Pick up was on time. Driver called beforehand to confirm pick up point and time which was good. Arrival time stated was a bit off as we got in an hour later than anticipated, so do be flexible when booking.

The ferry had plenty of leg room even for a tall person. I often suffer sea sickness but didn't on this boat. Maybe since the trip was long I would have liked more choice of food to buy because they only sold two kinds of noodles.

Waren pünktlich da, aber sollten um 10:00 warten um am hotel um 10:30 abgeholt zu werden. 2km nächster Stopp dort wieder 30min warten, nächster Minivan um nach suranthani in, wie schon beschrieben merkwürdigen Hinterhof gebracht zu werden. Ticket Tausch übrigens Voucher ausdrucken! Dort wieder 30min warten um dann zu viert in einem Bus zur Fähre gebracht zu werden, um wiedermals 30min zu warten, danach ging es zum Glück schnell.. Alle jedoch freundlich :)

Abholung in Koh Samui hat gut geklappt. Auch das Umsteigen in Surat Thani war problemlos (nur Bus war etwas veraltet mit rausgerissenen Sitzen). In Krabi angekommen, mussten diejenigen die nach Koh Lanta reisten in einen Van umsteigen und dann nochmals an einem anderen Ort in Krabi umsteigen (inkl 1h Aufenthalt beim 2. Umsteigen). Uns war nicht klar weshalb... Schlussendlich sind wie mit 1.5h Verspätung angekommen.

Taxi zamówione na godzinę 7.00 rano było o czasie, ale transport okazał się być łączony o czym nikt nas nie informował,po czym kierowca mówi do nas że byśmy chwilę zaczekali bo ma jeszcze jakiś innych gości obok z hotelu.Wyjechaliśmy dopiero o godzinie 7.40 bo tamci ludzie zaspali. To jakiś skandal !!!! Po drodze zbieraliśmy jeszcze trzecią parę osób.Do portu dojechaliśmy o godzinie 8.30 rano w czasie o którym powinien odpływać statek.Jeden wielki stres bieg z walizkami. Skandal !!! Na statek na szczęście zdążyliśmy, reszta była ok.

The boat was delayed so we arrived about an hour and 15 minutes later, but everything was good and overall we were satisfied.

Songserm will take you on a massive detour! We used this company Koh Samui, Sura Thani then Krabi. Picking up from the hotel was a breeze but the problem began from the hour and half waiting time at the port waiting for the ferry to arrive to take us to Sura Thani! Then it seems they over booked on the coaches as they wanted us to be squeezed with other people on a sofa at the front of the coach with no sit belts! So as we refused we went on another alocated coach towards Krabi however after an hours journey we all got forced out of the coach in the middle of an unknown town and got taken to an office, without even an explanation (their English was poor) 14 of us then got crammed into a mini bus with luggage squeezed in all the unknown spaces possible and arrived at Krabi 2 HOURS LATER! we were supposed to be at Krabi at 7pm but arrived at 9pm. This is another way for them to make money as they will then try to over charge everyone extra to be dropped off at a move convenient location.

Boat should have left 1230, but was an hour late. And was overbooked so had to take another boat which stopped at Koh samui first

Climatisation beaucoup trop froide dans le bateau, les sièges toujours aussi sale. Premier bus à l'heure, 2 ieme bus en retard.

Some more info about the different stops would be good. Otherwise, great service!

Старенький паром, тараканчики бегают, но в целом все хорошо. Приехали на 2 часа раньше. В автобусе кондиционер очень сильный, берите тёплую одежду в салон.

Werden netjes opgehaald en naar de pier gebracht. Ticket opgehaald in kantoortje en naar de boot. Was een oudere boot die ons optijd afzetten op koh phangan.

Waiting time for the ferry is too long with 3 hours. The songserm ferry takes too long. 7 Hours from Chumphon to Koh Phangan. Better to take the high speed catamaran!

Überfahrt dauert wie gewohnt fast eine halbe Stunde länger. Ansonsten reibungslos

Minibus was ok, but the ferry was very uncomfortale, with completely freezing AirConditioning, unable to set comfortable temperature to sit inside. In a stormy and rainy weather that we travelled, the only possible place to stay was outside the AC lounge, holding a wall under the ferry roof, balancing on feet for 2 hours. Trying to keep the puke inside, cause the ferry was shaking like a small boat on a huge waves. The trip finished with a 30 minutes late. Thank you very much. Will try to skip Songserm ferrys on next trips.

The ferry was all right. But we had to wait for the bus nearly 3 hours. Also the toilet was very stinky in the bus. But at least we arriving in time.

Wir buchten ein Ticket von Ko Phangan nach Khao Lak. Zuerst ging es mit der Fähre von der Insel nach Surathani, dort wurden wir empfangen und direkt in einen Bus gesetzt, der uns zu einer weiteren Busstation brachte auf dem die Reisenden dem Reiseziel nach aufgeteilt wurden. Ein privater Shuttle brachte uns dann zum Busbahnhof und uns wurden die Tickets für die weitere Fahrt nach Khao Lak in die Hand gedrückt und wir wurden zum richtigen Bus gebracht. Da der Bus leider eine defekte Klimaanlage hatte, wurden wir gebeten wieder auszusteigen und haben ca 20 Minuten auf einen Ersatzbus gewartet. Dieser fuhr dann mit einigen Stopps Richtung Khao Lak. Die Reise war im allgemeinen sehr gut organisiert und sind unkompliziert und günstig von A nach B gekommen

Suitcases were stored outside on opeb boat and my suitcase got all wet, all my clothes inside too.

Timely pick up by bus driver. However, had to wait 2 hours to board boat in blazing heat. It would have been better to have a later pickup and spend less time in mid day heat. Boat was fine even though no seats provided.

Arrived 2 hours late. Glad I wasn’t one of the people who had their bags thrown around.

Every thing was on time, cruise was speed and on time. Maintain thing is I selected to Drop at Ao Aang Beach after reaching pier they transferred me to Ao nang by Van.

It was easy travel, the are well organised. We had a little car accident but the driver take care of us very well!

The trip was very fast, there was a shadowy place to wait for the boat, which was good. Inside the boat it was extremely cold because of the air condition. It could be at least 5 degrees warmer inside.

Ship was late by 30 mins hence 3 stars. All the rest was good.

You should let us know that have to wait 3 hours in the middle of the night to take the ferry. Traveling without knowing it is kind of unfair.

it is better to use the normal carferry. its not so loud and the air is better

Retard sur retard, je déconseille cette compagnie. Nous n’avons pu lever l’ancre à cause d’un orage alors que les autres compagnies le faisaient (mais je ne peux pas leur en vouloir de jouer la sécurité); ils n’ont trouvé aucunes solutions à part « revenez demain » et le lendemain ils étaient encore en retard. Si vous avez le choix, prenez lomprayah.

Clear instructions were left to meet at The Cafe Shop at the Railway Station, 2nd Floor. Which was correct. The only confusion for travellers was because there was no shop or representative present to say you was in the right place. 15 minutes before departure a representative of the bus company arrives and gives you coloured coordinated stickers as to which Island you are visiting. A great, simple, visual method for bus guides and tour operators to see who should be where. The bus company staff were firm and direct shouting out the name of the island for passengers to give their luggage to the staff to load their luggage in the luggage space below the bus. I was going to Koh Phangan island which is the furthest away, so my luggage was one of the first to be put on the bus. Then we were allowed to go and find a seat on the bus which had plenty of legroom, reclining seats and leg rests. Blankets were provided. In all it was a very comfortable 16 hour bus trip. Food and toilet stops were made on route but no water or snacks were given on the bus, so it is advisable to take your own snacks and drink for the journey. From Bangkok to the port I felt relaxed and comfortable and did not have to worry where I was as the bus staff indicated I was in the right place by motioning me to stay when we came to every stop when it was not my turn to disembark. I would recommend this company to any traveller. The bus was clean and tidy, just no water or snacks were provided. The toilet was clean and useable on route. I am a 58 yr old female single traveller. It is daunting making sure you are in the right place, but if you follow instructions and use your common sense and keep calm, everything turns out right in the end. You cannot have your hand held every step of the way when travelling the world independently. Guided tours are available for those kind of travellers. 12Go were easy to book tickets with but horrendous when things go wrong. This was the second time I attempted this bus journey from Bangkok to Koh Phangan island, as the first bus from Cambodia to Thailand left 2 1/2 hours late and I missed my connection to the island, that I was hoping to do in one continuous journey. 12Go were not available to sort out my unused tickets and issue replacement tickets. READ their Terms and Conditions carefully. They take no responsibility for any mishap on your journey. I contacted the bus companies who let me down and all of a sudden they speak no English! Not helpful. 12Go should be more supportive for the commission they receive on each ticket sold. They gave no back up at all. I have yet to place a claim with the Insurance Company who automatically take your money for their insurance package, but somehow I am wondering if this is going to be worth it to claim my accommodation in Bangkok, which should not have been necessary and for a refund of my original ticket cost .... Anyway, my problem. Just make sure if you have a connection, make sure enough time is allowed for slow traffic, any unforeseen problems on route. My bus trip from Cambodia to Thailand was supposed to have been 11 hours but it took 15 hours with no traffic problems on route. Weird hey? Happy travelling everyone.

The ferry people almost didn't wanna wait a few minutes when I noticed that I forgot my passport. They didn’t make it clear how exactly the bus ride would go so that we could prepare for it. The bus was not a sleeping bus and the AC made me sick. Bruh.

Fairly painless and easy trip. First, go to songserm office next to 7/11 by the pier to get your ticket. Then you jump on the ferry, take a coach bus, go through a couple transfers, and youre done. I paid 100 baht extra to drop me off at my hotel as well. Arrived later than 14:30 (closer to 16:00), but im not complaining. Would book again!

Get you from A to B, do not expect to sleep much. Bus arrives at 3am at the Pier, you have to wait there until 7 for the boat departure. The pier is quite a shity place with old car seats where you can rest. For 200bth more, use lompraya wich is much better organised and clean.

Good journey! Make sure you bring some snacks with you because the food on board is overpriced. The journey takes about 2 hours end to end.

It was a nice trip but It could have been better with better sits

Impuntuales, más de 30 minutos de retraso. Maletas muy mal guardadas, amontonadas con 10 al maletas encima. Además dejan subir un vendedor de taxis al barco que cobra el doble que los que están a 200 metros del muelle. No reservar taxi en el barco

The waiting area at the pier in Koh Phangan is a disaster. We were confused and everything looked really trashy. The ferry was really slow, not high speed. It took longer than with Lomprayah. We arrived at Surathani and everyone was confused as no one told us where we are. We had to wait another hour before the bus arrived, in my opinion only that they sell food at the station. It took us 11h from Koh Tao to Krabi. I would always recommend Lomprayah, definitely more serious. Nevertheless, we arrived safely in Krabi.

It was OK but the coach was in terrible condition, dripping water all over me and my children from the air con and the lower area of the coach was classed off. It didn't help that the air con was narnia level. We arrived frozen and wet.

The journey took an extra 2hrs longer than advertised. They ferry and bus were very comfortable though.
