เดินทางกลางคืน ไฟจะปิดเร็วมาก เร็วเกิน เปิดไฟด้านบนไม่ได้ด้วย มันปิดหมดเลย
จอดเป็นระยะในช่วงต้นจนน่ารำคาญ

All went smooth right from the online booking to the actual trip. I was in the lower part of the double decker bus and had a very comfortable seat with lots of leg space. The bus left on time and arrived slightly before the expected arrival time. The road conditions were dry and little traffic. Very good value for the money.

The bus station and journey experience was fine and everything went to plan. Good value means of travel. It would be helpful if travel info at bus station was also in English/ Western script as Thai script is unfathomable.

รถมาถึงก่อนเวลา และ ถึงปลายทางก่อนเวลา ความสะดวกสบายในการใช้บริการดี แต่ควรระบุจุดขึ้นรถหรือ แจ้งรับตั๋ว่อนรถออกครึ่งชั่วโมง เพราะซื้อแล้วต้องไปถามหาจุดขึ้นรถให้วุ่นวาย โดยรวมพอใจ ในการเดินทาง

For the price, I had a solid experience. Would recommend.

Luckily in this instance the bus being late worked out in my favor. As I was running late as well. We made many stops along the way and ended up being only an hour behind schedule. The seats on this bus were very comfortable.

ants infest the bus! No TV, not cold juice drinks, no cold towel the next day. I've rode several sleeper bus from other companies but this doesn't feel like a VIP bus at all!

I take the bus in Thailand all the time. Mostly VIP 999 transportation company so this was the first ride. Overall was good, seat were comfortable and staff helpful. I will use this service again in the future as it is easy to book online.

Service for changing the date is difficult and take 24 hours ahead to change. In the car gate (ticket selling centers), customers can change the date before 4 hours of travel time.

There were no informations about obligatory masks (due to covid that has ended a year ago...). When I entered the bus the bus attendant made me buy a mask. It was just 10 bahts but if they require masks it should have been stated earlier.
For some reason the bas was extremally humid making even the blankets a little bit wet
