Seven Seas 的渡輪等級和價格為何？
通常來說船越快，價格就越高。在預訂前選擇好要快船還是慢船。慢船比快船的價格更實惠。然而，船型不同，航行的時間差異可能非常大，所以在預訂船票前，務必覈實船隻航行的時長。一些船型的數量有限，因而需要提前預訂。務必要檢查船隻出發和停靠的碼頭，參閱其他旅客的評論，選擇方便你後續旅行的碼頭。

輪渡旅行的優點

輪渡旅行的缺點
- 暈船是輪渡旅客最關心的問題。離岸越遠，海浪越洶湧，就越可能暈船。為了讓你的旅行更加愉快，請參考我們上面的建議，在出發前半小時服藥。
- 輪渡高度依賴天氣。如遇下雨，行程可能延誤甚至取消。即便是大島間的輪渡也會因暴風雨而關閉數日，這是常有的事。需要注意的是，如果你需要搭乘輪渡換乘飛機，有時候輪渡延遲到岸的機率可能會很高。

Though we paid for the van but got the car instead, the driver was rushing back from Kota Bharu to Kuala Besut to get another client. Though he informed us he will speed up but we felt he has put our life to risk. The driver did apologize and slowed down after I voice my concern.

It was an worthy and great support.
My Flight delayed by 30 mins still the Shuttle waited for me 10-15 mins. And most importantly keep connected via email and WhatsApp. Which gave me a tension free trip.
This was a value for money trip as well, great professionalism shown by Seven Seas team. I was only Customer at 3.00 PM shuttle, still they didn’t cancel and gave me the ride with smile.
They gave me 300 RM worth ride where I paid only 30 RM via 12go.asia.
Thet deserve a KUDOS too.

Air conditioning shot cold despite the fact that we asked to lower the power. Seats with unusable legs due to the limited space available. One stop for the bathroom.

I bought the ticket to go and came back, the company refused to catch me from Flora bay at 10. And told me to ask refound to 12go. I must have bought a new ticket to came back with another operator: PB.
The operator driven the boat complaint to drop off us to flora bay and when we arrive in front of it he asked us to move to another boat that bring us to flora bay. No good service at all.

Llegamos pronto y nos preguntaron si queriamos adelantar y retrasar nuestros billetes para nuestra comodidad y sin ningun gasto extra. Djimos que si y nos adelantaron el viaje a la isla y a la vuelta nos atrasaron la llegada de la isla para no tener que estar esperando mucho tiempo en el aeropuerto. superbe service, l’agence a pris contact avec moi avant mon arrivée et le chauffeur m’attendait avec une pancarte à mon nom. La route s’est très bien passé, arrivée à l’agence pour le bateau taxi, pour réserver ma traversée, je mets la note de 10/10 car c’est une très bonne organisation merci

El conductor venía con nosotros desde las islas perhentian, así que nos acompañó hasta la oficina.
Tuvimos que esperar 5-10 min allí y luego ya subimos a la mini van.
Conducción “estilo Asia”, pero todo bien.
