Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Bus war aber laut, hat weil geruckelt und die Sitze sind sehr unbequem zum schlafen (können nicht flach gestellt werden) - Wir haben kein Auge zubekommen…

Bus was perfect, we done the morning bus journey. Once on the bus you get a bottle of water, bread bun, crisps. Toilet on board which is great, the bus stopped halfway and you can get lunch

Nice bus, seats recline but not super flat
There was a tv screen on the back of the chair - only Thai programs available
Snack and water was provided and a stop at approx 1:30am - for toilet break and food

The tour was excellent. We arrived over an hour early in chiang mai, check in was simple, seat comfortable and they provided a blanket. The toilet in the bus was CLEAN and worked! If you know flix bus in Europe this is 1000 times better. They gave water, and snacks. You can charge your phone on the bus and they do stop during the night for food at a restaurant. No internet on board but that isn’t promised either. They do turn off the lights during the night

Comfortable ride. Bus was on time. Temperature in the bus was oke, just dress warm.
It would be nice if the bus driver would inform us what was happening during the trip. Oke I was informed that we would make a stop in between and we could have something to eat, but the driver did not tell for how long or where to go.
Same with the drop offs. The driver did not tell us at what location we were. You just have to ask yourself and keep track of the location of the bus yourself.
But it was a nice comfortabel ride.

Controls at my seat did not work nor did the seat-back entertainment. Could not really sleep so defeated purpose of VIP overnight bus.

Quiet bus ride, comfy reclining chairs way more space than you’d get on an airplane and only 20 mins late arriving so good vibes all round. Aircon was pretty cold so would recommend bringing an extra layer even though blankets were supplied

There was a strong, disgusting smell of shits and pees from a bus toilet coming in waves during the whole ride. That was the only thing that blown our minds and noses. Food was good enough, but we were confused about how to get it properly because English communication affordability was weak enough. Seats were really comfy, had usb chargers, however lights on a top pannel were not working and that was freezy enough because of air conditioning. And the last one thing is we bought two tickets in one purchase and finally got them separated. The bus was half empty and there were enough double seats to book for us.

Everything great, big seats, every person had his/her own seat with Screen. Only the toilet on Board could be better. But there is a Stop where you can go to toilet outside and also eat something. Overall we would do it again:)

A los 15 minutos de salir nos detuvieron en otra estación, nos hicieron bajar del colectivo y esperar 1 hora y media hasta volver a salir. El colectivo olía a orina. No fue una buena experiencia.

Excellent- the bus left exactly on time, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a very professionally executed journey, we were provided with a snack, bottle of water and our ticket even included a free meal at a Thai local cuisine stop! What a bargain! Seats were very comfortable :) couldn’t recommend it enough

Wir sind pünktlich abgefahren und vor der angekündigten Zeit in Hua Hin angekommen. Bus war ok und es gab für jeden eine kleine Falsche Wasser.
Vor Ankunft an der Station in Hua Hin, sind einige Mitfahrer schon ausgestiegen. Hier muss man wohl vor ab dem Fahrer einfach bescheid geben.
Alles in allem eine angenehme Fahrt

Not sure why some left bad reviews. Sure food they provide is limited, a tiny snack at best, but they stop half way in a spot where you can get a few snacks. Dont expect to find a big dinner or restaurant, it’s more so u can stretch your legs. Think of getting food from somewhere before maybe if you’re hungry but again, it’s a night ride so you might want to just sleep.
Bus was very clean, lots of privacy, comfortbale but a bit sits are a bit small for me (1.80m) anyway, definitely recommand it. Well worth the money.

No earphones for the TV, food stop off Is at midnight and is very rushed and confusing as nothing was explained in English . Air con was very cold all night . Overall wouldn’t choose again as was impossible to actually sleep

I always use Sombat Tour between BKK and Hua Hin. Excellent bus service. 12Go booking site advised to be at the bus station one hour before departure time but it was not necessary. I waited too long doing nothing.15 minutes before departure time is enough.

Ich kann mich den meisten Bewertungen nur Anschließen. Wir sind Pünktlich gestartet und waren sogar schon um 4:30 Uhr in Bangkok.
Die Einzelsitze waren Sehr gut, allerdings etwas mehr Beinfreiheit wäre wünschenswert. Ich konnte gut schlafen. Das Essen während der Pause haben wir nicht probiert, aber die Toiletten waren „okay“.
Ansonsten, ja die Klima war zu kalt eingestellt, aber es gab eine kuschlige Decke.

Die Sitze sind sehr bequem und es gab eine Decke. Bei den gefühlten 15 Grad im Bus hat diese aber relativ wenig genützt. Ich habe die gesamte Nacht gefroren und dadurch kaum geschlafen.

Very comfortable VIP bus (3 seats per row) with lots of leg room. Driver dropped us off close to Mo Chit BTS station and bus stops. Would happily use this service again.

I actually think it was a very good ride, but I’m a girl fairly thin and I was freezing most of the trip. Asked the bud attendant for an extra blanket or maintaining the temperature but she had no blanket and the temperature didn’t change. Long pants and a hoodie would fix this!

I am 161cm and found it very comfortable, but my partner is 181cm was in lots of discomfort because he didn’t really fit. Our guide spoke english so we were very lucky. 4 hours in, the bus stops for a rest. Our bus arrived 1h earlier than expected.

The ride was ok, attendant states you can not eT on "my" bus. No where was stated foodnot allowed. Meal at ztop at midnight was close to prison food. Small portions.

Everything was very good: the vehicle, the seats, the crew, food and drinks, the stops on the road.
One thing was missing though: no WiFi on the bus - which would be of great benefit during a 10 hrs. tour. Comparison: in Cambodia, every "uggly" long distance bus does have WiFi - for free.

For a so called "VIP" bus disappointed that there was no attendant service on board. No complementary drinking water available ! Bus left about 10 minutes late, but arrived after about 3.5 hours. Again, no attendant to assist on arrival at Hua Hin. Bus was quite old. I used to use Sombat Tour buses a lot and they used to be very good, but their standards seem to have dropped and the cost cutting is all too apparent.

Seats were comfortable and the AC was fine. They give you small snacks and water. Had I not reviewed some of the prior comments, I wouldn't have known about the dinner stop at 1 AM or so. NO explanation / comment ever given prior to the stop. Food was ok. It's included in the ticket price. It was a very long ride for only 1 bathroom stop but I did it.

Luxury bus - screen for films, very comfy seats, food provided throughout. IMPORTANT: wrap up warm as air con on and bring own soap to use in toilet.

Partenza e arrivo puntuale, poltrone comodissime e addirittura con la vibrazione ed il massaggio lombare, ambiente molto pulito ed hostess precisa e gentile, unica pecca l'orario di cena avvenuto durante la notte (ora 1/2). Consigliatissimo per spostamenti Bangkok- Chiang Mai e viceversa.
