The driver turned up 35 minutes late, we don’t know why since we could not communicate with him because of lack of common sense language.
He was a competent driver. We felt very safe and he easily found our drop spot.

We started with a low level of confidence, having tried to find out if the taxi service included tolls or other costs from 12Go customer services and drawn a blank, we messaged the operator who didn't respond, then the taxi did not appear at the allotted time. After several attempts (and literally as we were making other arrangements) we got through to the operator who said they had a technical issue, but would dispatch a vehicle within 30 minutes… 2 hours after the agreed departure time, a car arrived.
The driver was lovely and the trip went very well, but after a poor start.

Half way through the driver said he didn’t have money for the gas and rolls and we needed to pay him 3500 rupees. We had to phone the help desk to sort out.
Then when we got to our hotel in Manali he charged us for parking at the airport 270 rupees, 300 rupees for a green tax and 1000 rupees for a night charge.
The back seat belts did not work.

Le chauffeur n'était pas à l'hôtel à l'heure prévu. Il a fallu appeler la hotline et grâce à l'hôtelier qui nous a beaucoup aidé, nous avons pu récupérer le taxi avec 1h30 de retard. Le trajet a duré plus de 4h, ce qui est tout à fait normal compte tenu des routes et du gros trafic dans les villes. 12go annonce des temps de trajet trop courts. Le conducteur avait un conduite assez agréable

Une mauvaise habitude chez les chauffeurs Indiens, de se servir de leur téléphone en conduisant. Obliger à chaque fois de se fâcher. Ils pensent pouvoir gérer, mais ils n'ont toujours pas compris le danger en conduisant.

La communication a été difficile avant le trajet, le chauffeur est arrivé en retard et nous avons eu des difficultés à rejoindre TaxiBazaar, ils ne répondent qu'au téléphone. S'ils utilisaient davantage Whatsapp pour confirmer 1 jour d'avance, ce serait nettement plus efficace et rassurant. En somme, le chauffeur était très bien et le trajet s'est bien déroulé.

El trayecto duró 4 horas y media, lo cual fue más de lo esperado. Para el trayecto de regreso tengo riesgo de tener demoras, por eso solicite el vehículo con 1 hora de anticipación y me cobran adicionalmente.
