Overall I would recommend this service from Bangkok to Phuket, there was lots of leg space and reclining chairs for everyone, charging ports next to each seat (no one sits too close to the toilet which is nice) the journey is long so of course it’s not going to be ideal for everyone, there is a stop off at a service station half way through to use the toilet get some food and stretch your legs and the hostess supplied a basic snack and a bottle of water at the beginning which was a nice little addition. The bus took slightly longer than it said on the travel info which for us wasn’t a problem but just bare that in mind

We picked the wrong seats. Don’t select right at the back. (29/30) seat 28 also has no leg room at all when the person in from reclines. They do recline like everyone else but for tall people there is no where to really rest your legs. My legs felt worse than my 11hr flight from london to Bangkok.
The blankets are really thin and the air con is on full for the entire journey.

more comfortable than expected, all in all excellent service, friendly stuff, free meal, several stops, but nothing to complain about; finding the correct departure point at bkk southern terminal was little tricky, but friendly people helped us

Well I’ve got almost not reclining sit next to the toilet. Also the legs space was tiny, comparing to other sits. I asked the lady to let me change my sit but she completely ignored me. Bus crew lady also had a box of snacks for the passengers and she kept it under my chair so all night she would come there and make some loud noises and wake me up. On top of that the bus’s take off time was rescheduled on later time and I’ve been informed on the last minute. Was almost late to work. Horrible experience, not traveling with this company again

The journey would have been great, if the bus driver and 'assistant' didn't decide to have a loud back and forth transaction over what sounded like a football game going on ...at 4am... yes, the driver WHILE driving the bus and the co-driver started screaming and shouting out loud at 4AM over a game. I could not believe it. How is that appropriate while driving a bus full of passengers?

Bus itself was comfortable, especially sitting in seats 1 and 2. Also got snacks and a meal at midnight. However, the driver decided to play music very loudly until about 1am and the bus came in over an hour late so not as good as it could have been.

It was good, apart from the driver and his assistants dropping off bags of vegetables at various locations making our trip a lot lot longer. are they doing this officially. one of them loaded 20 or more huge bags of limes in the krabi au nang area.!! we were waiting an extra half hour..

J'ai choisi le bus en fonction de son heure d'arrivée. Le bus était supposé arriver à 4h du matin, selon l'heure indiquée sur le site, lors de l'achat du billet. Toutefois, il est arrivé 45 minutes plus tard que cette heure. Cela était très important car j'avais choisi pour coincider avec mon heure de décollage d'avion. Nous avons donc eu du retard et du stress occasionné pour arriver à l'heure à l'aéroport.

Very good service, maybe the driver drove a little fast. They met the schedules even the most basic service is comfortable for the whole trip. The air conditioning is cold you have to wear a coat!
The employees inside the bus only spoke Tai or very little English.

Bonne compagnie. Les horaires sont quasi respectés, il y a un arrêt en route pour se restaurer. Une bouteille d'eau et des biscuits pour chaque siège ainsi qu'une couverture. Seul bémol : prend des passagers en cours de route alors qu' on nous avait dit le contraire.

Po zakupie polecam udać się na piętro dworca i znaleźć okienko z interesującym nas kierunkiem. Pokazać bilet w tel. To pani wydrukuje na papierze. Na bilecie jest nr stanowiska, a same busy jadą z za dworca.

Lot of space to stretch your legs inside, that was a good point. But the AC was at max level so we we’ve been freezing all trip long. Snacks could have been nicer but the hostess was nice and professional. Quite secure on the road so not that bad overall.

The only reason this is not 5 stars is because there were mo meal vouchers and we got to confirmation in english about how long the stop was going to be.

The travel was quite nice the seats where super comfortable for sleeping but it was really hard to get to the southern terminal from Bangkok and we got woken up really early in the bus in the morning . The operators where nice and helpful

The trip was good ! I could sleep almost the whole way. Very calm and people were respectful.
We just made some stops before arriving to our destination, we arrived 30 minutes late, but that’s ok! ;)
AC in the bus. They give blanket but take another one with you!:)

Seats were average in comfort. There was no usb charging available. A/c worked well. Water, a snack and blankets were provided. Heard some kind of banging noise in the bus all night. Overall average journey from the point of comfort.

Stacja źle oznaczona. Tajowie kieruja cię z góry na dół- raz na zewnątrz raz do środka. Pół godz szukania platformy z pomocą tubylcow???? w busie dużo miejsca na nogi ale klimatyzacja zabija. Steward nie mówi po angielsku jak było obiecane. Ale ogólnie ciekawa przygoda ????

Left and arrived on time. The ride was smooth. Bus clean and well maintained. Blankets provided were clean. Seats recline quite a long way but have an irritating headrest which doesn't stay in position. Plenty of space to stretch out. Would definitely use this service again.

For once I had made a seat reservation and was implemented in the bus by the bus attendant although the bus was only half full I had to sit next to another passenger. Unfortunately, the man did not understand a word of English and could therefore give me no information why I had to implement. When I showed him my ticket with the seat number, he crossed out the number with a pen and wrote another one next to it.
That annoyed me o lot.

Everything provided as described - blankets, water, soya milk, coke and a small snack. A lot of space for legs, adjustable seats, all good. Staff didn't communicate in English, but was helpful when needed.

It was a nice enough bus trip. Half way we stopped for a free meal and we were provided some snacks, water, and juice. The seats were comfortable and thr blankets smelled clean.

Bus was good and plenty of leg room. A bit old and used but still fine. Driver did well and got us to bangkok earlier than scheduled. We got snack and drinks. It was a little bit cold inside but we were prepared. I slept almost the entire journey.

It was not the newest bus but it was comfy. I slept very well during the trip. Driver was on time and was driving very steadily. I felt totally safe. Water, snack and soy milk were provided. The southern Terminal staff were friendly and helpful. Service for the price was very good! I definitely recommend a ride!

Sehr komfortable Liegesitze. Getränke,Snacks und eine Decke runden das Ganze ab. Nur ein Stopp, aber mit dem Nachtbus kann man nicht so schlecht schlafen.

Vip bus was old,no the cleanest. Wc too. Another vip bus with free wifi,this havent.
Free snack ,cola and.water and.milk. staff good.
Drivers can be drive little safest,but here is normal.

The bus arrived late, seats were broken, the guide was not telling any information in english, the bus kept stoping everytime for no reason, the music and the tv were way too loud and the guide kept playing tv and music even if nobody was listenning and even if many were trying to sleep. Did not appreciate my travel so much.
