Seats were good. Driver quit helpfull. Lots of space.
They can improve on:
AC to old. Toilet very very smelly. Couldnt sleep or eat because of it. Arrived 2 hours late to Hat Yahi so all the taxis to Penang were full.

It was a smooth journey..the seats were very spacious, alot of legroom and you incline your until you felt comfortable They made sure their toilet didn't stink..

Tips for foreigners: please locate Bus Terminal Songkhla as right boarding place and arrive at least 3 hours earlier. As staffs can't speak English I used Google translate, they're very kind and helpful.

The bad side: the bus arrived an hour and a half late. The good side: it was comfortable 8/10, they gave me a bottle of water and two snacks, and it had a bathroom that was clean. I recommend it (the only downside was the delay) They stop along the way so you can grab something to eat.

Overall was okay
But the air conditioning was extremely too cold with no way to adjust it.
A pullover and cover sheet were not enough.
The clock was showing a very wrong time.
The offered snack are not an healthy choice, chemy food stuff.

Bus very comfortable but left 2 hours late as driver reversed into another bus while leaving the terminal! Then we had to change buses at the end of the trip in Hat Yai, which slowed us down more. TV was fuzzy. But loads of leg room and comfy reclining seats.

Bus was on time and stuck to the schedule perfectly. Quite low level on comfort, very old bus, seats pretty uncomfortable and a bit cramped all round. Staff were nice. Probably wouldn't be keen to travel with this company again if we could find a more modern alternative.

Bus ride was really comfortable with a complimentary blanket, bun and water! :) However, the bus stations weren't announced whenever the bus made a stop, which were a little confusing for us and we almost got off at the wrong station.

Good space and comfortable seats. Except the air balloon in the back of the seat.
We have some areas of improvement:
1. The snack bag given out to all passengers only contain very sweet things. Add some salty snacks.
2. Too cold AC. We asked them to make it warmer and eventually they did.
3. No information about stops and expected arrival. We were almost two hours late but never got any information about it.
4. Too loud volume, both for the film I the evening and the music in the morning.
