Excellent Nohi Bus company are professional and our luggage was stored underneath the coach. There was an opportunity for a toilet stop half way on the journey too. We did panic at the last minute as we were at Bus stop 4 on West side of Kanazawa station rather than the West side Bus stop 4. Luckily someone else made the same mistake so we all managed to catch the coach on time

We realized that you are priced so expensive compared to the price at the bus station itself and some more it’s not reserved..

The bus was fine. On time, comfortable. The time I had to wait between confirmation of purchase and receiving the voucher to print was concerning because I was leaving for travels just days after purchase and knew it would be difficult to print out the email. Being able to show a digital ticket or QR code would have made me much less anxious.

Good job we were early and saw the line. It’s first come first served if you don’t have a reserved seat…which is interesting as there was no option to reserve when I made the booking. The next bus was full so we would have had more than an hour’s wait if we hadn’t got on. Just something to be aware of
