I couldn't adjust the seats, the heating was weak, but the driver and mate were thorough and took the trouble to keep an eye on the passengers - at a border crossing, this is important..

Arrival - 5 hours late. Had empty seats. Gave an arrival time that turned out to be 5 hours later. Need to give passengers honest estimate time INCLUDING possible delays at customs and immigration.

Взагалі не дуже мій досвід, фото автобуса дійсно не співпадає. Ті хто користується автобусом хочеться порадити, що вам прийдеться побігати по автовокзалу, запитувати ВСІХ водіїв і тільки так ви знайдете свій маршрут. В квитку не вказана пересадка!!! Туалет відсутній, розетка біля вашого місця відсутня, вона є одна на весь автобус - переноска!!! ВИДАЛІТЬ ФОТО АВТОБУСА, ПРИ ЧОМУ НАПИС "SINDBAD"?

Different bus and company.no info about seat number, no toilet inside of bus, leaking roof, old bus. No much. drivers were ok. Old bus without toilet chargers and with leaked roof (water dropped on my head and body) -ride on 02.07.22. Totally different bus from what i ordered and different company. I booked a sindbad, but came an old Minsktrans bus which was not as been advertised. Unsuitable for long ride bus.hot inside.no toilets, no chargers (on ride 02.07.22 to Minsk). On 25.07.22 was a better bus but same as before it was Minsktrans with no allocated seats. i came to bus station and didnt even knew its my bus on stop as bus had diffferent name from which i ordered.

The bus driver was very nice, polite and patient. There were enough stops to go to the toilet or buy food. It was very difficult to find the exact departure point of the bus. The queue in front of the bus was so long that one had to wait a long time in order to ask the bus driver where the bus was going. The legroom of the seat was very narrow.

Driver locked drinks away. Frantic at bus station. Getting on the way home. Frantic boarding. Members of my party being told no booking and yet others let on. I had to intervene!!! Drinks availability locked away and only opened when the drivers wanted a drink!!!

Bus, information, organisation. Le bus depuis Varsovie jusqu'à Konin était inacceptable.L'espace entre les rangées des sièges est minuscule, comme un bus de Chine. Pas de place pour les jambes. Deux heures d'horreur ! WC ne marchent pas. L'information sur le trajet Warschawa-Lausanne n'est pas juste.Les changements de bus ne sont pas annoncés. Les chauffeurs ne savent rien. Le stresse énorme! Et le voyage n'est pas encore terminé. J'ai du écrire quatre e-mails et un mail depuis l'application Sindbad, pour recevoir une réponse peu informative. J'espère que je vais arriver à Lausanne demain comme c'était prévu.
