The journey was due to take 4 hours in total . The bus driver was making great time but unfortunately made a number of stops for his own reasons and therefore delayed the whole journey. Not even sure what the stops were for as he would disappear off and then reappear but we would all be left on the bus. At one stage he ripped off what looked like a bus permit .

Verspäteter Start, kleines Speedboot brutale Fahrt über das Meer, sehr harte Schläge.
Bus alt und hat keine Pause gemacht für Toilette. Ist keine Mautstrasse gefahren.

The service was on time. The vehicle pictured was not the vehicle used. The minibus was cramped. I chose this company because the bus looked comfortable, it was NOT.
On the way to the pier the driver was tailgating a number of cars and blowing his horn at them. It was unnecessarily aggressive. I didn't like that the bus made extra stops. I didn't see where this was mentioned. I wouldn't have chosen this company if I had known it made multiple stops.

I've bought the ticket for fast bout at 8. The lady at the "reception" told me "it leaves at 8.30": what?? Ticket for 8 o clock and she says at 8.30? Why?? Then, we left at 8.50... bad! 50 minutes late!

Because the Bus was way too late, about 1,5 hour and we missed the last ferry in Ban Phe that was to bad. We hat to stay in Rayong overnight. But the Bus drive was ok and the Bus driver was friendly. It was just about the Bus was much too late.

Die Fahrt und der Fahrer an und für sich waren gut, aber wir waren fast 1 Stunde später am Ziel. Stau um und in Bangkok und wir mussten unseren Flieger erreichen..

I have travelled a lot from Bangkok to Ban Phe and it has usually been by what we call in UK a Minibus, which can be a little cramped. However this is the first time I have used this company and found it reasonably priced cost in GBP around £9:00. The trip took just over three and a half hours which again was not too bad. I plan on using them again to go from Ban Phe to Ekkamai.

The minibus is not very confortable and we didn't stop to go to the toilet during several hours. The driver don't speak english. At arrival, too fast. The price is okay for the service which is convenient.

we got to counter 12, got our tickets and then looked for our bus. the Driver was really nice. arrived at the Pier later than expected, at the Pier we had to get a ticket for the speedboat (we were shown the way by three ladies). the speedboat ride was short. and we had a toiletbreak on the way from bangkok to the Pier

Getting tickets to Rayong was fine, except we were downgraded to a smaller van than the original bus we had booked and payed for. It was more difficult on the way back, the people at Nadan pier at Koh Samet seemed confused about our 12Go booking and we waited an hour for a boat, which should have taken 20 minutes.

Cela c'est plutôt bien passé. Le véhicule était en bon état et assez confortable avec des chargeurs de batterie devant chaque siège. A la fin, le chauffeur nous a fait attendre au moins 20 mn dans une station d'essence et est reparti très en colère et il conduisait brutalement.

The bus was easy to find - I just showed the lady my phone and she gave me the ticket and told me to go to number 15. The driver of as very nice but the bus was actually more like a van, was super comfortable and there wasn’t much room for my monster suitcase (but that’s on me). The only thing I had a problem with was once I got to the pier, I realized I didn’t get my ticket for the boat from the lady so I had to pay for a boat ride and there was almost no room. In fact, there wasn’t enough room so we had to wait for the next boat and it was really hard to get my big suitcase into the boat but we did it all in all. It was worth it because it worked, was on time, and it was super cheap to get to a remote island.

The ride took at least 1 hour longer than expected, because the driver kept stopping at places to pick people up and drop them off. It said nowhere that the bus would stop at all these places. One place was even quite a detour from the fastest route (on google maps), so we had to turn around and get on the correct route again, which took at least 20 minutes.
The bus is okay, if you are lucky to not get the last row of seats, which are 25% smaller than the normal bus seats. There was airco and usb points for charging. The bus also didn't go faster than 80 km/h so this slowed the journey down too.
It's too bad that taking a direct taxi is 10x more expensive, otherwise I would recommend that.

The bus left 90 minutes later. It was a little cramped for tall people. From Ban Phe everything went well. Here the service was great.

Good service however arrived late both times due to traffic and delays. (unsure if this is normal). Connection to speed boat to go to island was useful but had to wait a long time before they ran the boat which caused further delay.

scheduled minibus driver didnt tell that tyre had a problem but kept driving. on the way, he decided to replace types without telling passengers anything .... and took 30min break at some bus stop. he might have already known all.
spent one more hour than expected arrival time.
recommend travellers take van or bus operated by tour operator, not by public scheduled bus.

Some chaotic organization of the trip, they sent me 2 times to the wrong pier on the way back and let my 2 yo daughter under the sun for almost half an hour. On the way to Ban Phe the bus had no shock absorbers basically.

Mini bus service was so horrible. The driver's safety behaviors with operating the vehicle, routes management, he talked on call whole 4 hours, we had car broke down moments as well as unsafe bumps along the way, he stopped at many gates along the way too. However, speedboat service was alright but we were not asked to wear life jackets.

Older Bus very poor suspension, veery bumpy. Driver stopped to drop off numerous packages and riders. Ride took 4 hours instead of 3 hours.

Driver was not professional!
He stopped for a while chatting to his friends on the main road ( he needed a break but it was not like a motorway convenience) stop
He drove erratic, shouting to himself and people on cars outside was cutting from
Lane to lane or outside lane.
We could not believe our eyes.

Driver delayed the trip several times stopping, getting out and disappeared leaving us with closed door for whatever reason. Thus it took almost five hours to reach the pier. When some travellers asked for a toilet stop he reacted grumpy, gave us five minutes. At least one toilet stop should be granted.

Very uncomfortable trip. We left at 1:30 PM and arrived at 5:30 AM. The driver did not slow down at speed bumps, and since I was sitting at the very back, I was literally bouncing off my seat every time — it was painful.
The air conditioning barely worked, and it was extremely hot inside the minivan. Stops for gas and toilets are understandable, but the lack of slowing down and poor AC made the journey really unpleasant.
If you have a choice, take a big bus instead of a minivan — it’s much more comfortable and you won’t feel every bump.

But the Bus was packed, with very Limited space and very small seats, luggage in between the seats that you Had to climb over them to leave the Bus and worst Thing we're "privat?" Breaks and negotiations of our Driver to Pick Up or Delivery additional packages. He left for 30 minutes in Front of the Bus without any Communication in the Bus

I have paid extra money for special treatment, as I have medical condition, I have back and spine problems. There was no assigned seats and I had to seat at the back, the ride was very bumpy which lead to my spine hurt.

The boat wasn't there at the time it should. The other boat driver told us, it would come 1 hour later. Unfortunately we had a ticket which included the bus to Bangkok. Our own company Phittinin had no staff at the pier.
The employee of another company was very helpful and organized, that we were able to
use another boat without extra charge. This was very kind, the boat trip was good.Everything else of the trip with the bus of Phittinin worked perfect.

First our bus was broken so we had to switch buses.
Then we made a very long stop next to a random road with no proper toilet
So this resulted in us being delayed with a hour we were supposed to arrive at 17:00 and we arrived at 18:00
