第一次旅行安全有保障马来西亚的办事处位于 Comtar 旁边，早上 8:00 关门，在从槟城到合艾的回程中，得到了司机的良好建议。

柜台那位女士真的很不友好。办理入住手续花了太长时间而且看起来很复杂。她必须检查我们的在线预订 20 次左右。时间不正确，花费的时间比网站上说的要多得多。还有快3个小时了。他们没有说要换车，你要等一个半小时。如果您想在这里预订旅行，请将此纳入您的计划中。公共汽车也闻起来很难闻:-)。

这是混乱和无组织的！我们在穿越边境之前没有得到任何指示。我们并没有意识到我们被从一辆货车拖到另一辆货车。司机（过境后）很粗鲁！我/我们不会推荐你们的公司！

巴士出发晚点了近 1.5 小时。我们被送到了转机航站楼，除了“在这里等候”之外没有任何信息。车票上的车牌号与实际车号不符。除此之外还可以。上厕所休息的地方没有卖小吃和饮料的商店。巴士上没有无线网络。

经常换车，造成延误。司机讲得很好。

好吧，想在酒店接我们。 愉快的旅行。 驾驶员不太友好，不喜欢说话。

05:00 am we left, with an arrivaltime of 01:00 pm. Means it’s a journey for about 9 hours to Phuket.

You should really change the description about large luggage. As I was asked, I booked 2 seats due to having 20kg luggage with me. Despite this, it wasn’t necessary and I payed double the price when I didn’t need to

I missed my bus and they let me take the next one, with only a small extra fee, which was nice. However, when I changed vehicles to the connecting bus in Hat Yai, we had to wait about 3 hours. They did not inform anyone about this very long waiting time, and they should have done so, as it hugely affects someone's travel plans. I let it go because I was grateful that they let me take the next bus after I missed mine, however the other people were also very upset. First they wanted to make us wait 4 hours, then when we complained they changed it to 3. We changed vehicles twice. On the last bus, when we arrived in Phuket (my final destination), I very politely asked the staff-member if I could get out sooner than the last bus terminal, as it was a more convenient location for me. He completely refused to let me get off the vehicle, even though we stopped many times and other passengers got off, he actually would not allow me to get off the bus! That is crazy.

The first bus was amazing and organised. Set a good time for the trip. The second bus was cramped, chaotic due to lots of miscommunication with baggage and language barrier and we were very late to drop off point due to driver dropping passengers to lots of different small stops

Good car, felt safe, but at the end he didnt know where to drop us, the people who spoke thai where dropped at their places but the foregners where just randomly dropped at the side of the road

You get what you pay for, if you can avoid and choose the proper bus you should definitely do this !!! Feels a little unorganised, wasn’t on time but still got us from A-B and B-C. Trip will probably take longer for the drivers breaks but they do still have to have a break so fair enough. Overall, 48/100, can risk it and have the experience to tell the story of it or be comfortable and get on a proper bus :)

The trip from Penang Georgetown to Hatyai. The driver from Thai was very nice guy.. He's quite helpful & informative. The cost was quite affordable.Tks to New Asian Travel agency which outsourced by 12Go...

The bus stank and the pick up location is not accurate. A different bus had to take us to the actual bus station when they noticed we were at the wrong station (we were at the location in George Town but its wrong).

No clear instructions. Waited ages in the bus station.

Went from penang to KL. Was worried from all the bad reviews but for me was fine. Left on time, arrived a bit late but was to be expected. Very comfortable first class style soft seats, well air conditioned and seemed like a new modern bus. Changed to a different bus halfway which was similar. No problems whatsoever

Poor communication led to confusion! We did not know that we had to take a local express bus to the bus depot pretty far away from New Asian Travel. We were put in the bus in a hurry! We wish we were given step by step instructions beforehand. The bus was nice and had few passengers that day. However the bus driver was talking loudly to his friend the whole journey This discourages us from taking the bus again!

Over all good bus ride. Very confusing at check in even with pre-paid ticket. Told by driver not correct bus but, shop own said yes. Worked out. Had to transfer buses half way through trip was not told. Arrived safely & air conditioning was great!

Late for more than 2 hours because driver picked up passengers not from the route - from different towns and locations. Was dangerous because of overspeed. 120 km/h where 60 max is allowed.

Arrived 3,5 hour late. No traffic... just too much chilling by the bus drivers. Bus is comfortable.

Comfortable van, good driver.

Everything went smoothly. We went to the agency the day before and sked to be picked up from the hostel. Paid extra 10 batt to the driver for crossing the border which was written in the rules of the Thai border. Crossing the border was fast and easy, no additional charges over there. Arrived in George Town on time and the driver dropped us close to our hotel and showed the directions.

Dirty bus, no WiFi, no chargers and we arrived more than 1h later. The seats were comfortable though

Une heure de retard et pas de wifi alors qu'il s'agissait d'un VIP. Le chauffeur était au téléphone tout le trajet de 6h.... fallait le faire!!
