An hour delay..in order to change the bus

We had a good experience with Mbus. Nice and clean with comfortable seats. Lights, AC and power socket by every seat. However, there were no safety belts. Booked upper seats but felt unsafe and had to move down to the lower ones. Toilet not very fresh, but was working. Overall a good night bus experience!

Very comfortable and spacious bus. Seats recline well and have raising leg-rest. Only 9 seat rows, vs 10 on Giant Ibis.

Bus from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap was modern and comfortable. Air con worked well. Perfectly on time with 2 rest stops on the way. Had 2 drivers for the 6 hour journey. Complimentary bottle of water and wet towel. Highly recommend

Comfortable bus, really nice and polite staffs. Air conditioner was also working fine. It was a safe trip.

Best transit journey we have taken in Vietnam/Cambodia. Superbly clean and comfortable coach with easily the best air conditioning we have come across. In fact at one point it actually felt a bit too cold! I would seriously recommend this company to everyone.

The bus was very comfortable and everything working well. We had the bus for us 4 alone as nobody else booked the bus that same day. Unfortunately the bus took the old road which took way longer and was very bumpy. We thought it was very kind of the staff to offer us a drop-off in front of our hotel in Otres Beach instead at the bus terminal in Sihanoukville. They told us a taxi/tuktuk would cost us $10 to Otres Beach. As we had no reference we gladly took the offer. We found out later that a taxi would have cost us $5. So we have been screwed by the staff. Apart from that our drop-off location was almost on the way to the bus terminal, so it was not a big detour.

Bus was comfortabel, but as soon we started driving the bus started to smell disgusting. The driver drove pretty fast on a very bumpy street so that the bus was shaking constantly therefore it was a bit hard to fell asleep. When we arrived the driver did not give notice so that we just woke up because hearing the other guests.

Big bus, they have a brak after 2 hours. You can grab some food or just go to the toilet. Pick up time and arrival were on time!

New company, modern, comfortable bus

Air conditioned bus with really comfy beds. Provided with pillow, blanket, water, charging outlet and curtain for privacy. Only downside is no wifi. Bus stopped a few times but there are also toilets on board. The bus arrived on time (5:30am)

Modern and silent sleeper bus! We were really lucky as we had the sleeper bus all for ourselves. The bus is really modern, the blankets and pillows fresh, a bottle of water was handed directly at the beginning of the drive. The drivers tried their best in driving carefully on the bumpy roads and didn't switch on loud music, as we experienced with other companies. The beds are bigger than other companies (approx. 175 x 120) and the power for charging phones and switching on the light was working properly! All in all our best experience with a sleeper bus so far.
