itinerary I did.

trip was fine, but only one stop in 14 hours isn’t good enough especially as it was only 2 hours in. any other toilet stop was on the side of the road with no privacy or actual toilet. alright for men but not for some women.

Rudest tone I had during my whole SEA trip. The link of the address of the office in Dalat in the mail is not correct and I just wanted to tell one of the employees so they can possibly change. He got super annoyed with me. Also, the cabins of the bus were just as narrow as in the normal busses, so its not really a VIP bus. However, bus was on time

For the first timer, it is not a good experience. No one can speak english even the basic one. And unfortunately i got the worst seat plan. at the behind of the bus they placed 5 seat without barrier so there are no space without one passanger to others. And the seat can not lift up-down like the others seat. But they are on time even fastest than the schedule, but normally it could take 12 hours if they not have too much stop for depart and arrived the passanger.

I really enjoyed this trip. The view was fabulous while the sun was still up. The dinner stop was a cute place with great food, but the other stop was just on the side of the road, so women couldn’t really go to the bathroom. The bus was comfortable with a blanket and water. We arrived around an hour earlier than expected.

It would have been nice actually stop somewhere for real food and not only that but one of the bathroom breaks was on the side of the road at about 03:00 in the morning, ok for us guys but what about the women??

The bus was quite old and run down, but it was okay. The real issue was that one of the drivers smoked inside the bus for the whole 15h ride. Our eyes were watering and we tried to cover our mouth and nose with our clothes but it was really bad. The bus stopped all the time and people were sleeping on the ground.

Bus arrived over an hour late but arrived at destination an hour early. Very uncomfortable berths for someone of normal western height! Bad smell of vehicle exhaust when going uphill. Otherwise fine.

The bus was OK, but we arrived much too early so in the middle of the night. Driver was good. We had beds in the back, they appeared to be shorter than the rest of the beds. We are very tall tourists. This made the journey very uncomfortable.

Thé bus was not clean

really old bad bus, people are sleeping in the aisles the bus was more than an hour late and the operator of 12go gave wrong details about the bus and the driver number

WiFi was advertised but was not available

bus was okay but staff not mindful of where they put luggage - stored our bags with food/animal produce, so all our belongings now smell awful. The bus took a good amount of stops for going to the toilet - but unfortunately these stops were mostly just on the road, not very easy for women to go to the toilet.

We took the bus from Da Lat to Quy Nhon and it was nice! Left at 16:00 and arrived at midnight. The bus leaves from Thanh Thuy office in the north of the city, not so far from the Valley of Love. The people at the office speak a little to no English, but the communication went quite ok. The bus was comfortable enough. The size of the seats are quite narrow, but provides enough room for the legs(my bf is 182cm tall and he's happy with the seat). There is a screen for movies or entertainment and you can charge your phones in the bus. They only give you a bottle of water. No food, but around 2 hours down the road, the driver stopped at a restaurant where it seems to be a stop for people to have dinner. The food seemed nice and the portion was big(we didn't try the food because we brought some of our food on the way and ate it. Best suggestion is to bring something that doesn't smell much like fresh springrolls and some snacks. They drop us off in front of Go! Quy Nhon aka. Big C Quy Nhon, and they drive on to Da Nang.

We set off on time which was fine, music was blaring from the videos on screen he was playing which wasn't ideal but stopped after a bit. The bed was comfy but difficult for someone over 6ft to sleep, aircon kept coming off and pm even though it was 25 degrees plus. No WiFi which was a shame. Bus was 2 hours early to Denang so our taxi could only arrive for 6am not 5am so we had to wait an hour.

No English speaking staff so communication was zero , there should be minimum some English speaking for safety reasons. The stop off points was side of road to go to the toilet which was fine if you need a wee but not a number 2. On the ticket said Wi-Fi and USB ports but there was none on the coach. Not as sold. Apart from that the bed was comfy.

Le gérant gérant bus était très froid et très désagréable. Il ne m'a pas déposé à l'endroit prévu.

We had a regular thanh thuy bus that cost the same as this for 7hours HCM to Dalat and it was really good, this bus dalat to Quy Nhon was labelled as VIP so i presumed it would be as nice as the last or better but this bus was your classic dirty sleeper bus with no curtains, charger points etc. Not a VIP bus at all. There was no checking luggage and when we arrived they literally just threw our bags in puddles and the dirt for us to collect, we were also 1.5 hours late for no reason but the driver being super slow to get started and leaving late

My hotel was able to arrange that the bus picked us up from the side of the road (20 min more south on the route). They called 15 min before to be ready. Start was with a bit of delay although we arrived nearly 1 hour earlier than planned at 5am in the morning. Busdriver asked were the hotel was And dropped everyone nearby instead of at the bus station. So: very good service level!

It was good. The bus arrived early. The beds were comfy and relatively private. Only complaint was that the aircon kept getting turned off so the bus was quite hot at point.and we also left 40mins behind schedule.

The Bus was very old and smelly, to many people in there, no curtains for privacy, bus startet more than one hour to late. Drivers were nice and good at driving the bus.

Driver was rude. No toilet on the bus. We arrived 2.5 hours early at 430 in the morning which wasn’t ideal.

Seats were comfy (sleeper style with curtains for privacy). One stop, not much food options. Conductor was a bit rude, not sure if he meant to be but did upset me.

Smelled like cigarettes in the cabin for most of the trip, only stopped 2 times on a 15 hr bus ride which was ridiculous. They said there was wifi and that didn’t work either.
