Bus confortable, collation servie comme prévu. 1 arrêt vers 00h30 sur une air de repos avec toilettes et nourriture si besoin.
Le bus est pourvu de toilettes.
Bus parti avec 15 minutes de retard, arrivé à l'heure.

Pleasantly surprised. Plenty of leg room and reclining seats with calf rests. Even with the included blanket it was a little bit too cool for me but others didn't seem to mind.

Much better than expected! Seats are comfortable and leg room is great which I was extremely worried about before booking as I’m 6ft 8” tall. We left 10 mins early which seems unusual from other reviews but and also arrived 1.5hrs early in Chiang Mai! The movies would be great if you could speak/understand Thai, even the ‘English’ selection are all in Thai. All in all a much better experience that I expected albeit didn’t sleep too much.

The bus itself was really nice and the trip was actually shorter than it was supposed to be, but during the overnight trip the bus stopped twice and turned on all the lights and woke everyone up. It was extremely disruptive with no real purpose. Other than that, the bus was great.

Wollte eigentlich den Nachtzug nehmen, der war aber leider schon ausgebucht. Der Bus kostet nur die Hälfte, ist schneller und Verpflegung gibt es auch noch. Ich war positiv überrascht und ich würde jederzeit wieder den Bus nehmen.

Der Fahrer des Busses raste durch die Nacht, so dass wir zwei Stunden zu früh am Ziel waren. Der Komfort im Bus war ok ich konnte schlafen

The air conditioner was up super high and they didn't give extra blankets. The reclining seats were nice. The food at the stop seemed old and had been sitting their for hrs.

Sehr pünktliche Abfahrt & früher als geplant am Ziel. Entertainment-Programm hätte auf Englisch sein können (Filme). Alles in allem zu empfehlen.

Overall pretty good, the bus did make quite a few stops and the lights were on and off quite a bit for a night bus. Also we never got the meal that was suppose to be included. We did stop around midnight to eat but no one gave us vouchers of any kind to get food so we got back in the bus and tried to go back to sleep. Also I think they reuse the blankets without washing them ... overall for a VIP bus it was a little lacking but still much better than previous buses we have taken. The seats recline quite a bit but are not the comfiest.

Overall not bad considering the length of the journey. We arrived at the final destination over two hours early, were given snacks, water and a food voucher and had USB sockets and almost fully reclining seats. Only drawbacks were The TV does not have any English movies/subtitles, the staff were somewhat rude and the bus is very cold.

Everything I expected and more. Lots of leg room , the operators didn’t really say much but we kind enough. We were provided with snacks and drinks. Made a stop to use restroom and grab some food. They provide u with a blanket it does get cold. Trip was on time.

Seats were confortable and you had enough space. You also could recline your seat a significant amount! Altough a blanket was provided it was still freezing cold due to AC (was wearing a hoodie and joggers but still) we chose to arrive at 7am so that we wouldn't be stuck there in the middle of the night, however, arrived at 5am anyways and couldn't check in till 2pm. So maybe book the night your travelling an accommodation so that when you arrive you can go to the room right away. Too bad the movies where Thai spoken instead of English spoken with Thai subtitels. Overall a relaxing trip and way better priced then an airplane.

Such a great service! Lil snacks and drinks. Would definitely recommend wearing or bringing warm clothing on the bus as the AC makes it uncomfortably cold!

Über die Nachtbusse gibt es geteilte Meinung...
Wir fanden es super und konnten nachts endlich ein paar Stunden Schlaf nachholen. Wir haben uns für einen VIP Bus entschieden und es nicht bereut! Dadurch dass wir im oberen Deck die vordersten Plätze gebucht haben hatten wir zusätzlich noch mehr Beinfreiheit.
Zusätzlich zur großen Beinfreiheit konnte man den Sitz sehr weit zurück stellen sodass man eine relativ bequeme Schlafposition erhalten konnte. Und die Sitze sind sogar mit Massagefunktion ausgestattet :-)

Very nice bus ride. Pro: much leg room, clean blanket, chair could go all the way back, have leg supports and a massage option. Even TV screen for each seat. You get free drinks and snacks on the way. Con: we sat downstairs and sometimes it was like the ventilation of the toilet was connected to our air-conditioning, the smell was awful for a few minutes. Also, the woman on the bus which brought the snacks was not very friendly and woke us just 1 minute before we had to get out of the bus that we should hurry etc. Also when we turned off the air-conditioning because it was too cold, she would put it back on every single time she went by. This was quite annoying. But all together it was more than fine!

Great trip. Really good to have lie flat seating on a bus. Don't forget your sleeping mask and earplugs or headphones.

Was really good over all, left slightly late but arrived early, reclining seats, AC, blankets in case you get cold, USB chargers on each seat. The only thing is that they are impossible to contact afterwards so if you lose something on the bus or forget your bag they are impossible to contact. My partner lost something and we have been trying to track it down by checking at the hotels we visited etc and we cannot get in touch with lignite (bus company) in order to see if they found anything...in this case it's nothing important but could be...

The bus was fine, nice A/C, clean toilet, confy chairs, and small tv with films(all in thai) and music. But they turned off the tv after 12, so I can not charge my phone from the usb from the tv or from anywere so it was a shame also they took of the blankets like 3 min before arrive to the city, it wasn't also nice because it was pretty cold.

Traveled VIP Bangkok to Chiang Mai. Excellent seats, cool playlist available on personal video screen. I took off one star because the AC was incredibly high, do pack a sweater. Also, it would have been nice if the movies were available in English or with subtitles. Great staff though, they took care to see me get on the right bus, as a traveler. Highly recommended.

They give you the choice to choose your seat but they wont tell that the bottom seats are really uncomfortable and old, and the top ones are new.

They did not say the information in English such as when we were having a break and for how long. That we get a meal with our ticket. We arrived one hour earlier than stated. There was no wifi and the tvs did not work.
They provided snack and water. The woman who brought the snacks was really nice.

The seats were very comfortable, reclining far back with a legrest that can be brought up.
I recommend bringing an extra blanked to be warm enough, at least if you sit in the front close by the AC.
On my fist seat the seatbuckle was broken. I later changed to the middle of the bus because of a snorer.
The air around the middle seats smelled really bad by the end of the ride, as the toilet is located in the middle downstairs.
On the toilet I could not detect a proper flushing mechanism, it all just flows down a small hole, with no cover to prevent smell. No2 not advised!
Bring earplugs, high chance of meeting an awful loud snorer.

Seats were comfortable. Bus wasn't too cold in my opinion i did start to get colder towards the end. They gave us an almond cake, lactasoy, coffee/tea, and bottled water. Left late, but arrived on time.

I wouldn’t recommend taking the nightbus. Very noisy and shaky ride. Bus stops on the way tonlet other people in. Prepare for a ride with no sleep.

We left with a little delay, but that wasn't a problem because in the end we arrived earlier in Chiang Mai. The seats were very modern,; they could almost go vertical en they have screens with movies and stuf. You get a blanket en the tempreture was good for sleeping in our case. You also get a free snack, water and soy milk. People were friendly and toilet was fine. Everything was better then I expacted. You should keep in account that you won"t sleep wel/a lot, unless you are a very good bus-sleeper.
