Der gebuchte Shuttle erschien nicht. Wir wurden nicht informiert. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns nur mitgeteilt, dass der Shuttle keinen Platz mehr für uns habe. Das war 20 Minuten vor Abfahrt des Speedbootes.
Die Fahrt mit dem Speedboot war ok.

Es war der einzige Anbieter der one-way angeboten hat. Die beworbene Speedboot Zeit von 1 Std war dann doch die üblichen 1,5 Std. Ansonsten genügend Beinfreiheit und Klimaanlage auf angenehmer Temperatur...

Everything went well until we were very close to Koh Lanta and the boat needed fuel and so we had to raft to another boat and pick it up on water, of course then we were delayed and arrived an hour later than originally planned. However these things happen and it was also fun to watch the whole thing and how relaxed the team was. :)

Driver is on time. Comfortable ride to the pier. Driver very polite and helpful. Boat is fast. No delay whatsoever. Will definitely use them again!

The departure time of the ship was late. So it was late to arrive at the destination. I was worried about COVID-19, but many people did not wear masks. Why didn't the employees say anything about this? They even made three people sit next to people who didn't wear masks. It doesn't matter if three people sit together, but I hope you pay attention because it's a COVID-19 situation. Can you explain in more detail in the process of changing ships in Kohlanta? You have to change your tickets through check-in, and I hope people can stand in order. I was angry because of the people coming in in the middle even though I was in line in advance. The staff also didn't have a guide. But I used it well. Thank you.

The seats were really small and people had to really squash themselves in. Anyone who was tall had difficulty fitting into the seats.
Check in, boarding, and transfer to another boat at Koh Lanta was smooth.

Departure 20 minutes later than annouced, we had to wait at the pier in the hot sun for 30 Minutes with all our baggage. The Boat war overcrowded, most of the seats were occupied with 3 persons. The crew didn't hand out lifewests for everyone. Most of the travelers did'nt wear masks, the crew was not interested to claim it.

Short trip, very timely with departure/arrival. It is a sped boat, so there were a few bumps along the way, but we felt very safe and anyone comfortable with boats will be very happy with the trip/service.

El viaje fue bien, hicimos una parada en koh nga, salimos a las 9.50am de koh phi phi y llegamos a koh lipe a las 13.15h.
Dimos bastantes "cajonazos" debido al oleaje. Afortunadamente sólo 1 persona se mareo.

On the way to ko phi phi I took the regular ferry which was a really nice ride to the island time went by fast and you could enjoy the sunshine and views from the deck. On the way back from the island I took the speed boat which was very efficient; less then an hr arrived on time for pick up and dropped off ahead of schedule. I was frightened at times on the speed boat. Im sure the captain was beyond experienced. It I could help think of worst case scenario as the boat slighted lifted off the water when we hit big waves.

The driver never stopped at Trang airport. When we stopped at the gas station he seemed to say that the next stop was not the airport but according to the driver he was asking if anyone was going to the airport. As I thought he just said the next stop is not the airport I let it goes. When we stopped at the train station and I inquired about it all I got was "you looked at me when I asked." I had to take a taxi from the Trang Railway to Trang Airport when the driver should have had some type of list to know where to do. I was not happy as I paid to get to the airport not the train station where I ended up paying again to get to the airport.

They try to cram as many passengers as possible on the sides of the boat. Husband joked this must have been what's like on a slave ship.
Check-in was disorganized and haphazard. All they need to do is have a big sign that says "waiting area. we will read out your card color and card number to board the boat". Didn't give any instructions. So lots of confusion...

Freundlicher Empfang am Flughafen , bequemer Mini Bus mit allerdings wenig Platz für Gepäck nach Pak Bara. Sicherheit auf dem Speed Boat nach Koh Lipe bedenklich da überfüllt. 2 Kleinkinder hatten keine Schwimmweste , das Boot war mit etwa 5-10 Personen überladen. Extremst laute über 2 stündige Speed Boot Fahrt mit einer Pause.

Overall smooth and fast boat ride from Koh Lanta to Koh Phi Phi. Only minus was that the pick up time from the hotel was really vague (between 7am and 8:30). Hence we needed to get up and be ready at 7am just to wait for the pick up because no specific time was provided.
Apart from that, really smooth nice ride!

Our hotel was not on the collection list and we had to get a taxi to another and then, the bus was an hour late collecting us so we nearly missed our ferry.

After 2 phone calls driver eventually arrived 12.05pm.
Otherwise, I found the process to be painless. Boat was clean and new-ish.
Arrived in Koh Lanta on time.

Perfecto. Llegamos una hora antes de lo previsto y no supuso ningún problema. Las señoritas de la empresa de transporte nos buscaron y acompañaron a la salida. En 5-10 min. nos recogió el transporte en la puerta del aeropuerto de hat yai. El trayecto de 1h 45' fue genial, en una van con aire acondicionado y nos dejaron en la misma puerta del hostal.

There's difficulty in getting the hatyai agent to confirm pickup from hatyai train station to pakbara pier. We were directed by the agent to go elsewhere but after walking for a while we realised the agent we talked to was the correct agent stated in the e-voucher! We went back to him and insisted he contact the Satun speedboat people. He let me talked to the person on the phone n was told I will receive an email. I also contacted a Thai tourism officer to help me confirm. I did receive the said email when I checked at night. The return trip from Koh Lipe to hatyai was alright.
I realised the agent was reluctant to help maybe because we bought the tickets online and not through him!

Taxi driver was good, but arrived late because the tour operator did not understand the 24hour clock!!! Booked driver for 3pm although ticket stated 13:00... only just made our flight

Boat was a bit late and very full but it was quite well organized. People got tags where they’re going and our backpacks were tagged too. Boat picked us up from the shore and dropped us off at Koh Muk pier, no need for longtails.

Was ready before departure time with everybody on board so set off 10 minutes earlier which was brilliant, quick and smooth trip as even offered cold water by crew which was a nice gesture. Would recommend and would travel with them again.

Staff was waiting for us at the arrivals of the airport. The airport is quite small so no much time from the landing of the plane to the end of the airport. Super possible to catch the tour 30 min after arrival. Everything was quite organized and we arrived earlier than the expected time.
