根據你旅行的時間和喜好，如需過夜，可以選擇一等臥鋪或二等臥鋪，也可選擇硬座或軟座（如有）。請注意，車票席位取決於旅行的線路和時長。基本上，火車都設有一等臥鋪，但如果只是兩個小時的短途旅行，可能會無法預訂一等臥鋪。 通常，二等臥鋪是長途旅行的最佳選擇，而如果車程在4-5小時以內則可以選擇軟座。

Der Service, der Ablauf und auch der Fahrkomfort waren exzellent. Ein Punkt Abzug gibt es dann leider doch: die Scheiben sind saudreckig. Klingt erstmal banal, doch ich wollte gerne etwas von der Landschaft unterwegs sehen und das ein oder oder Foto zur Erinnerung machen. War natürlich nicht möglich.
Wer allerdings auf die Sicht keinen Wert legt, ist mit der Zugfahrt bestens bedient. Daumen hoch

the distance for seating no. 14 & 15 which facing each other is too near. Passenger cannot stretch their leg as it will touch the passenger's leg who sitting opposite. this make passenger's leg numb as the leg maintain the same position for long time.

The waiting area in Butterworth is too hot. It should be air conditioned as we have to wait at least half an hour or more for the comfort of the passengers. Furthermore, announcements are not clear and not understood. Too crowded as incoming and outgoing are squeezed in the same room. Improvements should be made asap.

There is no concept of queueing or looking after oku passengers.
My mother was on a cane due to bad back and knee injuries. She is 68 years old..and the staff watched as young men and women pushed past her to get to the lift...and all the seats for waiting were taken up. We wanted to go by train for travels, but she won't know because she doesn't trust KTM to look after people with disabilities.

Train was comfortable enough...however, the aircon was on so high...we needed to use clothing as blankets. Also the space to store luggage was too limited. One last thing, the food carriage was woefully understocked. Over all though, everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The coach was older than the last time l rode.
The cafe was not functional, they only hv 3 in 1 nescafe & no cold drink. Only nasi dagang & nasi tomato. No sandwich, no buns, no maggi. Waste to hv to staff only serving those items. I hope KTM improve on this aspect. Train ride in Thailand & Indonesia is much more fulfilling.
Should hv separate surau for male & female.

I had a great train ride. I would do it again. As a tourist from Australia, I was unsure where the train ride started from not realising there was a atation called a KL. But than again, maybe I was just a silly tourist.

Not much choice of food options and I don’t really see a difference from the platinum seats and the gold one it looks all the same and I paid two times more than the average price

It’s my first trip out from Singapore after 2 years of lockdown. Everything went smoothly even though I bought a ticket starting at Kepong Sentral rather than KL Sentral. The staff was really friendly and sorted out the issue for us.

First class.. The seats are comfy. The information is clear and clearly shown on the screen. There are toilet for OKU too. Even a prayer room. But no one is operating the kitchen which is kind of waste. Overall, my trip was an unforgettable one. I wish i could ride again. ❤️

Perjalanan pergi Tanah merah ke dabong sangat enjoy kerana dapat "seat" so anak anak Dan warga selesai dalam tempoh 2jam tetapi keadaan sangat dukacita ketika pulang. In kerana pada awal nya kami telah membeli tiket untuk 2 arah (pergi Dan pulang)secara online melalui go12 dan pembayaran telah dibuat serta telah menerima email pengesahan pembayaran Dari 12Go. Dan esok pagi telah kami telah menerima tiket keretapi dari TM ke dabong pada awal pagi. Alhamdullillah Selamat sampai di dabong. Tetapi jam 9.45am dalam keadaan bersuka ria tetiba kami menerima email refund untuk tiket Dari Dabong ke TM. Ya Allah masa tu mula terfikir 4 orang Kanak Kanak Dan1 orang warga emas. Sama ada mampu kah mereka berdiri untuk 2jam sepanjang tempoh perjalanan?
So tawakal je pulang awal ke TM dengan harapan ada seat kosong. Memang betul seat semua penuh so hanya 1 seat yg available. So redha beli juga untuk warga emas duduk. Dan Allah telah mengerak hati seorang insan bernama lelaki untuk bangun Dan memberi anak anak untuk duduk.terima kasih pada insan tersebut kerana sudi berkongsi seat. Mujur hari ini Masih ada insan baik hati n bertimbang rasa. Sehingga harini Masih menunggu refund Dari pihak 12Go Dan management ktm. Mohon semak kan segera "case refund" tiket dabong ke tanah merah.
Cadangan : Tambah gerabak Keretapi time cuti cuti sekolah, so seat pun extra kan. Ini dapat Membantu memberi keselesaan kepada penumpang.

it's comfortable but, NO SOCIAL DISTANCING at all because all the passenger sit next to each other. I'll not use the ets trip anymore because by travelling using ktm, I can forbid anyone to sit next to me.

Hotel is value for money. However, was charged RM20 for a lost hotel room card key which I have never encountered before at any other hotel. This made a dent on the otherwise pleasant experience staying there.

Overall a great experience. The organisation of boarding customers needs to be improved. There were 2 trains arriving at the same time and it was complete chaos. Instructions were not clear and it was confusing.
