推荐给那些想要全家度假的人。一开始我很担心，因为看到了旅行地点。谢天谢地，官员们很友善，我们考虑了早点的巴士和顶部的座位，这样可以更自由看风景，拍照录像。司机人很好，出发前先查了一下乘客人数。。

在金域大厦找到巴士不是那么容易，但一切都很完美。漂亮的巴士，好座位，宽敞的空间。谢谢你！

我们对车上舒适的座椅和司机细心的驾驶风格感到非常满意。否则，我们的行程比约定时间晚了 45 分钟，即中午 12 点 15 分在新加坡开始。在我看来，我们下午 2 点左右在新山出发也太晚了。 （计划抵达吉隆坡时间：下午 4:40）。旅程并没有结束……距离吉隆坡至少100公里堵车，唯一的休息站女厕所前排起了长队……导致进一步的延误。开车时不提供水。空调一直吹出冷风并且无法调节。首先到达吉隆坡前面的中央巴士站。原来在新加坡换票的目的地已经改到中央巴士站了。感谢上帝，互联网上的确认最终说服了司机进城。 ->晚上10:30抵达成功时代广场！！！

网站上的信息需要 8 小时而不是 6 小时

空调无法正常工作，未经通知就停止维修。不友好的司机在公共汽车上吸烟。座位很好，腿部空间很大 巴士声音很大，在某些地方可能需要一些油，所以要减少噪音

巴士经理一点也不友好。一直大喊大叫，甚至没有向我们第一次乘坐公共汽车解释说，我们必须在没有适当解释的情况下下去两次。甚至根本没有帮忙提行李（或者我不确定这是否真的不是他们工作的一部分）。巴士很脏，我们的座位上还有其他乘客留下的食物。优惠券上说只有 1 站加油站，但我们却停了 2 站。又在 TBS 停留了一站，我们以为它会直接去成功时代广场。旅行不是如上所述的 4 小时。我们旅行了9个小时

旅途很顺利。昨天我们换乘巴士时，司机没有告诉我们我们不会再坐同一辆巴士，所以仍然在等我的运动鞋回来。

公共汽车很棒，可以放松的椅子和安全的旅行。我会把这个推荐给我的家人和朋友。

不得不乘坐出租车到另一个车站接载。不得不换公交车。尽管海关或路上没有交通，但公共汽车还是迟到了。黄金大厦的工作人员没有积极性，对顾客也不友好。巴士不整洁 优点：巴士司机很友善且安全

只用了4个小时。边检很顺利，不用换车。好简单。

行程其实还不错，只是司机在车里抽烟。描述给了我们一个可以办理登机手续的办公室地址，但随后我们必须乘坐出租车去另一个地方，我们必须自己付费才能到达实际的出发地点。

新加坡的那位女士很粗鲁，当我要求快速上厕所时，她对我做鬼脸，甚至一直没有笑。不过，除了她以外，巴士都很好。

巴士应该在 17:40 到达吉隆坡（从新加坡出发）。大约 2 小时后到达。休息时间太长，不得不换乘公共汽车。除此之外，乘坐舒适。

The bus' emergency exit was held to the seat by a wire. The armrest came off during the trip.

Staff were kinda rude but overall it was nice and fast.

Driver was helpful. The secret is to travel very late at night. Everything is so smooth and not so much people in the bus and immigrations.

The Bus is confortable. However, the retrieval of actual tickets if you got the first trip @ 6am is quite difficult. They have 2 offices, one at the front of the building and one inside. Make sure to go yo the office inside the building since at first lot of us tourists are confused why they are no attendants in the office outside (since we thought it was, not knowing there's another office inside). Some nationals are murmuring in their language because of this confusion. No one guided us. But the moment you're on the bus, everthing is okay.

The customer service is good and friendly, even help us to shift to earlier timing on the spot. However the delay was unacceptable. We started at 8.45 and supposed to reach Melaka around 1 pm, but we ended up reaching around 4 pm. A wobbly 3 hours delay without any explanation.

Very accommodating staff

Most disorganized bus company. Bus service changed 5 minutes before departure time. Took us to Malaysia border in one bus and put us on another after that. The bus did not stop anywhere for toilet break.

Good service. Bus came to the point on time, but was about 1h too late at the arrival point. The walk over the border worked fast and without troubles. Air conditioning in the middle of the bus was very cold but I just changed seat. Seats are big and very comfortable. I would choose this company again!!

Very good services. I booked ticket online and showed e-confirmation on the phone to the operator to get paper ticket. The ticket office is inside the Golden Mile Tower (go inside through the main door and it located on the right). The bus came very on time. The seat was big (as the photo) and could adjust angle to support your back and legs to have a good sleep. The inside space of bus was clean. The driver was very friendly and willing to support. The ride was fast, safe and smooth. It stopped 1 time at the halfway for rest and toilet (about 15 minutes). I arrived to Kualar Lumpur at 12h15 as the bus operator stated. FYI on border protocol: at the checkpoint in Singapore, go out of bus for passport control (you can leave your luggages on the bus), then go through the border gate to the bus (you have to remember the number plate of your bus to check the location of the bus which is showed on the electronic board and walk to it by yourself - no tourguide in here). The bus will run about 30 minutes to the checkpoint of Malaysia. You go out again with all your luggages, move into the border gate for immigration and scanning your luggages (it's simpler than in the airport), then find your bus again in the yard (there is no electronic board as in the Singapore so you have to find it by your eyes - that's why you have to remember the number of the bus and even the face of driver). Have a good trip!

The service both at the counter in Singapore and on board was poor. No information given and especially by the boarder, it was just dictated to get off, but no information where to re-boarder. The aircon was terrible

Bus very clean and comfortable with massage seat and you can tilt the backrest and the calf rest. Sleep is easy in this bus. One small detail is that the driver smoked one time. For those you don’t support the smelt of cigarette, it can be very disturbing, especially for European people where smoked in public area (transports included) is strictly prohibited. Otherwise everything was perfect. I recommande ????

The bus is comfortable, but you just be aware that it's most likely going to take longer than the hours indicated. The traffic can be heavy, and you can wait a lot of time at the border before to restart. I give two stars as rating because I think it's unfair to indicate the best hypothesis instead of the expected or average one. However, the journey itself is ok.

We were supposed to depart at 11.30..arrived there they changed the time to 11.45,but we left it was almost 1 o clock.. The first bus was old, half broken and you had to take a seat random. The second bus was really comfortable,(the air con was kept at Max the whole time..I got a bad sore throat) We were supposed to arrive at 4.40..we arrived at 10.30pm..and we stopped only once!! Further more the driver didn’t say that there was two stops..if someone that was on the bus with us didn’t explained us that we were so far from the city we would have been left at the first bus stop without an explanation.. Truly disappointing..the 2starts are o my for the comfort of the second bus!

The seats and bus is not comfortable as advertised. Before getting to customs, we had free sitting, very old bus. On the way to Berjaya Towers Center we made few stops, and this made super long trip (11 hours!!!) even longer.

It went at 4:20pm against 2:10pm.

Bought the ticket for 9am but it was changed to 9:30 at the counter and the bus departed almost 10. Many delays and no almost no information of which bus after both customs (SG and MY).

Dirty. Full of crocroches.

Outlets did not work and bus driver did not take me to my stop but instead put me and another passenger in a taxi to the stop.

The coach was very comfortable.

Seat belt was cut off and the driver was driving so fast I jumped out of my seat a few times.

the massage type chair on the way to KL isn't working and the USB port too. hopefully next time, there will be wifi connection on the bus
