Unfortunately, a very bad experience. The drivers were smoking within the vehicle and we were 1.5 hours late so that we missed the last ferry. The client service does not respond to our mails.

Bus was delayed for almost an hour. Missed our ferry because of that. Driver also decided to stop next to the highway for unknown reason and stopped also just before our destination to take something out of bagage compartment, so it took even longer to get there.

The bus arrived 30 minutes later. But that wasn't a problem at all. The seats were really comfortable. Bout the driver communicated at all and didn't make any toilet stop for a 5.5 hours bus drive. He stopped for himself to get some food or something nut he didn't say anything that we can also go out for s toilet. That wasn't good

First, the online ticket has to be validate et the terminal, a kind of boarding card will be printed. I don't understand why.... whatever. We had already delay at the start, but it was not disturbing the driver in having lunch on the way... So we arrived more then 1 hour later

The bus was about half hour late departing but actually arrived roughly on time at Ipoh (from Kuala Lumpur). It was clean and comfortable and well driven.

Bus driver was smoking while driving and told everyone to put their small bags in the luggage compartment even if they fitted under the seat. I had my medicine and personal belongings in there and told him I needed it. He insisted, got loud and said he wouldn't start driving otherwise. When people got in at the next station 2 hours later, all of a sudden he didn't care anymore and they were allowed to keep their bags. So useless and rude. Also arrived 1 1/2 hours later than expected
