Am Busahnhof waren alle sehr hilfsbereit, da leider Ausschilderung nur auf Thai. Sehr angenehme Fahrt. Stewardess und Busfahrer sprachen kein Englisch, hat sich jedoch sehr bemüht mit wenigen Worten alles zu erklären.

normally they would deserve 4-5 stars the service was perfect, we got food and beverages as well as blankets and pillows. unfortunately they turn the bus into the antarktis. we were not able to sleep because it was so cold even though we had 2 blankets long trousers socks and pullovers on. do something about that!!!

The bus was so nice, comfie, with massage seat. We got some snack n drink. Bus is very cool. The lady is so pretty. The toilet is clean.
But unfortunately, no usb port n no wifi.
Nice experience with siam first.

Professional service, good driver, felt safe and arrived only 20 minutes late. Only complaint was that the seats were slightly narrow and there was a smell from the toilet but to be fair that’s common to pretty all night buses. 5 English films to choose from on seat-back TVs and headphones given out to use on-board. No sign of the much-anticipated massage chairs but all in all a good trip.

We thought this was a great company to use - the hostess service was very good, and the driving safe. A generous amount of snacks and drinks provided on the journey itself, a food voucher to use at the halfway service station, TVs on the back of every seat, blanket/pillow provided, a toilet that actually had toilet paper, and there was also a decent amount of leg room. The seats reclined quite well, but could be a little bit wider in order to make yourself more comfortable. Apart from that, everything else was spot on. Would recommend this company :)

The trip was almost perfect, O wisj there were buses like this in my country. They give so many food, plus tickets to change for a small dish of Thai food. So delicious!. The seats are way to good, even they have massage mode. And they also have movies with English audio, just look for them. Though the counter for the tickets is hard to find I totally recommend this bus, you are not going to regret it.

A tiempo. Comodisimo, el asiento hasta tiene una función de masajes. La azafata super amable. Te dan café, té y snacks. Viaje mejor que un vuelo. Recomendado!

The service was excellent, hostess on the bus was very helpful. Very comfortable bus and snacks given along the way. Worth the travel to Morchit bus station instead of the bad buses and service leaving from khaosan road.

This overnight bus was much better than expected! There was a seat massager and a stewardess and seats that reclined almost all the way. There was also a clean toilet on board. Definitely worth the cost and I would highly recommend this bus company!

Good bus with decent seats, the bus staff didn't really speak English but they were friendly and helpful. Wish they had some English movie options on their backseat tvs, even the English movies were all dubbed over into Thai.

Very comfy bus and additional plus for the food provided during the trip. However, finding the bus on the station was tricky - you should count a lot of time to get to the station in the first place and then additional couple of mimutes to figure out where is your bus. Otherwise, great.

Highly recommended. Spacious legroom and comfy seats. Entertainment monitors with movies but I assumed they were all in Thai, maybe you can figure out subtitles somehow. Ticket includes free meal or drink at stop about three hours after departure, take your ticket in with you. Snacks (croissant thing, cookies, and juice) provided too. Staff didn't speak any English but it's a straight forward journey so not a big deal.

Bus ride was comfortable with air-con at the right temperature so the blanket they provided was enough. Arrived Chiang Rai at around 7am just as scheduled. Only reminder which was not mentioned in previous reviews - after printing the ticket out, arrive at Mo Chit bus terminal earlier to find Siam First’s counters at 10-12 to exchange for the actual ticket to be able to know the right bus terminal and get the dinner ticket.

Pros: extremely comfortable seats that recline all the way back, loads of leg room, proper blankets, pillow and head rest, snacks and drinks provided, arrived at our destination before the scheduled arrival date, movies on individual TV screens.
Cons: none!
Would recommend to anyone backpacking Asia.

Excellent bus service.....only downside is a bit difficult to access or find bus at the station. Easy if you are Thai.

It is the best travel so far from
Bangkok up North to the border of Thai and Laos. The 13 hours bus journey was long but didn’t mind since it’s at night. The stewardess was very attentive and accomodating to all passengers. Smooth ride and driver is very professional. An amazing staff you got there. Thanks and hope to ride again soon.

Slightly hard to find the bus stop, so give yourself some time. But the ride was great. Lots of snacks, blankets, pillow, and a smooth ride. I really enjoyed it. Except I accidentally left my glasses on the bus (my own fault). They did get there an hour before they said, but it was fine.

Bus depart on time, good service.
snack, coffee and tea are served on bus. Around midnight they stopped and you have a meal 20mins (included in ticket). The best is comfortable seat and always smile of service woman

My husband's seat would not recline. Driver was all over the road. Bathroom reeked of urine for majority of the trip and the smell eventually crept upstairs to second deck. Bus was EXTREMELY cold. Stewardess was helpful.

Keep your ticket, at midnight you will stop and get free food with.
The driver was not driving too fast.
It wasn't too cold in the bus.
No announcement in English.
Counter outside 10 to 12 for the ticket. And 28 to 30 for the platform.
You CAN'T charge your phone or connect to the wifi. The chairs were not large but still comfy with massages.
