Wir wurden sogar früher direkt nachdem wir gelandet sind (gegen 15 Uhr) abgeholt, obwohl wir erst 17 Uhr gebucht hatten, da nichts anderes mehr passend war. Der Fahrer hat mit einem Namensschild auf dem Flughafen auf uns gewartet. Mit dem Boot zur Insel hat auch einigermaßen gut geklappt. Der Weg und die Umgebung waren sehr sehr kaputt und teilweise gefährlich, meinem Mann ist fast ein Ast auf den Kopf gefallen und wir mussten über die engen Kanten der anderen Boote gehen um an unser Boot zu gelangen, das schon weiter im Wasser war. Im Bus war der Anschnallgurt kaputt, daher 2 Sterne Abzug.

Das Taxi ist erst mit den falschen Gästen weg gefahren und wir mussten waten bis sie wieder da sind. Ein Schild mit unserem Namen gab es auch nicht. Die Bootsfahrt war dafür toll.

Trotzdem dass wir vergessen wurden und die Fähre verpasst haben, wurde ein express Transfer organisiert so, dass wir nur 40 min verspätet ankahmen.

Pünktliche Abholung. Sehr sehr nette und sichere Fahrerin, die uns bei allem (z.B. Kauf einer SIM-Karte) sehr gut unterstützt hat.
Leider fuhr dann das Boot zur Insel etwas später als erwartet ab, das lag wohl am Wetter / Gezeiten. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Transfer, den wir wieder buchen würden. Klare Empfehlung!

Pünktlicher, freundlicher & sicherer Transfer! Das gebuchte Auto war sogar ein Van eig für 9 Personen. Wer schon einmal mit den auf Koh Lanta angebotenen Vans ( kein stauraum,Beinfreiheit Null) gefahren ist, weiß Bescheid. Nur noch so!!!????

Beschreibung des Transportes könnte etwas klarer sein, aber Kundendienst hat sehr gut unterstützt

Car waiting when we arrived to Krabi airport even though I had set it up for two hours later in case of flight delay, it was very good to be able to leave immediately (after visiting the airport atm) instead of having to sit around and wait. Stop at an 7-11 on the way was good. Less than 3 hours later we were at Koh Kradan.

Very efficient and friendly. I wasn’t able to get to the island on the designated day due to the weather. The driver picked me up and offered to take me to an alternative accommodation on the mainland. The next day I was picked up in the morning and was able to continue with my trip. Great experience.

Would definitely use this company again! Was a very smooth, easy and quick process. And easy to communicate with them, we arrived earlier than scheduled and they sent the driver straight away after I called them. No stress at all, which is what we needed after travelling all night from Cambodia. Definitely worth the money !

Hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Der Chef des Unternehmens hat uns persönlich am Flughafen Trang abgeholt. Auf der Fahrt zum Pier wollten wir noch Getränke kaufen und auf Toilette, daher hat er einen Stop bei seinem Büro und einem 7/11 gemacht. Am Pier angekommen wartete bereits sein Angestellter der uns dann mit dem Boot nach Koh Ngai gefahren hat. Sehr freundlich und gutes Englisch.

Amazing! We were lucky that we were the only ones that booked on that day, so we got a private car ride to the pier, a private longtail boat to Koh Muk.

Amazing! Check out from the Hotel (Koh Muk) on 7 am. First : Tuck tuck to the pier, then boat to the pier on the continent and Taxi to Trang Airport. No probleme, everyone on time, smiling and caring. Magnificent organisation. Thanks

The online booking process was seamless and the service by King Travel at Khuan Tung Ku Pier was first rate - very pleased with all aspects.
Thankfully, our longboat taxi did not encounter bad weather, so our journey was smooth and relatively comfortable.

Unfortunately, with the amount of travel companies in Thailand this one dropped the ball. Booking was for 12.15 pm but the driver came at 1 pm, that too after we reached out to check at 12.30 pm as to where the driver was? We were told they will be there in 30 mins, as if it was organized last minute rather than a few days as we had done. The car was slightly dated and had a smell to it. Driver was courteous though and helped with our bags so we cannot blame him.
