The operator should provide the mobile charging points as we found with some other operator. Further the bus should stop at a restaurant with reasonable rates rather than at the costliest, as we experienced during our journey. We had expresso @160NPR(tasteless and very dark) and the quantity was less than half a cup...might be 30 to 35 ml.

The design of the seats does not make sense at all - there is zero support for the neck/ waist, and the space is too narrow for legs to fit in - once anyone tried to incline their chair, your legs would suffer. Comparing to the Rainbow one that we took to Pokhara, this long journey was a suffering on.

The interior of the bus looked nothing like the picture advertised. It was a very scruffy, dirty and uncomfortable bus
