In avance it was not clear how the trip would be, where change of vehicles would take place. In the end everything worked out well. We arrived 1 hour before estimated time of arrival.

Zu Beginn der Reise ziemlich chaotisch und schlecht organisiert. Waren bereits eingestiegen, als ihnen auffiel dass der van zu wenig Plätze hat. Stiegen um und wurden zu einem anderen Van gefahren. In diesem van hat dann die klimaanlage dauerhaft auf mich getropft.

Amazing service! Got a private taxi with big and comfortable seats to Phnom Penh. Then we waited there for around half an hour before a van picked us up and took us to Ho Chi Minh City. Border was easy and van was comfortable.

Van was late. Also stopped 4 times to drop off locals. The van did take the express way, but still took 4 hours for the journey because of all stops.
This meant that upon.arrival we had to rush to get our boat ticket booked

The first part was fine, but the second half from Phnom Penh to Seam Reap was the worst. I stuck in the back of the van where it was beyond cramped. That portion of the trip took over 6 hours, which might have been due to the multiple stops the driver made: I counted at least four restroom stops, not to mention the extra passenger drop offs.

There must have been no other customers this day, because we got a private car (BYD with perfect air conditioning) for 2 people. We arrived early, with a 10 minute pitstop, and the transition to the ferry was almost seamless.

good and clean cars and ferries both ways. unfortunately they switched to a smaller car both trips, so we had to sit in the "middle seat" at the rear, which was a bit uncomfortable for all three of us.

I booked my ticket so that I would arrive in Siem Reap for 7.30pm however when I reached my transfer in Phnom Penh they told me I would have to wait until 4.30pm for my bus meaning that I wouldn’t arrive until around 10pm. When I questioned this as there was an earlier bus leaving which would have got me to Siem Reap on time the employee just looked at me and laughed. There was no explanation as to why my arrival time was pushed back 2.5hrs and this caused a lot of stress as I was unsure if my hostel reception would still be open on my arrival. I understand that sometimes things change but to have someone laugh in my face and give no explanation was not acceptable in my eyes.

Arrived at 11.30 pm instead of 8.30pm due to waiting for a change of bus in Phnom Penh (staff were very friendly there), bus was also definitely a downgrade from the photos shown of 12togo as seats weren’t vaguely similair or comfy. Very little communication from the driver

We travelled from Phnom Pehn To Koh Rong Samloem. The bus left on time, had one break allowing us to use amenities and got to the pier on time. Our ticket had the ferry included which made it very simple.

After taking the boat we needed to waiting for 1.5 hours to get into the bus. After arriving in Phnom Penh we needed to change busses and needed to wait for another hour for it. So we arrived almost 2 hours later then expected and it was just because of the long waiting-times. The busses do not have any leg room if you’re a bit tall so it was not comfortable at all.

The AC was broken, that bus was an oven. Also it tooked forever, we did in 5h what a normal ride would be just 1h, the bus was stopping every 20 minutes in random stops. I don’t recommend this trip at all!

took way longer than it said. went from sihanoukville to siem reap, it said 9 hrs but it was 12. we were in a decent sized mini bus to phenom penh but then they moved us to a tiny mini bus with not enough room for everyone and their bags. there were bugs in the bus too. the bus driver stopped every 20 minutes, even after everyone on the bus kept asking if he could just carry on driving because we were already late and he just laughed in our faces. wouldn’t recommend.

We paid a little more than we needed to because the transport was advertised as a “comfort minibus”, the photo also appeared to show a type of vehicle that we’ve been happy travelling on before. What we actually got was a regular minivan. I hate minivans, they are the worst kind of transport going for a long journey. They pack you in like sardines, they struggle to fit everybody’s luggage in, the seats are too close together and there is little leg room. In fact, if you end up in the row behind the driver, there is no leg room at all. They are ok for short journeys but are very uncomfortable for longer journeys. I would not have booked this had I known in advance.

It’s not very luxurious when you sit at the back. They stopped multiple times in Phnom Penh to drop people off, and at one point, during the last hour of the journey, a guy got on and had to stand because there were no seats left.

Mixed experience. First part from Hcmc to pp went very smooth, all on time, stops exactly as promised, immigration went very quick also due to help from a driver. Second part from pp to Sihanouk not so good, i was placed in a van and waited there for about an hour until other passengers arrived. We had a substantial delay (1.5 h) and the driver drove very dangerously for about 30 minutes.

Going from koh Rong sanloem to Saigon with a single ticket was already amazing. The trip went well and cherry on the cake we arrived at a walking distance of my hotel. Speed ferry was good, bus was vintage but comfortable. Excellent value for money !

Journey was good, border crossing went very easy. Only thing is that the bus drivers tried to charge us money for a so called “border fee” which doesnt exist. Also for a visa which we allready had, so that didnt make any sense. Watch out for that!

Because of the delayed ferry, half of the bus had to wait 45 minutes for the other half of the passengers, which is why we arrived in Phnom Penh an hour later. For those who were waiting on the bus, this was unfair.

We travellel from Sihanoukville to PhnomPen . We departed on time and arrived on time as well. The driver drove well, the minibus was comfortable, and the air conditioning was working. There was also a stop where we could use the restroom or buy food and water. I recommend it!

Firstly our driver almost fell asleep several times on the way, as he swerved across the road multiple times. We had to wake him up and keep him awake for the whole trip, which was really scary as we feared for our lives.
Secondly our ferry didn’t go our destination at Sok San. It only sailed to Long Set Pier, which is on the opposite site of the island. They said it was the mistake of 12GO as their company didn’t sail to that port. Therefore we had to catch a taxi to get us across the island which costed 20 USD and a lot of trouble.

I had a very good experience traveling from Phnom Penh to Koh Ron Sanloem. It was a very smooth ride, was perfectly organized, we even departed a bit earlier because everyone was there in time. The drivers were super nice, the van had an AC, the ferry departed just in time and we got there as planned. Could only recommend!

Sceptical to book after reading reviews but whole trip was 10/10 - bus was full except x1 seat, enough room for all bags. Dropped to ferry office where tickets were given to us and we had to wait 50 mins until 15:00 - arrived in longest beach before 16:30!!

It was everything perfect when we arrived to the agency, the start was punctual.
But on the highway one wheel exploded (was it already old and in a bad condition? I didn‘t check the wheels when we left Phnom Penh because I‘m not a mechanical) so it was a little panic in the van. I was afraid of an accident. The driver could par the van on a side way of the highway and he also could change the wheel with some difficulties. We (there were 13 persons in the van - and some didn‘t have a security belt!) were waiting a little bit away from the van when the driver tried to change the wheel. It was dangerous - what happens ig some car crashes into the van?
Finally we we all lucky to arrive to Sihanoukville with the van and the changed wheel.
Maybe the agency should check better the technical condition of the car and the wheels.

Bus was overbooked, not enough rooms for the amount of bags and people on a small mini bus. Made the bus uncomfortable and the aircon wasn’t great which added to this. We were dropped off at the wrong place and when we tried to speak to the driver to explain we thought it was the wrong place he wouldn’t speak with me or even acknowledge I was trying to speak with him. I am obviously aware there is a language barrier which is why I got up a translation app on my phone to help us communicate but he still wouldn’t listen. We were the given the wrong ferry tickets and the people in the ticket office ended up coming to the port to look for us to explain that we had been dropped off at the wrong office and given the wrong ticket.

I was terrified when I read the reviews, but I had to take this transfer because it was the only one that suited my departure time. If I had another option, after reading the reviews, I definitely wouldn't have used this company... and... I would have made a mistake, because everything was great. Very comfortable seats, good air conditioning, and the driver drove safely.
I saw in the comments that people were complaining about him picking up other passengers along the way – really? What did you expect, a taxi that would only take you for a few bucks straight to your destination? Next time, take a taxi. You're on vacation, loosen up your roller skates a bit, because I see a lot of tension over nothing here.
