Easy to book with Go13. I like the ticket with all needed information with GPS position of meeting point and arrival place. Easy to find the place and to enter the ferry. A bit old but I felt very safe and with all the needed safety equipment available.

Alles in allem war der Bus gut, allerdings sind wir nicht dort angekommen was angegeben war. Die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht und wir mussten bei der Abholung vom Hotel zum Bus 3 mal den Wagen wechseln. Leider eine Enttäuschung.

Sehr altes Schiff, wenig Platz an Bord. Buchungssystem sagte was von Fernseher, Schnellfähre… war aber die ganz normale Fähre, die wir auch für 50 THB weniger hätten nehmen können.

The Engine is very loud. Used a different boat which was much lesser loud. The 12Go.asia web is not usable when you wat to pay by Apple Pay…the paying process is staying in an endless loop. I had to book via browser.

Online booking and information is perfect and the ferry was in time. We had some waves so if your sensitive for sea sickness take some medicine before boarding and sit in the upper deck inside in the middle :).

Waited for 2 hours on the bus stationed and the pier before leaving - We were told that our final destination would be Krabi Bus Terminal WITH all connections guaranteed! This was not the case as we were left on the side of a road 25 minutes away from the Bus Station. Also, we were told we have to pay the driver 400 baht to go to our hotel even though it was in the area which led us to getting a Grab Taxi. The attitude of the people on the ground when we got off was appalling and because we would not use their rip-off taxi service we wore yelled at to get off their property!

Alles war super! Die ganze Crew hat uns mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Wir hatten echt viel Zeug. Sie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Fähre war wirklich super schnell (35 Minuten von Ko Phangan nach Ko Samui)! Fahren gerne wieder mit! :)

Die Fähre fuhr pünktlich los und war nicjt überfüllt. Mit dem Gepäck verlief alles super, dies wurde einem abgenommen und am Ziel am pier zurück übergeben.

Vietjet Air refused to allow correction of passenger name (from the usual abbreviated version of my first name 'Ben' to the full name as in passport 'Benedict'), even 3 days in advance of the return leg of the flight, though I had admitted the error and provided ample proof of identity, and contacted the airline customer support by phone and email to arrange correction. I was forced to pay for an extra ticket at the airport for both legs. This was unnecessary, not required by Thai authorities, and humiliating for me.

Wir wurden schon nach der Gepäckabholung erwartet und gut und sicher zum Pier gebracht. Voucher gegen Fährticket eingetauscht und gut abgeliefert. Alles problemlos.

Die Anholung vom Airport zum Pier klappte hervorragend, die Überfahrt mit der Färhe nach Koh Tao ebenfalls Das einzuge Manko sind die Toiletten an Bord, da muß etwas passieren, aber hier sind die anderen Fähunternehmen auch nicht besser. ansonsten hat alles wunderbar geklappt und aehr pünktlich! Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

die Organistion und der Check in wie auch check aus inclusive Gepäcl sehr gut, trotz der vielen Passagiere, das einzige sind die Zustände der Toiletten an Bord, aber hier sind die anderen Fährenunternehmen teils noch schlechter aufgestellt

Abholung am Airport, Transfer zum Pier hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Nur der Fahrer des Busses war etwas mürrisch. Fähre in Ordnung und sogar die Toiletten waren sauber und funktionierten einwandfrei.

Klimaanlage war ausnahmsweise auf Heizung gestellt, es war unglaublich warm im Sitzbereich, alle haben geschwitzt. Ehr langsames Boot, aber ruhige und pünktliche Überfahrt mit kurzem Zwischenhalt auf Ko Phangan.

Der Transfer war einfandfrei.Allerdings haben wir erst mit einer halben Stunde Verspätung abgelegt.Was uns etwas Kopfschmerzen bereitet hat, da wir einen Anschlussflug hatten.Aber wer die Thai‘s kennt weiß das das durch aus mal sein kann;)Hat letztlich doch alles geklappt.

The boat was delayed 20 minutes. No direction signs on pier (there were several gates and it was hard to know where is the one you need). After the boarding everything was ok, the bus right after the boat, arrived at the airport on time. Thank you!

Das Gepäck wird auf dem Schiff an verschiedenen abgestellt: auf Ko Phangan lädt die Besatzung aus, während man auf Ko Tao seinen Koffer selbst aus dem Haufen zieht. Besser nochmal nachfragen, um nicht beim ersten Stopp Angst zu haben, dass der Koffer ausgeladen wird. Onlinebuchung perfekt, ansonsten eben eine Fähre ...

Выдали 3 билета. Посадили на лодку. Я ехал первый раз, никто не предупредил когда сходить с лодки. Вышел на первой остановке. Проверили билет посадили а автобус и ВНИМАНИЕ никто не заметил что в билете у меня указан другой Аэропорт. В результате привезли меня в аэропорт О. Самуи, а не Суратхани. Пришлось покупать билет от туда в банког. Из за невнимательности перевозчика и моего не знания местности попал на 200 долл. Будте внимательны! Тайцам пофиг куда вы едите и что написано в билете

Die Einweisung zu unserem Bus war nicht ganz klar. Etwas Verständigungsprobleme. Wussten nicht, ob wir im richtigen Bus sitzen. Hat sich dann aber relativ schnell geklärt. Ansonsten hat alles prima geklappt.

Transport from Ko Samui Airport to Samui Bangrak Pier. Then by Ferry to Thongsala Pier on Ko Phangan. From there by shared taxi to our hotel. Everything worked fine. Only problem was that nobody could tell me the big picture. Just how to get to the next station of the journey. Ok, it’s Thailand: people are friendly and at the end of the day you reach your destination.

เห็นเขียนลมพระยา คิดว่าจะได้ใช้บริการของลมพระยาเลยจองทางเน็ต ที่ไหนได้เป็นรถของ บ.พันธ์ทิพย์อีกแล้ว ถายนอกดูดีแต่ภายในรถดูเขรอะมากคะ เบาะนั่งคราบฝังลึกน่ากลัวมากคะ ยิ่งไวรัสโควิท 19 กำลังระบาดอยู่ด้วย อยากให้ปรับปรุงความสะอาดด้วยนะคะ ยิ่งลูกค้าที่ใช้บริการส่วนมากคนต่างชาติทั้งนั้น

Very easy access. Don't forgot to eat at The Cafe in front of Bangrak Seatran pier. They serve really fresh food. The ferry is very comfortable with both big ac cabins and roof seats. Always expect to have a 30 minutes delay
