Bus terminal easy to navigate and bus waiting for us on arrival. Cold, but a hoodie and a blanket they provide do the job. Seats comfortable, if you can sleep on a plane you can sleep on the bus. Stopped for a meal at midnight, and switched to a minibus at 5:30am (turned up at 6:30). Took us up to the ferry, overall easy and smooth experience.

Not suggest for old person, hard to having deep sleeping on the bus and ferry. However, this will be new experience for traveler.
Provided Coke Zero, water bottle and small cake. I think it was enough for supper.
And the ferry arrived earlier to island at 9:00. So I had more time to discover the island.

Everything was good. Bus is a bit old but ok. When we stoped to eat it was late night already and everybody was sleeping so you don’t need to turn on bright light and loud say that we can go eat:) Came to Samui earlier than on schedule

As other guests already mentioned: Be aware that the VIP bus only takes you to Surath Thani where you have to change at 5 am to a local bus, which, in our case, was a little crowded so we had to sit in the luggage area in the back of the bus. We arrived shortly after 9 am.

Tickets prices upper every year, bus stay same- older and dirty. Food quality also no good. Free wifi !!! Everything on time. It is perfect

Seats were very comfortable compared to coaches we’ve taken before. There was a tv with English movies but my screen didn’t work so well so didn’t use that. My partner did. The massage function of the chair didn’t work. We got snacks and drinks and a cold towel when we first got on but that was it. No stop for a meal as advertised, yet again. Stopped for a toilet break about 2 hours into the trip then no more stops again which wasn’t great. Personal overhead lights didn’t work so had to try to sleep as soon as the lights went off at leaving at 7.30pm or had nothing to do. Got to Bangkok about 5am but it wasn’t advertised that there was multiple stops in Bangkok to get off otherwise we would have gotten off earlier than the southern bus station. Overall okay service but probably not worth the price without the meal provided.

A 5 heures du matin à la sortie du bus, proposer un café aurait une bonne chose. De même nous avons pris le taxi de la compagnie et nous aurions apprécié une petite bouteille d’eau. Ce sont de petites attentions qui apportent un plus. Sinon le transfert s’est effectué sans problème.

จอดรายทางบ่อยมาก ไม่มีทีวีส่วนตัว ต้องลงจากรถบัสเพื่อต่อรถตู้ไปดอนสัก (มันค่อนข้างเหนื่อยนะ เวลานอนไม่เต็มอิ่ม) ราคาสูงเมื่อซื้อทาง12Go.asia เพราะราคาหน้าตั๋วมันเป็นอีกราคานึง แต่เราจ่ายแพงกว่าราคาหน้าตั๋วเกือบ 200 บาท ไม่แนะนำให้ซื้อทางเว็บนี้

Die Lüftung ist brutal. Wir hatten zum Glück noch Jacken und Mützen dabei. Unser Busbegleiter war sehr freundlich. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass die Mitarbeiter die Gäste mehr über den Ablauf informieren würden. Wir mussten einmal in einen anderen Bus umsteigen, der dann nochmals fast zwei Stunden zur Fähre unterwegs war. Keiner der Gäste wusste darüber Bescheid.

No information on what's happening. The bus stopped twice: first time around midnight and second time at 6 in the morning. Nobody told me what's going on. It's not written on the ticket that there is a change of bus. The steward was kind of rude, just woke me up at 6 and kicked me out of the bus in the middle of nowhere. Luckily there was Thai girl in the bus, who could speak English and explained everything to me.
Due to AC it was freezing cold in the bus though I wore sweater and had two blankets

Although neither my tv-monitor nor the reading lamps above was working, so I couldnt do anything during the ride. i was hoping to get to read my book.

Trip was well organized, each step was clearly explained and everything was well organized. Bus as well is good, seats are very comfortable, it actually turns almost into bed:) but it was very very cold, even blanket didn’t help.
One more remark - I was lost at the bus station and as I was getting late I tried to call on hotline number, however, nobody picked up the phone. Good that I finally found the counter, otherwise I could miss the bus

Bus was very spacious and comfortable and provided good movies to watch to pass the time. We had to get off this bus and wait at the office in Surat Thani to then be squished into a van to travel to the pier about an hour away - i dont see why the first bus couldnt have brought us all the way. The ferry was very basic but ok. The tranfer bus was waiting for us when we got off the ferry to bring us to our hotel, this was very convenient! Overall I would travel with this company again and would recommend this overnight journey to others.

Tolle Fahrt obwohl wir unser 15 Monate altes Kind dabei hatten. Viel Platz im Bus.
Auf der Fähre gibt es einen klimatisierten Raum und der Shuttle Service ab Hafen zum Hotel funktionierte ebenfalls super. Alles im allen eine tolle Alternative zum Flugzeug!

Minus points for movie player. It was lagging all the time. Very annoying. There was also bugs in bus. But anyways lot more comfortable than basic busses.

Была задержка отправления. Тип места Вип находится на первом этаже автобуса, в отдельной комнате на 6 мест, сразу за кабиной водителя с сопровождавшим. Было слышно закрывание дверей каждый раз когда они выходили на остановках, а также проникал дым сигарет когда они курили во время движения. Высоким пассажирам все равно будет неудобно, т.к. места для ног рассчитаны на тайцев. Верхний этаж, видимо, неудобен наличием большого числа людей. Самыми лучшими местами в автобусе мне показались места первого ряда на втором этаже.

Fahrt mit Bus, Transfer zur Fähre und Fähre lief alles gut und hintereinander ab. Im Bus hab es Snacks und genügend Platz. War nur etwas kalt mit der Klimaanlage, ansonsten so komfortabel wie eine Busreise eben sein kann :)

The bus was comfortable, the bus hostess was gentle and friendly,we had some snack,water, and in the morning hot caffe.We didn’t have to wait much to change for the little bus and boat after.Everything was smooth, well organized, and we arrived almost 2hours ahead of schedule!Highly recommended!Thank you

Overall good. But ferry arrived 2h later than advertized. Seats could be more comfortable. VIP seats in first bus excellent. Also, snacks im VIP bus very delicicous, blanket and pillow were nice too. 2nd bus ride good but too much active cooling and I couldn't turn it off. Ferry was ok, but toilet on ferry was defective and very dirty. Toilet at the Southern Terminal in Bangkok was very dirty and no toilet paper and no soap. Also, midnight stop for eating was a bit too short and food was not super good. But I would recommend it to friends.

Lovely experience. The whole process went smoothly from check in to arrival. Lovely service aboard the night bus and everything ran on time. The VIP bus was really comfortable with pillow and blanket and managed to sleep really well and arrived at our destination on time with no problems. Highly recommend.

We were not provided any information regarding pick ups. We arrived at the ferry port and we’re unaware of what to do next. It took a long time and a lot of stress to realise that we had to then get on a cart to a bus to a minivan and then the vip bus. This was very confusing. The staff were lovely and drivers were great, but the communication from 12Go regarding the mechanics of the trip was poor.

Trip from Koh Samui to Bankok, from Pier to Surathani we have go via old bus dor aboit hour with no buffers then we change to small Van which take us another half an hour to some bus station where we have to wait almost 2 hours to get finalls to VIP bus, which was very comfortable and we got nice snacks and around 10pm evening even good dinner at bus stop.
Main issues with this company is that you need to change transport vehicle several time, Ferry + old bus + Van + VIP bus. We have arrived slightly late about 15 minutes to Mochit

First bus very comfortable and we were able to sleep. Stop and wait for second bus could be a bit more organized and communicated what we have to do. Second bus was okay and ferry was how expected. Nothing to complain here

the bus was soooo cold we got sick. we told them to please turn it off or low but they didn’t. i couldn’t sleep bc i was freezing and it wasn’t comfortable for me bc of the cold. please find a solution for this problem

The ticket woman on the bus made it the most uncomfortable experience. She came and sat on my feet with out saying sorry or excuse and took the space I was trying to sleep on. Then kept having her phone on loud which kept ringing or getting a text message. The aircon broke and we got switched to another vehicle which was not as comfortable.

Good bus! I’m 5‘11 and comfortably fit. Seat fully reclines and you have foot rest! Gets cold at night as AC blasting but they give you blankets and pillow( bring hoodie if worried about the cold). Our operator was also lovely and catering! Don’t forget you get a FREE meal - operator dose make this very clear
