大巴旅行的缺點

When we arrived the bus was very good but the arrival time is very incorrect. In the website it says trip is only 6h and we planned everything according to that, but we were told it was 10h so we decided to not take that trip since all our plan got wrong because of the incorrect time in the website. We do not know if it is bus company or 123go Asia fault but that is really incorrect and bad information.. very important to fix that.

Bus was extremely cold overnight, everyone was wearing winter jackets. We didn't have winter jackets, we are in Asia, tropical weather. Blanket wasn't enough. AC should be adjusted at the evening. Otherwise everything else was excellent.

Unfortunately, the bus did not follow the schedule. We departured 1.5h later then planned and we arrived almost 3h late. As we had to catch our ferry in Sanur, the bus driver stopped for a us at a terminal close to Sanur harbour, therefore we were lucky and made it just in time to our ferry. The bus and the seats were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the toilet on the bus was quite repulsive. All in all an average rating of 3 stars is fair from our point of view.

The Service was great and the bus was comfortable but it was infested with Cockroaches - there were about 20 in between my seat and the bus wall - I went into the middle way after noticing but there were still a few there as well. Made me feel very uncomfortable

The coach was 40 minutes late from what the PDF said and we got in a couple hours late but this was made up for by the excellent service and extremely comfortable ride. Would definitely do again.

The bus was about eight hours late and there were cockroaches. Other than that it was fine and I would still choose it again.
