大巴旅行的缺點

- 在繁忙的週末或者旅遊旺季，車票可能會很快售罄因而需要提前預訂。

車子很乾淨，也很準時。雖然路程多蜿蜒，可以感受到司機先生已經盡量開得比較平穩。但是因爲拜縣的車站很小，同時有幾輛巴士要同時發車，所以在找自己的巴士的時候有一點混亂，建議提早十分鐘抵達車站，巴士前車窗都貼有乘客的名單，如果找不到自己的巴士時，可以去查詢。

I felt myself really unsafe with the driver. He was driving really fast and all the time tailgating. That close that other cars needed to go off the road. The only positive thing what I can say, we where 2 hours earlier in Pai compare to the time schedule.

Relatively old vehicle on a road with many turns is not very comfortable. Also driver could have mentioned there would be no stop half way (on the way from Chiang Mai to Pai there was a stop)

Met busje reizen verliep prima, echter de bus zat te vol (de achterste plaatsen 5 zijn bagageplaatsen en geen plaatsen die je kunt verkopen. Je zit vast tussen de bagage en je moet er niet aan denken hoe je eruit moet als er iets gebeurd hoe je eruit moet.
Als je plaatsen online koopt, dan krijg je automatisch de slechtste plaatsen (nummers rij 5) toegekend. Beter om ze ter plaatste te kopen.

Die Fahrt war gut. Keine gefährlichen Überholmanöver, kein rasantes Fahren. Nach 1 1/2 Stunden gab es eine Toilettenpause mit Möglichkeit etwas zu kaufen. Gepäck war sicher verstaut auf dem Mini Van. Bisschen wenig Beinfreiheit. Die 762 Kurven übersteht man ganz gut wenn man vorher zwei Tabletten nimmt ;)

To be honest having read reviews about the journey from Chiang Mai to Pai I was not looking forward to it! Actually it was perfectly OK the drivers both ways were good and I felt safe and the bends were fine. Good journey beautiful views.

Départ à l'heure prévue, une pause de 15 min à mi-chemin et arrivés 30 minutes plus tôt que prévu. Ça tourne, beaucoup de virages mais ça personne n'y peut rien. Au comptoir de la compagnie à la gare de Chiang Mai, ils vendent des médicaments pour le mal des transports, 5 bahts pour 2 cachets!
Prévoyez une veste car le clim tourne un max et les petits volets des aérations sont parfois cassées. Le chauffeur n'a pas voulu diminuer la clim.

Bought my ticket weeks in advanced and still ended up at the back of the van, I have a bad neck/permanent whiplash and my partner explained this but the driver shrugged us off. On the ride to Pai and back there were only Thai’s in the first 2-3 rows of seating, seems like a deliberate thing. The ride has so many turns and the drivers take them at a crazy speed. I don’t regret my visit to Pai and using the van as transportation but it was certainly not comfortable.

Overcrowded bus, AC minimal, luggage stored on top of bus in the scorching heat, no curtains in windows which means sun beaming in on me for most of the trip.

Lots of people saying about being sick but on the way and way back there was only one girl who felt a bit queezy but she wasn't sick. The bus was fine for me, good fun. The only thing I will say is be careful coming back to the city at rush hour. The bus arrived to the city on time but we were stuck in traffic for what seemed like forever and I nearly missed my connection to Chiang Rai. Or, of course, allow more time than I did. Can't fault the driver or service though. Friendly and efficient and would use again.

Mini van is very clean, AC worked, amount of time in Van was accurate (3 hours and a bit), and the drop off is in the centre of Pai which makes it very easy to get to your accommodation.
Negatives - driver was rude, spoke no English, we had to turn to around 10 minutes in to go back and pick up travellers that arrived at ride time (arrive the 30 minutes early you need it to figure out where to go, it’s a little confusing).
Overall - in the van a good experience, leading up to it, not great. Be prepared to figure it out.

Sick bags need to be handed out as two children were sick on our bus and it was awful. Pre-warn people to get motion sickness tablets if need be. It would make for a smoother journey

One star lost cause even though the driver was better than the previous one (not maniac driving and more safe), it would be great if the driver would get a training in how to use his brakes. Another star lost for the fact that the online booking is more expensive than at the desk and then we were not even seated next to each other. A quick check at the desk showed that at that time the seat next to me wasn't even filled, so why couldn't we sit next to each other?

Buying a ticket on 12go was easy and the ban service accepted the electronic pdf on my phone, so no need to print out the ticket. The ride went as expected and we arrived right on time.

Very rough trip. Sorry to only give three stars, since the booking was easy and the driver helpful. But I was cramped up in the back of the car and the kid next to me started vomiting, it goes up and down the mountains so the amount of snack food he was eating should not be allowed on the bus. It was really hot too, ac very weak. But except that it was ok.
