Fanden es super. Im Bus gibt es WLAN und eine Klimaanlage. Die Fahrt war etwas holprig und wackelig sodass schlafen eher schwer fällt aber das ist nun mal so. Eine Pause bei der Hälfte wurde gemacht um auf WC zu gehen oder zu rauchen.
Alles in Allem unkompliziert abgelaufen, Gepäck mitzunehmen war kein Problem(auch Koffer + Handgepäck) und Busfahrer samt Crew alle sehr nett - würde ich jeden empfehlen der keine Lust auf Fähre/Taxi hat und billig reisen möchte und würde dies beim nächsten Mal aufjedenfall wieder hier buchen.

I thought it was great. The bus had Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The ride was a bit bumpy and shaky, so it was hard to sleep, but that’s just how it is. There was a break halfway through to use the restroom or have a smoke.
All in all, everything went smoothly. Bringing luggage was no problem (even a suitcase and hand luggage), and the driver and crew were all very friendly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who doesn’t want to take a ferry or taxi and wants to travel cheaply. I’ll definitely book here again next time.

Bus was on time from Krabi terminal. There were no issues in boarding the bus from the terminal. Staff were helpful in guiding us. Only the bus quality have been a bit better if we could charged a bit more. Thanks.

Sehr bequemer und komfortabler Bus, in dem WLAN und eine Toilette vorhanden waren. Man konnte auch die Sitze nach hinten klappen und hatte sehr viel Beinfreiheit. Gerne wieder!

Bus von Phuket nach Ao Nang war pünktlich und alles lief reibungslos. Der Bus selbst hatte die besten Tage hinter sich und war für große Menschen sehr unbequem.

+ pünktlich abgefahren
Dauer war länger als erwartet, Fahrer hat zwischendurch Pakete entgegengenommen und weitere Leute eingesammelt.
Pause eine halbe Stunde vor Ankunft vorher nicht und somit unnötig!
Insgesamt 4 Stunden unterwegs in Krabi town in Monicas umgestiegen und für 150 Baht Person zum Hotel in ao nang gefahren, bolt wäre in dem Fall komfortabler gewesen

We came in with our luggage. The saus all luggage weight and sizes. As i came there the lady said i have to pay 100 baht. This is not what all size and weight means. She was very rude and wouldnt even read the ticket. I paid the money but she didnt even put the money in the counter. It was all a big scam.
The man at the vehicel and the drivers were very nice and helpful.

Ride had A/C, but this was not a VIP bus. It's probably a 20 year old bus that shows the wear of a 20 year old bus. There were no issues getting to Krabi, but just don't have high expectations for a $13 bus ride.

The company should retrain the young woman who coordinated passengers. She was very aggressive and could have been more pleasant and smiley. Everything could have been handled in a more civilized manner, without getting worked up. If I were to travel again, I would probably choose a different company based on the service.

Overall everything worked out, but we arrived 2-3 hours late in Ko Lanta and it was sometimes confusing where to go. We started in Phuket and took a Bus from there to Krabi. The Bus driver arrived on time and was really friendly. We also did a food stop on our way. Then he left us in Krabi at the Bus terminal to head to a mini van. We didn't know exactly where to go and everyone said something else. In the end we still figured it out and the mini van was 40 Minuts late. Inside the mini van others told us, they waited 4 hours for the van. As soon as we where inside the van, everything else worked out beside the delay. With the van we drove on the ferry and the driver let us out at the pier in Ko Lanta

Confusing, multi-change travel without clear instructions. Nearly passed out in the heat of the uncooled van. A slower route than other already, but it also came over 1 hour late.

Somehow the order ID did not match. The problem was solved and I was allowed on the bus.
The seat was uncomfortable. Probably because I am 184 cm.
We made one break, which was great.

We had a small bus to transfer from Phuket to Krabi which was excellentAt Krabi we had to transfer to a mini van which ended up being full with luggage everywhere. Waited at Krabi bus terminal for 20 mins and the a short drive to the airport to pick up two people, this took another 30 mins and it want possible to get out because the luggage was down the aisle. May I add the driver of the mini van was great and tried to do his best

The bus ride was extremely comfortable with air con and views on the way.. it’s little dated , not modern by any means but still comfortable. Only downfall was the transition from bus to van to be dropped off at hotel.. was just messy and confusing but we got to our destination in the end . Would do this again.

The minibus was easy to find and we boarded without no fuss and we're able to keep our luggage.
It is the second part of the journey where we faced complications, upon arrival at krabi bus station, we could not find the minibus that was supposed to take us to our hotel. We waited for hours but nobody made any call or picked us up. This is highly disappointing.
We have to book a taxi to hotel after waiting for half an hour.

The ride was average. Nothing special, perhaps a below average bus to ride in. Service and communication was okay, not way over or below the mark. But the all over experience was okay. Nothing huge to complain or be glad about.

Really surprised at how smooth the journey was. Would use again. Stops for a 20 min break with an hour left of the trip. Lots of leg room and I’m a 6 foot 3 giant
