We had no plan to catch the 4 buses at all on the 24/6/26. We wanted to ride the train for the first time to NSW. But unforeseen things happened and thank you for other ways. Not as friendly as the vic coach drivers. The first thing the driver said to us was “ if your case is over 20 kg it stays on the curb” not a good welcome.our case was 16 kg.

The bus was late, then a tyre air bag blew out so we had to crawl back to bus depot and luckily there was another available coach. Since I needed to get to Canberra to catch an international flight, this was quite stressful. The drivers were absolutely fantastic during this time. Very professional and problem solved as best they could.

The site I booked on said one stop on the trip for 1hr 50 m journey, same on my ticket. Trip took just under 4 hrs with many stops. Apparently about 3.5hrs is normal, but did not say this when booking.

The bus was an hour late because they apparently had to wait for delayed passengers. The vehicle was very old and dusty and smelled really bad like petrol and paint which was very uncomfortable.

Ticketing process far too complicated and inefficient. Ridiculous to send receipt and ticket in separate steps I rang NSW Trainlink with receipt, asked for help to get ticket and they supplied it immediately. Solely because of 12go I shall never travel with this bus service while NSW Trainlink uses this ticketing service

The bus left on time and I arrived at my end destination safely and on time. The seats were a little cramped for people with long legs but as long as you didn’t have anyone sitting next you it was fine.
