Abfahrt des Bootes war 16:00 Uhr anstatt der geplanten 15:30 Uhr. Die Betreuung auf dem Boot während der Fahrt fand fast gar nicht statt. Das betreuende Personal schaute sich lediglich ein paar Mal um. Die Durchsagen am Pier beziehungsweise die Informationen zu den einzelnen Fahrten ist doch recht dürftig. Ob der PDF-Gutschein hilfreich und informativ war, darauf kann ich keine Antwort geben, da ich nichts darüber weiß.

Alles war in Ordnung, etwas ärgerlich dass unser Schnellboot fast 6h vor dem Flug ankam, hier hätte ich mir die Option eines späteren Schnellboots gewünscht, da wir einfach ewig am Flughafen rum saßen, dort gab es nichtmal etwas ordentliches zu essen, das meiste hatte zu. Das Schnellboot ist nichts für schwache Nerven oder bei Rückenschmerzen, aber wir waren super schnell unterwegs, von daher vollkommen in Ordnung.

Es ist ein kleines Abenteuer, weil die Fähre eigentlich keine Personenfähre ist. Es gibt zwei große Schlafsäle. Hauptsächlich „Backpacker) Aber auch hier lief alles sehr ruhig und geordnet ab. Wer dann noch bei Wellengang gut schlafen kann, ist hier richtig.

Wir mussten das Boot wechseln und 1h warten. In dem Boot war es so stickig, alle Planen waren zu.

Sehr unbequem, knapp 4 Std. nur gg. Übelkeit gekämpft. Von ca. 60 Personen haben sich gut die Hälfte übergeben. Nächstes Mal kein Speedboat mehr, dafür etwas längere Fahrzeit

Fähre wurde OHNE INFO abgesagt und mussten extra mehr bezahlen um am nächsten morgen fahren zu können... mitarbeiter unfreundlich

Fahrt von Koh Samui nach Koh Phangan, 30 Minuten gedauert besser wie Speedboot oder Speedfähre. Schlecht war der Check-In die Mitarbeiterinnen haben es nicht geschafft ein vernünftiges Schild mit Check-In Uhrzeit zu präsentieren weswegen sie jedem einzelnen die Uhrzeit mitteilen mussten und dann auch nicht mehr freundlich waren, bei der Buchungsseite steht dass man eine Stunde davor da sein sollte, finde ich ziemlich großzügig gemessen, da der Check-In erst kurz vor Abfahrt passiert. Das Gepäck wird gewogen, falls man über 20kg hat muss man zahlen.

Das Check-in war eigentlich gut organisiert aber am Pier und danach auf dem Boot sind schon sehr viele Personen. Die Fahrt war eigentlich angenehm aber die Sitzgelegenheiten draussen sehr knapp und eher unbequem. Man sollte eigentlich nur so viele aufs Boot lassen die auch einen Sitzplatz haben können, einige mussten auf dem nassen Boden sitzen.

Alles okay, ganz normale Überfahrt. Man hätte sich am Abfahrtsort ein wenig mehr Möglichkeiten in Sachen Verpflegung gewünscht.

Standard Bus fahrt war ganz angenehm, hatten etwas Glück das der Bus im hinteren Teil nicht voll war, sodass man sich ausbreiten konnte. Pause um ca. 3 Uhr nachts muss nicht sein aber es gibt kostenloses Essen. Wer kostengünstig von Bangkok zu den südlich gelegenen Inseln kommen möchte ist hier richtig.

Alles gut organisiert. Unkompliziertes Check In. Hilfe beim Gepäck auf das Boot tragen. Großes Katamaran Boot, man fühlt sich sicher.

Sehr lange Wartezeit und sehr unstrukturiert. Am Ende sind wir mit 1,5 h Verspätung angekommen.

It was not the best weather and the sea was rough. About 1/3 of the passengers got seasick, parts vomited. But as we heard, the other boats should be worse. There should be an Info/warning.

The trip was perfect. The boat was super fast even when the weather conditions were not optimal. Then the van was also super fast and we arrived at the airport on time. The staff was very nice and very helpful with the luggage. I had a problem with my email address and I realised that I did not have the voucher, but the company had already our tickets and we could travel without problems. I recommend it.

When going from the check in to the waiting area, we had to take a wooden ramp which was wet, because it was raining the night before. Having two heavy suitcases, I decided to take one at a time, so I could hold on to the handrail, but halfway down the ramp, I lost grip on the wet wood, so the suitcase dragged me down the ramp and I fell on my back. I was not hurt, but could have been worse by far, as I was wearing a backpack with towels in it, on which I fell. I told the guys in charge they should secure the wet wood with non-slip coating or other suitable precautions. All they did was to block off the ramp. So other traveller's had to carry their luggage down the stairs. The trip itself was ok, besides sitting in the boat like sardines in the can, but having arrived at Koh Phangan, there is no pier for speedboats, so you have to leave the boat onto the beach, which is OK in a way, but having your suitcases put in the sand and having to carry them up the beach is not really fun. Also when you finally get to the pier you either have to lift your suitcases over a barrier (since this is not meant to be accessed from the beach) or push it underneath. But when you do the latter, someone who intends to help just drags your suitcases across the sandy concrete, leaving it totally scratched. I have canceled my return ticket and booked a regular ferry ticket Takes 15 min longer, but it is way more comfortable.

Honestly really disappointed in the entire experience. I needed to move my boat time by 1 hour. I gave 24 hours notice, it really could have been done, but customer service didn’t want to help. I had to book an entire new booking for 1 hour later through my hotel because it wouldn’t even come up on 12Go, I wouldn’t use 12Go again after the poor support. 1 hour should not have been such a problem, there were seats on the boat, it was not oversold.

The trip itself was pretty good. Smoother than I thought it would be. It was in one of the larger speed boats and seats were good with plenty of legroom. Was a little bit hectic at the port, but moved reasonably quickly onto the boat.

I arrived at the main desk and my ticket showed the departure time as 4:30 PM. However, the lady at the desk informed me that the departure was actually at 5:30 PM. I’m absolutely fine with waiting, but I was in a hurry and had planned my time around the original 4:30 PM departure. If the departure time has been changed, it would be really helpful to receive an email or message with the updated time, so guests can plan accordingly.
