The team was very helpuful and communicated well to plan the travel. They cared for my comfort and assisted me to buy some snack. The bus is confortable, Ac, Light, Wifi, charger, everything was working properly.

I accidentally booked the wrong pickup location and contacted them for help via WhatsApp. To my surprise, they were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure I got to the correct departure point on time.
The bus itself was also great. The interior was comfortable and well-maintained, and having a restroom on board was really convenient, especially for a long journey.
If you’re traveling solo, I definitely recommend choosing this company. And if you need any assistance, don’t hesitate to call or message them on WhatsApp — they’re very responsive and helpful!

The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and very helpful, especially with language assistance and customer support. The buses were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped.
For travelers, please note that Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang currently restrict sleeper buses from entering the city center. Because of this, the company will pick you up and take you to the sleeper bus in a 7- to 16-seat shuttle van. From there, you’ll transfer to the sleeper bus and continue your journey to Da Nang.
Overall, it was a very convenient and smooth experience. Highly recommended for travelers!

It was way quicker than expected, we arrived at least 3 hours earlier. But they didn’t drop us off at the right place with the bus. They ordered us a taxi to go to the designated drop off destination. We only made one stop during the entire trip… The driver was smoking during the ride, but at least the beds were comfortable,
It was also kind of difficult to find the bus at the bus station, since it was the last aligned.

The company is good and the staff on arrival to the bus terminal are great. the bus driver and assistant however treat guests (at least non locals) like dogs below contempt. they shout at you at every opportunity, point angrily at things, laugh at you amongst each other and generally treat you as if you are a prisoner and they the guard. very strange experience

I chose MPBUS for my trip from Hoi An to Ho Chi Minh city . What surprised me was that there was a welcome drink of fresh pineapple juice at the waiting area, and the staff were very kind. You should choose MPBUS for your trip.

I threw up all night because it was my first time traveling by bus for 17 hours. I apologize for any inconvenience. I'm so lucky to have chosen MP Bus from hundreds of bus companies. The staff were helpful, and we had a clean, comfortable journey. We even had a meal break. The biggest luxury for me was how quiet and comfortable the vehicle was, which I was very happy about. Thank you so much for everything. Everything exceeded my expectations. If you want to travel safely and comfortably in an unfamiliar country as a tourist, MP Bus should definitely be your first choice. ;)

Super smooth trip! I booked for my friends who travel from HCM to DaNang very long journey but they were happy to taking MP bus. Clean bus, comfy seats, and very friendly staff. Everything was on time and well organized. Highly recommended!

On a payer le meme prix et on a pas eu les mêmes places.. on a eu une place d’un employer, on a du voir pour avoir une autre place ça a durée 1h.. Ensuite de ca.. il a été 2h en retard..
