Treffpunkt und Abholung war absolut verwirrend. Meine gebuchte Fahrt ging um 09:00 Uhr, aber es standen noch weitere Personen mit einer gebuchten Fahrt für 08:45 Uhr am Abholort (selber Zielort). Wir hatten auch unterschiedliche Buchungsnummer.
Um 09:00 Uhr hielt ein Van auf der anderen Straßenseite und hielt ein kleinen Zettel hoch, wo nichts zu erkennen war. Alle mit der Abfahrt 08:45 ging hinüber. Ich bin intuitiv auch herüber gegangen und es stellte sich heraus, dass ich auch auf der Liste stand. Absolut blöd. Hätte ich mit niemanden gesprochen und intuitiv versucht den Busfahrer zu fragen, hätte ich den Van vor meiner Nase verpasst.
Der Fahrer hat kein Englisch gesprochen. Das hat alles erschwert. Wirkte aggressiv und so auch in deinem Fahrtverhalten. Ich hatte echt Angst, da er sehr plötzliche Ausweichmanöver getroffen hat und den Autos sehr dicht mit hoher Geschwindigkeit aufgefahren ist. Außerdem ist hat er wie eine Rennfahrer alle drei Spuren benutzt. Beim ständigen Spurwechsel wäre er auch einmal fast jemanden reingefahren. Ich bin den wilden Fahrstil aus Thailand gewohnt, aber mit so vielen Gästen und Gepäck an Board geht das nicht. Dazu kommt dass er häufig sein Handy benutzt hat und gechattet hat. Schwierig da eine gute Bewertung abzugeben.

Als wir wie auf dem Ticket angegeben 30 min vor Abfahrt am Checkin ankamen wurden wir informiert dass es erst eine halbe Stunde später als angegeben los geht. So saßen wir 1h sinnlos irgendwo im nirgendwo rum. Die Fahrt war dann aber gut.

Der Fahrer kam eine Stunde zu spät. Es wurden mehr Leute und Transportgüter eingeladen, als Plätze verfügbar wären. Es wurden unzählige Stationen angefahren und Pakete ausgefahren. Statt wie angegeben um 14 Uhr war ich um 17 Uhr, mit 3 Stunden Verspätung im Hotel. Das ist nicht mehr akzeptabel. Man teilte mir erst vor Ort mit, dass mein gebuchtes Hotel angeblich nicht angefahren werden kann. Ich musste mich um einen eigenen Transport kümmern.

Man muss 30 min vor Abholungszeitpunkt bereit stehen. Der Fahrer kam 30 min verspätet. Ergo, ich habe 1 Stunde gewartet. Man muss etwas Zeit und Geduld einplanen. Die Fahrt und der Transfer waren sehr gut.

Wir wurden 30 Minuten später als vereinbart abgeholt 👎. Allerdings war der Fahrer so schnell, dass wir knapp über eine Stunde früher als geplant am Ziel waren👍. Während der Fahrt haben der Fahrer und ein Fahrgast über die Reihenfolge der Absetzungen diskutiert 👎 der Van war innen auch nicht mehr im frischesten Zustand, optisch wie Geruchsmäßig 👎

Bei mir hat alles gut geklappt. Ich war allerdings auch der erste der abgesetzt wurde und der Bus war nur halb besetzt. Dafür haben wir schon länger gebraucht als angegeben. Also man muss schon deutlich mehr Zeit einplanen als angegeben. Aber das ist in Thailand immer mit den minivans. Das wusste ich vorher. Also nicht schlimm. Da die Fahrt früh losging habe ich am Busbahnhof etwas gegessen, davon rate ich ab.

The trip was ok, comfortable vehicle with ar-condicionditioning. It's a little bit late (10mon) nada and there was a 20 min "connection" at Krabi city that was not informed in advance. Also some stops to deliver orders that increased the travel time, but not too much. You can use the phone number in the voucher to check if it's coming.

Man kann froh sein, dass man am Ziel angekommen ist.
Auf dem Voucher steht Abholung 9.20 Uhr.
Dann steht +/- 30 Minuten.
Somit warteten wir ab 8.50 Uhr in der Lobby.
Gegen 10.15 war immer noch keiner da.
Wir riefen an, dann kam nur als Auskunft, wir sollen warten. Nach kurzer Musik im Hintergrund wurde aufgelegt.
Gegen 11.15 war immer noch keiner da. So ließen wir von der Rezeption anrufen. Als Antwort kam, dass sie bereits im Ort sind und wir warten sollen.
Kurz vor 12 war das Auto da. Somit drei Stunden gewartet…. !
Fahrer bringt die Leute nach Krabi zum Busbahnhof und kassier dann in Cash ab, wenn man zum Hotel weiter möchte.

Bus kam wie angegeben in dem Zeitraum (+/- 30 min). Wir sind von Hotel zu Hotel gebracht worden. Der Fahrer ist leider sehr schnell gefahren und hat das ein oder andere knappe Überholmanover gestartet.

Meistens ist der Fahrer doppelte Geschwindigkeit gefahren, wodurch man um einiges schneller am Ziel war. Ganz wohl war uns dabei aber nicht :D

Der erwartete Bus (der auf dem Bild abgebildet war) kam als nicht also standen wir da so rum. Es fuhren viele solcher silbernen Busse an uns vorbei irgendwann mal blieb einer davon stehen und fragt wo wir hin wollen. Das sagten wir ihm und er nahm uns einfach mit zu einem Sammelplatz wo es dann mit dem Bus auf dem Bild zum Ziel ging.
Auch die Location auf der Seite ist nicht genau. Wir haben einfach am Platz gewartet wo wir mit dem Boot angelegt haben.

The journey was quite nice lovely scenery. We stopped here and there but it was nice to break up the trip. The driver even stopped about halfway through for us to buy some food or use the bathroom. I asked him if he could drop us at our hotel (in the Khao Sok town center) and had no issues. I imagine if your hotel is out farther away from here you need to transfer. You travel via Khao Lak so will be longer than if you went direct, but worth the savings taking this service. Would take it again 100%

He booked the trip for 7am and we were supposed to arrive at 11am and we arrive around 12am. We made a few stops but in the end we arrived well. The van had AC and the driver was nice.

Helemaal tevreden! Hij arriveerde op tijd bij ons hotel en hielp ons netjes met de bagage. Hij reed lekker door dus was wel een wat wilde rit maar dat heb je met elke taxi hier in Thailand. Ook zijn we netjes bij ons hotel afgezet.

The van was not very clean, the ac smells a lot like an old dead animal or something.
I had book a complet transfer to my hotel like all the people inside but the man let us along the road and tell us to take a taxi instead! I stay siting en the van and told him i will not go everywhere because i've paid and he finally put me at the hotel but all the others have paid for a taxi. Crazy thing!

Heeft ons afgezet bij bus station in plaats van wat aangeboden word: “ bij je verblijf”.
Hierdoor moesten wij 50 bath betalen pp om naar ons verblijf te komen

Old bus . Dirty . Driver not very friendly . Did not take us to the réal bus terminal but to their own place so we were forced to wait there and use their taxi. No chance to use real buses from the official bus terminal.

Bus was too crowded and overbooked, driver let one person sit on the ground. Plus the bus takes a huge detour so it takes twice as long to get to Krabi. We kept stopping to pick people up everywhere so it took even longer.

We booked hoteltransfer, but the driver wanted o drop us at a busstation 18 kilometres away from our hotel. So we had to discuss, he dropped us off one kilometer away from the hotel and we had to walk and find our own way to get there.

Bus broke down for 2.5hrs which I know can’t be helped but another bus came to pick us up after then and it was a bus already on its way to the destination so it was absolutely full once we got on and it was very hot so felt a little unwell. The journey was also very rough in terms of the driver overtaking vehicles on bends and all sorts, it wasn’t a great journey.

I was picked up in Ao Nang, and although it wasn’t communicated I’d be hopping in different vehicles (pick-up van, bus stop to another van, then truck to final destination), I just waited and went with the flow of the transfer and ended up to my destination on the correct time :)

Il était convenu qu’il nous dépose à notre hôtel à l’arrivée. Cependant celui ci nous a déposée dans une station pour prendre un taxi ! Il faisait nuit et nous étions deux filles. Il était bien spécifié qu’il devait nous amener à notre hôtel.

Met at airport exit 15 door by agent , given a ticket for bus and shown where to wait few minutes. Agent spoke to driver to explain drop off. Driver was extremely helpful with my bag on bus.

The operator picked me up on time (3pm for the 3pm van from Ao Nang to Khao Lak). They took me to Black Tiger office and I had to wait and transfer to another van there. The van arrived on time in Khao Lak and the van was comfortable.
