The voucher did not have details of the boarding area. When I inquired, I was told to contact an operator at Exit 7 on the 2nd floor. However, there is no operator stationed at Exit 7 on the second floor of Suvarnabhumi Airport. Normally, buses board on the first floor, so the airport information counter told me to go to the first floor. So I was very confused because I did not know where to board the bus. In the first place, you should indicate the detailed boarding area on the voucher.

We were let off at Son Sean on the side of the road
the bus driver informed us to get off the bus and take another form of transportation to Rayong bus didn't go to. Rayong. Took a bolt to finish the trip.
Everything looked good on the web site until the actual ride ended on the side of the road.

Leider ist das Fahrzeug vor der angegebenen Uhrzeit 12:10 Uhr abgefahren. Ja, wir sind erst um 12 Uhr zum Ausgang 7 gekommen, aber das Personal dort vor Ort sagte uns, dass der Bus bereits weg sei.
Auch wenn wir keine 30 Minuten vorher da waren, hätte der Bus nicht abfahren dürfen vor 12:10 Uhr!!
