Can you give me the breakdown of my bill for my ferry fare and other charges. As for my group consists of 7 Adults and 4 children (All below 9 years old) . I was charged MYR2,338.43 for the return ferry service and other charges. The staff of Pintas Fast Ferry at Stulang Laut told me that the return ferry fare for Adult (MYR190.00) and Children (MYR150.00) and this add-up to MYR1,930.00, please let me know the different of MYR408.43 are for what charges. Thank you

The timing was incorrect—listed as 5:00 PM but actually 5:30 PM. The queue was quite long and did not match the estimated time, which could cause delays for connecting departures. Also, the air conditioning was too cold; a normal room temperature would be sufficient.
