大巴旅行的缺點

- 在繁忙的週末或者旅遊旺季，車票可能會很快售罄因而需要提前預訂。

They picked us up at our hotel, the bus was comfortable, we had two stops on our six hour trip and arrived on time. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Everything was nice, from the service to the vehicle. A bottle of water and a Croissant was provided, rest stops are spaced out nicely. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. The driver even stopped outside of the hotel for us. However, the biggest gripe that I have was that during the entire trip from Sapa to Hanoi (5hrs~), there were 5-6 mosquitoes in the vehicle. It was so annoying during the entire trip getting bitten everywhere. Unfortunately the mosquito issue really killed the experience for me, other than that, actually pretty good!

Excellent trip. The staff member on our bus was very regimented and the bus itself is very comfortable with reclining seats and plenty of leg room. Wish all long haul busses were like this!

The seats are very small and there is no space for a kind of handluggage. We got a little bottle of water what was nice. The stops were to long. For toilet 15min are enough because you can‘t buy/est proper food in 25 minutes eather. Maybe 3 stops are not necessary because there is a toilet on the bus. All in all it was a safe trip and ok.

Tres bonne expérience dans ce bus de nuit. Les sièges s'allongent quasi complètement, ils fournissent un plaid, une bouteille d'eau et un snack. Le chauffeur était à l'heure et nous sommes arrivés à 3h du matin et nous avons pu dormir encore dans le bus à l'arrêt jusqu'à 6h. Des WC sont présents dans le bus. Il y a de la place pour un petit sac à mettre a nos pieds. Attention les places au fond ne sont pas individuelles. En tout cas Je recommande ++.

Sapa Express kann man ohne Bedenken buchen. Preis ist okay und die Busse sind gut ausgestattet. Sehr freundliches Personal und kleine Snacks inbegriffen. Danke!

Отличное средство передвижения. И вздремнуть можно, и книжку почитать. Да, для европейского роста немного не хватает места, чтобы вытянуться, но все равно было комфортно (я 178 см).
Есть туалет, запахов посторонних в автобусе не было.
Обязательно наденьте что-нибудь потеплее, сильные кондиционеры.
Если направляетесь в Сапу, лучше выберите "нижний ряд", думаю сверху на серпантине укачивает.

The trip was ok but the seats are not as comfy as the ones in South American long distance buses. They are slippery beacause they are made of artificial leather and much more narrow.
Service was ok, bus safly drove us to Sapa

The seats were okay , but it was full of really smelly backpackers . It was a horrible trip with this disgusting smell . We were so lucky when we were able to leave the bus !!
The staff was pretty nice , but the bus was 1 hour late . It was heavy raining in Hanoi , and we called the company if it’s okay if they pick us up ( which they denied ) or if we arrive 10 minutes later during the lack of taxi service . They told us they’ll leave without us if we’re not on point .
That was a lie , the bus waited for the smelly customers over an hour !
They should avoid the transportation of that guys !
The driver offered us a coffee and a nice chat in the office in Sapa . He was really polite , at least one really value point .
I would never do that trip again.
Im sorry for the nice staff , but they should think about the other customers which they’re loosing when they let that type of disgusting people in .

Good and convenient way to get to Sapa, bus was comfortable,guide smiling and explaining along the way where we stop for food etc.,just one negative was that drivers in Vietnam often use horn to prevent motorbike colision,but if you want to sleep along the way,its impossible... at least country side is beautiful so there is a lot to see along the way :)

Great bus, wide seats with lots of leg room. Very comfy! Free bottle water. Left on time. English speakers in office and English speaking guide on board the bus to explain when we were stopping and for how long. Great journey!

very satisfied. the bus was clean as everyone had to take shoes off. the sleepers were nice, comfortable enough for me at 180 cm although the smaller you are the better as you can then stretch your legs out properly. we stopped twice with enough time to have food a stretch our legs a little. we were happy and would use them again.

Buses are good, however the drivers are dangerous and reckless. Both on the way to Sapa and on the way back the drivers are dangerous. Passing on blind corners and with oncoming traffic.

Very comfortable and timely transit from Sapa to Hanoi. Good chairs with sufficient legspace. We came to Sapa by train but if we go again we will certainly take the bus with Sapa Express.
