They canceled my flight 5 days before they say that because of the weather, they didn't help me at all and they don't want to take care of my hotels, diets and transfers

original flight was cancelled en the proposed flight 2 days later didn't fit in the schedule of other flights and return to Netherlands We had to take a ferry and until now no refund received yet

Our flight in the scheduled was at 12:20 pm. We came at the airport at 10 am and we got information that our flight move to 14:50 pm . The lady from sun light told me that the 12go sent me a message about change but i didn’t get it. We spent 5 hours at small airport. The aircraft departured at 3:25 PM

Ok. The plane's floor could be cleaner - esp. when you are forced to put your bag on the floor. But free Coffee and Ice Tea during flight, also a small snack&bottled water for all passengers, what I really appreciated (the water^^)
