Sofia PThey changed us to another bus what departure half hour later, so we have to wait more than one hour (you have to go early) and nobody sent an email and nothing to inform this. They said our original bus was full and they sell out our seats. (We had our check in and the confirmation already) They changed our seats in the new bus too, but after speak with the girl she give us the original seat in the new bus. Finally the bus arrived in time to the city

Angela Cabsolutely no leg room, luckily we could swap our two front seats next to the driver for the seats in the back row (the seat in the middle - right next to the driver - was literally just a board which you had to sit on), anybody over 1.5m does not fit into the seats

Marco DBus was on time, only a little delayed at the destination.
We booked two seats in the first row to have a little more space for the legs. Due to a mistake from the company we had to sit elsewhere. The man at the counter told us, it won't be a problem because there is enough space too. Anyway the seats where way to small and very uncomfortable (not for people taller than 1,8m).
Also the aircon wasn't able to cool the vehicle down, so it was a sweaty 5.5 hours bus trip.
