I've had 2 transfers with Pu Luong excursions and both went really well. The communication before the journey was great, the pickup and drop off were perfectly on time and the driving was safe.

Excellent communication on WhatsApp the day leading up to the trip. Pick-up / drop-off locations were perfect us - directly at our hotels. Highly recommend this company! Don't underestimate needing a smooth transfer experience in Vietnam. We used a different company from Tam Coc to Halong after this and it was a nightmare. We were wishing we had the same experience that Pu Luong Excursions provided.

The bus arrived on time and the driver was very nice. The trip was smooth and the driving was very safe (compared to other experiences we had). The previous communication with the company was also perfect.

We've been picked up from our hotel on time and dropped off around the estimated time as well. We booked a bus and went by car instead (I'm assuming that it was due to low demand on that tour), but I'd consider that a free upgrade. Overall, very good experience

Le chauffeur est venu me chercher à mon hébergement à Pu Luong et m'a apportée directement à celui à Tam Coc (qui était en fait à l'extérieur de la ville d'environ une quinzaine de minutes). Il m'a aidé avec mes nombreux bagages. Il conduisait très bien et ne fumait pas. On m'a contactée sur WhatsApp pour me confirmer à quelle heure je devais être prête et le chauffeur est arrivé à l'heure (même avec quelques minutes d'avance). Plusieurs places de libres dans la minivan alors c'était confortable. Il n'y avait pas de ceintures de sécurité toutefois, mais ce n'est pas inhabituel au Vietnam. Je reprendrais cette compagnie.

Hat alles super geklappt. Der Service ist super. Ich würde direkt vom Hotel abgeholt zur angegebenen Zeit und beim nächsten abgesetzt. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp ist sehr zuverlässig und hilfreich.
