Was stuck in traffic and almost didn’t make it, but Setia went out of their way to get me on the ferry! We got there a bit late, but they waited and had the crew pick up me and my luggage at the car park. Truly an amazing company. Also felt super comfortable and safe during the drop from Sanur to Jungut Batu.

Preparations and security advises were very good, just like in a plane with instructions via video. Lifewest must be put on and worn throughout the journey.Very clean and comfortable seats.

Overall very organized and professional service. Boat to nusa Lembogan from Sanur Harbor. You meet at the Setia office, checkin, they take your bags and then drop you off at the harbor terminal. You wait till about 10 min before departure and then board boat. Went way better than most reviews on travel by fast ferry to island!

On time, one of the few boats to Lembongan with Air Condition. At Lembongan you have to change boats to get to the beach where the Journey ends. Last steps in the water. So be prepared to take off your shoes or wear proper sandals and clothes. This should bei mentioned in the booking process. However, smooth service and ride to Lembongan. Best Ferry in my opinion.

The boat has air conditioner, and the logistic to board everyone was quick. The trip from Lembongan to Sanur took 30 minutes (the ocean was a bit hard on us) but everything went well. Once in Sanur, we quickly saw a person identified as Setia employee in the harbour, and he immediately took us to the transfer car. It was a great experience.

Quite a bumpy crossing, of all the ferry’s I have done in Indonesia this was the most choppy. The boat was comfortable and did leave on time, you do have to get a small boat from Lembongan out to the bigger boat that does the crossing
They advertised you’d get water on board which you did not.

Puis, mon écharpe a disparu.
