大巴旅行的缺點
- 城際大巴車站可能設在遠離市中心的郊區，因而需要考慮到車站所需的時間和費用。有時候從車站到達目的地的費用可能比你預想的要高很多，因為僅有少數巴士公司運營這些線路而價格偏高。
- 在繁忙的週末或者旅遊旺季，車票可能會很快售罄因而需要提前預訂。
- 儘管大巴不像輪渡那樣依賴天氣，但要注意的是在某些季節或者某些地方，大巴也會因惡劣天氣或者道路情況有所延誤或者取消。

The only issue I had was on arrival in Satun the agent there wanted me to get on a motorbike with all my luggage etc
I refused.....was very angry
They eventually sent a van to collect me
The rest of the trip was well organised and very pleasant

Alles hat super funktioniert. Der Bus war pünktlich und das umsteigen in den Van hat auch ohne Probleme funktioniert.
Nach 5 Std Fahrt wurde eine Pause an einer großen Raststätte gemacht.
In Surat Thani angekommen waren sehr nette Leute vor Ort, die die Leute zu den richten Bussen weiter geleiten haben. Vor Ort gab es es ein kleines kostenloses Frühstück.
Ich kann es nur Empfehlen mit Nara Travel zu reisen.

Am Ende wurde man die letzten 4 Stunden bis Khao Lak in einen Linienbus gesetzt anstelle von einem VAN oder Reisebus ohne Klimaanlage und durfte dann stundenlang mit dem Linienbus durch die Gegend fahren. Eine Rückerstattung von 4 Euro wurde im Anschluss gewährt. Wie peinlich diese Unternehmen doch alle sind! Thank you for Nothing!

To start with, the ferry journey was good. Unfortunately the organisation when arriving to transfer to the bus wasn't great. Then the bus journey itself was 6 and half hours with 2 breaks for food. Why should 1 should be more then enough. On top of that we made various additional stops along the way picking people up and dropping off. This was supposed to be a service direct not a local bus service. Maybe if the organisation was better then the bus journey would run better.

I had to chsnge plans due to health problem this company haa wenr way over there need to arrnge me to get from the mainland to bangkok rather than the island i had been staying on they all so refunded me for tickets i had bought that i did not need becuse of there help. I did not evevn ask for a refund i just got confirmatuion email.

Meeting point at Phantip's office in Koh Samui is pointless. They just issue the ticket and make you walk to the pier. Could be done with a small table at the pier directly. Secondly and unfortunately the ferry could not be boarded through the ramp but everyone had to walk with the cars and drag the heavy bags+luggage upstairs two flights. Thirdly, the total trip time exceeded the estimated time by quite the large margin. The bus stopped twice for toilet breaks - which was appreciated - but also at another bus stop which was not planned before. So it took much longer than envisioned.

The drive was good but I was brought to a completely different bus stop than in my booking. This happened twice so. Both times instead of walking from the supposed stop I was several kilometers away and had to take a taxi to the hotel.

The bus was good, then there was a car with our name waiting for us, that was good too. The bus was very slow… we stopped so many times to pick up and drop off people and things. We turned around several times and dropped more things and picked more things up. What should have taken about 1 hour 15 mins took 2.5 hours.

We arrived safely, but the trip was very chaotic. After the ferry first shuttle, then minivan, then big bus. The big bus was full and not very comfortable, quite old. Dinner was free but everything in plastic, so it produced a lot of trash.

The Ride itself was comfortable. The ferry was outdated but still perfectly fine. We then waited at the Pier to be picked up by a shuttle that brought us to the bus. The Bus was luxurious for Thai Standards, we had USB C outlets and reclining seats + we got a free meal and watermelon in surat thani. Would do it again.

Excellent first part by bus : on time, blanket and snacks included, confortable seats.
Then comes the minivan, every driver will scam tourists prentending the final stop is at Khao Sok main road entrance and not the park entrance (as mentionned on the voucher). They ask you 50 THB/pax more to drop you to your hotel (only 2km further on the road…)

Overnight bus from Bangkok was fine, although no air con, WiFi or electric points as advertised. At 5am we were dropped at a point but not told why or the plan. At 6am we were spilt into groups and put in taxis. We were then transferred to 4 other taxis between 6am and 7am at different points of the city before finally being brought to the port at 7:55am, ferry departed 8am.

Trip was excellent except for the boarding point confusion. You have to trust Google maps. See the photo of the street. As Nara travel is inside a Hotel. Very well behaved drivers n the tour guide

10 km przed dotarciem do punktu docelowego autobus zatrzymał się i wszedl inny kierowcą i powiedział, że osoby jadące na Patong mają wysiąść i przejść do mniejszego samochodu. Poszliśmy, bo sądziliśmy, że tak zaplanował organizator. Okazało się, że musieliśmy dopłacić 1200bht. Zrezygnować nie mogliśmy, bo autobus już odjechal. Dlaczego kierowcą pozwolil na takie oszustwo innemu kierowcy? To było nieuczciwe. Powinniśmy dojechać do miasta Phuket a stamtąd wziąć taxi za znacznie niższa cenę.

Le bus non conforme au photo, nous avons étais mis à pars des autres personnes en bas du bus, qui elle avais le confort qu’il fallais. les sièges ne s’allongeait pas, n’avais pas de calle pied nous n’avons pas pu dormir du trajet. Nous avons fais plusieurs endroit avant que un bus nous prenne en charge.
